The place was clean. The restroom was closed in need of maintenance. Employee at the counter was very nice. They had a lot of customers coming in to pick up orders and place orders. Wings are small to medium and soked in a red dye. This can give a misconception of being undercooked. I ordered the lemon pepper wings. It would be closer to call them lemon salt eings. They were very salty with a hint of lemon. The egg roll was tasty but a little greasy. If I didn't have a good Chinese restaurant closer to my house, I would go back. read more

We did delivery. The timing was good and the portions were good. The taste unfortunately was not. The wings were not crispy as the menu says. They taste like they have zero seasoning. I would give them zero stars if possible. I ordered the seafood delight. It stated it has lobster, crab, shrimp and scallops. Imagine my disbelief when it was delivered and I had 99% veggies, no lobster, imitation crab and tiny bay scallops (about 5) and three shrimp. For over $20. I tried to call the restaurant. I was polite but firm that I didn't order a dish of mostly cooked celery and no "seafood delight." I guess I'm naive but usually when you order a chef special it also comes with a side of rice. This did not. So my nice treat to myself now involves me having to make rice to go with my veggies..er seafood. Their egg drop soup was delicious however. The owner hung up on me when I tried to speak with them after saying "everyone knows our crab is imitation" to which I said "you should put in your menu it's not real crab". And wouldn't even address there was no lobster. Fail. I can't believe I wasted $23 on this dish. read more

We wanted wings and our to go place ( Little China), was closed. A friend had raved about Hong Kong and how they loved the food so we placed an order. I must say we were all very impressed with their wings. They were decent sized and meaty and a very fair mix of flats and drums. We tried lemon pepper, garlic, mambo and teriyaki. The run away winner was lemon pepper! 8 wings to an order and I believe they were $5.99 but don't hold me to it as I've been up all night. This was a horrible experience I order 2 sesame chicken combo with no vegetables and on the phone they told me it comes with egg rolls I asked can I substitute it for chicken wings and they said no so I ordered a side of chicken wings when I picked up the order it had vegetables in it and I called them and asked can I get a remake they told me no and to take it off that is the worst customer service I've ever gotten and I will not be going back anymore it don't even deserve a star on this rating read more

Very convenient location, big portions and good Chinese food. It's run by a young Asian couple who actually look like they know what Chinese food is (ask me about the Japanese couple trying to run a Greek restaurant up here...LOL!). It's the typical fare but much better than the place downtown; and much more reasonable than the buffet down the road in the Wal-Mart center. It's kind of a hole-in-the-wall location (used to be a laundromat) and the floor isn't exactly flat in some places; but it's great for takeout and their egg rolls are 'crunchy'. read more

Food is pretty good. Their egg rolls are also good. I keep forgetting they put huge bell pepper slices in almost everything that requires vegetables and skimp on others. I don't like bell peppers and they will leave them out if you ask. Restaurant looks clean. Staff is not really friendly. But they take your order and prepare your food fast. This was my first time visiting this restaurant and it will be my last! I was highly disappointed with the service I received. As a customer I did not feel appreciated, instead I was insulted and lied to by the lady at the cash register. I ordered lemon pepper chicken with fried rice. I paid, tipped her, then waited for my meal at a table. When I received my meal I opened up the to go plate and instantly noticed clumped amounts of Lemon pepper seasoning on the chicken. It looked like "way too" much seasoning, but instead I tried to ignore it and just give it a try...due to the fact that I hate conflicts and if I can avoid them then I will. Yet the taste was "way too" salty and I just couldn't eat it. I notified the lady in the front of the counter and asked if I could please have a different style of chicken. She then looked at me and said she could not give me that. I looked at her in disbelief because I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I responded by asking her why I couldn't if I paid for the meal. She then said she would lose money if she gave me more chicken, because she cannot resell the ones I had. So then I said,"so basically you're going to make me pay for something I don't like..." She then said she was sorry that she could not satisfy my taste and that she can't satisfy everyone's taste. I told her I wasn't asking that from her but to at least try to care about the customers...because after all the customer is the one bringing in the money. I told her restaurants do their best to please a customer and if they have to switch a person's food because they do not like it then they will. She then said they don't do that for her and that shes never gone to a restaurant where they do. Then she proceeded to accuse me by saying that I must do that a lot. I told her I don't and that this is something customers already know because companies want to please their customers. She then proceeded to say I was just like "them" I then asked her who are "them" she said those who like to just taste all the food because you don't like something. By this point I was beyond frustrated and because obviously she wasn't going to change the chicken, so then I asked her if I could just have my money back for paying the chicken...she said no. I was in shock. I didn't like the chicken and I was expected to use my own money to pay for something I didn't like. I then repeated it to her again "I didn't like it so why should I be paying for something I don't like if I'm not going to eat it." She said "that's your problem not mine." I was beyond shocked. Here I was at this restaurant who frankly is letting me know that as a customer I do not matter and all they care about is themselves. I told her I wanted to speak to a manager because I was sure he wouldn't want to lose a customer... Because by losing a customer he'd be losing money and I don't think he would like that. She then said "He's not here" I said ok well is there any way I can speak to him when he is. She said "he doesn't speak English" then I said well I'm sure we could get a translator, then she said "I'm the manager" I was in complete annoyance by this point and I said "you just said the manager doesn't speak English, but if you're the manager then you do speak English". She then said "there is two managers". I said ok so let me speak to the other manager. She then pointed to a guy next to her who was just cooking in the back. I then said "I thought you said he wasn't here ". She then proceeded to say something else but by this point I was beyond frustrated. Obviously this restaurant doesn't care about the customers and will even lie to them. I told her I would not be returning back and that I would make sure to let people know about this, so they don't end up wasting their money. She then said she hopes I say the full story. I said "I will. I didn't like the food, you told me that was my problem and I couldn't get my money back and I'll make sure to explain it all." I then grabbed the food and walked away. As I was walking away I heard her say "I'm sorry." I stopped in disbelief. First she labeled me as a person who likes to complain so I can try all the food, then make me pay for the chicken I'm not going to eat, then lied to me not once but multiple times and now try to act like she really cared. I turned around and responded "No you don't!" Because she didn't. I'll never go back to this unfriendly, lying and insulting place again. Six pieces of chicken wouldn't have made you lose money, but losing a customer will!! read more
