"Just Julie's" more like just terrible.. the workflow of this place is horrendous. I waited 1 hour for 6 subs. COLD SUBS. If 4 sandwiches have American cheese don't cut 2 slices and put the block away just to take it back out 2 mins later to cut another few slices... it just doesn't make sense. Cut what you need for the order then put the block away. The subs themselves weren't worth the hassle, the bread was fine and roast beef was good. They forgot the pickles for the order as well. I can understand being busy that things can be forgotten and mistakes can happen but good damn grief. I'll be fine not going back. I'll just stick with Jersey Mikes read more

About 10 tables inside and 2 outside. They are well staffed and the line moves quickly. They have one person slicing meat as the order comes up. There is a separate prep area for the hot sandwiches. The Ruben was stacked high with meat and saurkrout. There is great value for what you buy. A small is a 6 inch sub and a large is a foot long. If you have not been here, try them out. read more

It's not fancy, but it's delicious!! Order: The Carnivore sandwich (small), chips, fountain drink Price: $12.24 Pay by: ApplePay Speed of service: about 10 mins I haven't been here in years. So I wondered if it was as good as it used to be. No disappointment!! Friendly, fast service despite being a Friday afternoon (2:20 pm). Appeared to be 6+ workers and they were all constantly going. It's a sandwich shop 10x better than Subway. They offer hot or cold sandwiches, soups, and salads. The meat is freshly sliced when you order and they allow you to dress things up exactly how you like. I like that they offer ApplePay Without the awkward "tip" screen. There's even a small sign that says "yes, doing your job is part of your job" The place is clean and seating is available outside as well. My small sandwich was big enough for me to eat twice. When I said that, the young lady wrapped and bagged my other half without me even having to ask. Missed you Just Julie's!! I'll be back. Now YOU go try them out! read more

The sub was good BUT there was simply ONE slice of turkey and ONE slice of roast beef. Very disappointed!

Usually very good. My wife usually gets the vegiesaurus and I mix it up. The Reuben is very good in my opinion. The three star review is for my last visit, where I ordered a BLT. My sandwich maker appeared to be new and had no idea how to make this sandwich. Asked me what kind of bread I wanted to start out with. Didn't toast it. Asked if I wanted mustard, lettuce and tomato. Anything else...cheese? OK, he was young and apparently in training and looking at the menu, I don't see a BLT listed. Really!! I'm older, you could probably tell because I didn't use IMO above, but seriously, a BLT has most of the ingredients in its name. If you know IMO, you should know BLT. LOL! read more

The sandwiches are delish! Always friendly, fast and personal service! May need to work on the potato salad. (A bit dry and bland). May need to be prepared to order Togo. They get so busy all tables are full! Dave C. read more

There is something about a good sandwich that I always love. Stopped in here for lunch the other day and the first thing I noticed was how busy it was, despite it being busy service was quick and the food was great. I got the Italian, which hit the spot. My significant other got their Philly and that was amazing as well. Definitely just a home Feel with delicious sandwiches. There is clearly a reason they are frequently busy it's because it is delicious read more

The food is wonderful especially for the price. A full sub is plenty to fill me up. The service is friendly and fun to be around. The restaurant is a bit small but if you can be the lunch rush you'll be okay. They also have a great deal on Wednesday if you know the code word. If you go often enough you'll figure it out. read more

The food is amazing and so is the service! Very fresh tasting ingredients and good, family kind of atmosphere. read more

This seemed like a typical sandwich shop when we first walked. The first thing you notice is the is the delightful mix of smells - vinegar, cold cuts, veggies, and bread. The sandwich selection is nice with some pretty interesting options. We chose the Philly cheesesteak with just onions - it normally comes with onions, green peppers, and mushrooms. The roll was soft and tasted fresh. The meat was juicy and the provolone cheese was meaty and delicious. Overall a pretty good take on a Philly. The service was fast. read more

Omg why didn't I find out about this place before?! The customer service was nice and boy do they get crowded. We ordered the #22 (Philly cheesesteak) and it was amazing. The tea was not too sweet but just right. Now there was one issue, we ordered and paid for large subs but they gave us the smaller ones. They corrected it by giving us what they made and gave us the differences in Togo boxes. The Philly was made fresh, and the bread was nice and soft. It wasn't too hard or soggy. We knew the Philly was going to be good when we seen the grease on the basket lol. We ate so fast we didn't even take a photo. The leftover Philly was ever good reheated in the air fryer that evening. . read more

I think the first thing that really stuck out was the fact that dish shop support military. It basically said Thank Marines Army National Guard Coast Guard Air Force. And that's one thing I loved about it not just the food which I purchased a french dip sandwich with aus Jun sauce. I love the fact that this place support our military and what the men and women have done for us. I love that and I wish they were more restaurants that show their support for our veterans. It was worth coming here and I have no regrets. :) read more

The meatball sub I got wasn't great. It was basically 2 meatballs and square cheese on the top. I've heard many great things about this place it just wasn't up to the expectations. The lines were very long too took me like 20 minutes to get my order taken. It was a nice theme just the experience wasn't up to what everyone was describing it to be. read more

Ordered a small Philly cheesesteak. It was juicy and delicious. The cook had an awesome attitude and I loved the atmosphere. Would definitely come here as much as possible! read more

Visibly dirty. Entire place was dirty. Walls, floors, countertops, etc. Everything needs to be cleaned and sanitized-and on a regular, daily basis. The meat slicer had food caked on it in multiple places. It looked like the meat residue had been there a while, too. Not just from slicing meat on that particular day. Unfortunate, because it's obviously a popular place with a following. I would not eat there again unless owner, management, and staff took cleanliness way more seriously. No excuse for it to be that dirty. read more

Crowded at lunchtime but with good reason. The sandwiches are large and tasty and made to order. Overall a great lunch spot.

Great place for lunch! They will make your sandwich or salad just like you want it! Very supportive of the community also! read more

Worst French dip I've ever tasted in my life. For starters it doesn't come on a French roll! Seriously? It's called a French dip for that exact reason. And secondly it was COLD! So was the dip. I'm not talking about just slightly warm..it was actually cold. Seriously $15 for this?? read more

Best subs ever!!!!! Come over to aiken from Augusta, just for the best sub anywhere!

Can't believe this is the first time I've been here. Got the double decker Reuben with thousand island (they offer spicy mustard too, but that's blasphemous) and it's what I think I've been missing in my sandwich eating repertoire. Probably the best reuben I've had in Aiken (since Stop light deli closed) and will definitely be back again! Bread could have been toasted a little more but still delicious and very fulfilling. Sweet tea like your 101 year old grandma used to make. I almost drank a gallon I think. Fast, very friendly service and all at a reasonable price for lunch. They were giving away free dessert samples that were made in house which were some type of brownie/marshmallow/chocolate creation and I could have eaten about thirty of them. Highly recommend at least for the reuben! read more

It's been a go to spot, but have been disappointed in the stale bread and a tiny scattering of lettuce, onions and unripe tomatoes. So going to pass for awhile and hope management manages the freshness of their products and more consistency with getting a good sandwich. First time here. Very friendly service! I got the small special: 8" turkey and cheese, with a drink and chips. I chose the honey wheat sub roll...yum! The meat and cheese were sliced fresh. I did have to go back and ask for more oil and vinegar. Great sub!! Great tea! Will be back! read more
