This is my go to Chinese restaurant. Everything I have every gotten has been delicious and it makes me want to explore the menu more. The only items I would warn before order would be the chow mien items. They do not come with noodles. If you want it to come with noodles order the angel hair options. The service is fast and the inside waiting area is welcoming. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting their comfort Chinese food. I got the wing combo. Their Chinese Chicken Wings are delicious and are perfectly sized. They are not too large or too small. The rice was good but was pretty basic with no other veggies included but onions. My food was hot. We called are order in and the food was ready for pick up by the time we arrived. read more

Waited 30-45 minutes to get my food during a slow part of the day. Then, when I get my food, it's just boiled shrimp, vegetables, chicken, and white rice. WITH NO SEASONING. I tried it, it was horrible, I had my order replaced and it still wasn't good enough to call decent. I don't see how they have such a good rating. Good Chinese food, never had any problems with them. The food is always delicious and the staff is really friendly. I always call ahead for take out and it usually only takes 10-20 minutes. This is my regular Chinese spot. It's always made fresh to order and even when they get crowded, you won't wait longer than 15 minutes. I typically go with the fried wing combo with vegetable fried rice. The fried wings are slightly breaded and very crispy. The chinese wings are also top-notch. They are not breaded, seemingly soaked in soy sauce and fried. The rice is above average. Could be worse, definitely not the best but the portion is plentiful. read more

First time here...I wish I could rate it negative 5. The only positive was the friendly lady at the counter. After waiting for our order they realized one of our meals was wrong so they had to remake it. No big deal. The problem came in when we got home. The chicken wings tasted weird, the shrimp fried rice was pork fried rice with shrimp thrown on top and the lo mein was disgusting. Epic fail. We will clearly never be back. read more

A well kept but small dinning area. I ordered take out but did not call it in. It took longer than expected even though it was not busy. I ordered the sesame chicken lunch special. It comes with fried rice and I added a egg roll. It comes out cheaper ordering it this way instead of ordering a combo. I didn't see a fountain drink machine so your drink choices are limited. Over all the food was good. I would eat here again if I was in the area, but would not go out of my way. read more

This restaurant 'China Wok' is one among the best Chinese Restaurants. I happened to go for to buy Chinese chicken wings with chicken fried rice, very nominally priced. The food is good. Got additional 2 wings for egg roll. Told them to use less oil. The food is sufficient for two. Taste is good and food is fresh. When sitting there seeing there is continuous flow of traffic, which I trust others should also be satisfied. Probably family run business, seems to care about customers. Was not expecting much, because It is hard to find a good chinese fast food place in Augusta/Hephzibah. The people are real asian which is a plus, they are very friendly, and fast. The prices are amazingly inexpensive and you get ALOT of food. My husband and I have to share one order other wise it's just too much. They also have combination plates, most places here just do lunch specials and A La Carte. I have been on a quest to find a good greasy fried noodle ( Lo mein, or chow fun preferably ) and here I have found just that. Other places I have tried here have a soupy, watery, not distinguished flavor or fried noodle, so I was happy to see this place cared to make each of their food items taste different. So many chinese places serve slop that you can't tell the difference between orange chicken, or general chicken, or bourbon chicken, or sesame chicken. I also hate it when you order Sichuan beef and it taste like beef broccoli or mongolian beef or pepper steak.... This place is not like that....THIS PLACE IS NOT LIKE THE REST. Each individual dish tastes the way it should. The spring rolls are super crispy and light, not dripping with oil and it is so fresh. the egg rolls are huge! like the size of a finished toilet paper roll. They make all different kinds of fried wings, as all the GA chinese places do, and I have tried the Chinese style and they are delicious, i think they are fried soy sauce/ginger marinated idk...but they are tasty. I have yet to try their lemon chicken and will update on that eventually. The two dishes I order all the time is the shrimp and broccoli and the egg foo young, they are so delicious, and you cannot beat the price. The Shrimp and Broccoli is $8.24 for a Qt. and you get this big plastic box container stuffed with shrimp not just broccoli, you really get your moneys worth. The Egg Foo Young is amazing, they have 4 different types and the gravy is phenomenal, it is their own house gravy and it compliments the egg foo young so well. you get three huge servings and white rice with every plate you order. This place is good, I am usually a chinese food snob as I have had way better chinese food in San Fancisco, and Hawaii, but I take what I can get and this place is a good substitute. read more

I cant believe I am the first person to review this place. It is a great little place for take out. Everything that I have tried was very good. Sometimes the wait can be very long so its best to phone it in ahead of time. They do have a tiny dine in spot but it doesn't appear that anyone ever stays to eat there This place is not fancy at all. My only issue is that they don't make it spicy enough even though I asked them to make it extra extra spicy. I will be back and I would suggest this place to anyone in the area. read more
