This little spot is nice and clean ( it appears to be new) and as soon I stepped through the door I received a friendly and welcoming greeting! Been hard to find a good Asian food spot in the area, this place definitely gets the job done with great quality and hefty portion sizes. There was a large group in front of us so I thought it would take awhile but we still got our food relatively quickly. I got the General Tsos chicken platter which was just massive, so much fried rice and the chicken was perfect, not too dry or wet like many places do. My wife got the Terriyaki steak bowl which I tried that was excellent, however it was supposed to be cooked medium and it was medium well to well but still very flavorful. The crab Rangoon a were amazing, just wish they had sauce to go with them especially at the higher end price of the appetizers. I think I gained 5 pounds after eating here. The portions are enormous. We decided to give them a try based on a recommendation from a friend, and they didn't disappoint. I got the hibachi chicken and vegetables. My husband got the teriyaki chicken, and we got orange chicken, miso soup, and spring rolls for the clan. Really a hidden gem with this place. Cheap and flavorful. The chicken wings weren't as tasty as some and seemed a little over cooked. Sauce on the wings wasn't as hot as I thought it would have been. The fries were good. Had the shrimp egg roll and it was great. Only disappointed thing was it was too small for a price of $2, it was pretty worth it. Hibachi chicken with noodles was orders from buddy. He was very pleased with the lunch portion and the well cooked chicken and noodle in his dish. He also liked the regular spring roll. Not my favorite by a long shot, but the location is convenient. I'd recommend calling ahead of time, but if you order in store, you can kill some time by walking around Kroger or one of the other close establishments. I've ordered orange or sesame chicken, mostly for my daughter. But recently, the ticket will have said choice listed, but the chicken will be very spicy. My daughter loves their chicken, but it's definitely been hit or miss these past few visits. If you want half rice/half noodles, they take away the veggies that come with it, and they'll still charge you $1. Rice isn't anything special, but my daughter enjoys the noodles. I'm also not a fan of their yum yum sauce, or any of their sauces if I'm being honest. They do offer military discount though, so there is that. read more

this restaurant was amazing! we stopped in while traveling home from vacation and were blown away by the service, speed of food being prepped, flavor, and overall experience! we had the teriyaki chicken plate and the orange chicken plate, both with fried rice and a side of noodles. 10/10 for everything! their veggies were amazing, and a healthy mix-- not mainly onion how a lot of restaurants do these days! their white sauce is so yummy and thick-- not watery and thin how a lot of places are. i would def recommend this spot, id love to visit again if ever in the area :) the restaurant was steadily busy with dine in customers, people waiting for to go orders, and plenty of door dashers and people picking up online orders, yet they were speedy with prep as well as maintaining an enjoyable atmosphere. read more

I came here with my two kids to get some quick take-out. They do not do the lunch special on the weekends like most other Chinese take-outs do, but that was not going to stop us for getting it. We ordered the sesame chicken and asked for noodles. We also made the request to have half rice half noodles and they happily worked with me and made this happen. The food was delicious, I enjoyed the chicken, my son enjoyed the noodles, and my daughter ate all the rice. Overall it was a great visit. My only complaint and suggestion would be to call ahead if you are doing take-out, it was hotter in the store than it was outside, and it was well above 80 degrees outside. I love this place, food is always on point! It's like a more affordable Miyabi Kyoto's which is one of my favorite restaurants. I'm not sure how the food tastes because I left when I found out that it was nothing like my favorite Chinese restaurant. I guess the Chinese food experience is different for everyone, but for me, I prefer my pork fried rice. Teriyaki Express just has plain fried rice with nothing in it. I was also bothered by the fact that the plain chicken wings are not Chinese chicken wings but are just chicken wings that are fried. I just said no thanks and left. Honestly the best Asian takeout I've ever had. My husband and I are new to the area and are picky about our Japanese food. This did NOT disappoint. Their food is incredible. The fried rice is unreal. i couldn't remember why i didn't go to this place, so i went again, and they reminded me. the load you up with rice. literally the whole bottom of the tray the cups are all full to the top with rice all the way across the tray. on top of that is some chick and veg. the plates weighted a ton, and it was all rice. i got egg rolls that were the size of spring rolls. you know how egg rolls are like 1 and a quarter inches in diameter and like 4 inches long. and spring rolls are like under and inch and shorter. yea i got fried spring rolls. you can do better going to like dragon express on Gordon highway. read more
