Soft opening.. so they ran out of the sandwich I wanted to try...the crispy pork bahn mi...by 1230p. I opted to try the grilled pork and flavors were on point...lots of veggies and loved the spiciness of the jalepenos. The bread is fresh baked and traditional bahn mi bread...nice and crispy...toasted well. Hubby got the combination and thought it was better than a place we recently tried. Not a wide variety of sandwich selection however they do well with what they have...will have to go back to try the crispy pork another day. Dining area is minimalist but nice and neat. We have a new eatery in town, and I was excited to see they were finally open. My first time trying a Vietnamese sandwich and I was happy to see they had a vegan option. I ordered the Black Bean tofu, and it had scallions, cilantro pickled radish, house hot sauce, cucumbers and it was very tasty and delicious. I'll definitely be ordering it again. When you get to order there are 8 different banh mi all with different variations which you can get regular or a skinnier version. They also have drinks such as soda, water, coffee, and milk teas. Be Banh Mi is a cute small Vietnamese sandwich shop. It was decorated simple but chic. There are some tables for you to dine-in. While there we ordered the Crispy pork belly sandwich, the grilled pork sandwich and the K BBQ beef sandwich. We arrived right when they opened at 9 and you walk in to the smell of Vietnamese bbq and fresh baked bread. All of the staff we encountered were very nice, friendly and helpful with giving suggestions. We were also offered a sample of fresh crispy pork belly that had just finished cooking and it did not disappoint. My husband also ordered the ice coffee with milk added and it was delicious. I ordered the Thai milk tea. This place is the only place that offers the green Thai milk tea. It was soo refreshing with hints of Jasmine and other floral notes. I will go back just for the Thai milk tea alone. As far as the sandwiches go all three were delicious I would eat any of them again. Definitely have to go try this sandwich place out if you haven't yet it won't disappoint. Also when ordering a sandwich order it the way it comes even the jalapeños aren't that hot but if you must remove an ingredient that would be the only one if you are sensitive to heat. But the way these sandwiches taste the best is with all of the ingredients kept on the sandwich. read more
