Cashed in my 13000 pts for a free turkey, bacon, ranch. No Bacon could be found on this turkey, bacon ranch sub. Also did not put all the vegetables on the other sub that we paid for. read more

Service was good but the sandwiches are just ok. We ordered two medium Italian subs. The sandwiches were a little dry and the bread was a bit chewy. The lettuce tasted like preservative. The cleanliness was not terrible but could have used a little improvement. read more

I have always experienced awesome customer service here. They stay busy, for sure. I usually call and order something to pick up. Be sure to give them ample time, like 15 mins or so. The subs are always fresh. They work hard there, for sure. My faves are the Italian sub and Meatball sub. The chocolate chip cookies and brownies they have at the register are very good, also, just so you know. Good staff at the South Aiken Firehouse. read more

GARBAGE! No other way to say it!!! Meat had a funky smell and a slimy feel to it. They didn't tell online order to get chips and drinks which were paid for...money down the drain. The whole meal was. When I called about the missing items, the cashier contradicted herself and then put the manager on who was RUDE! God help that place! She was beyond awful! We will not go back. read more

I don't know how they've only got three stars, but firehouse subs are hands down ten times better than Subway. They always have them prepared the same every time and at every location. They are always ready for pickup ahead of time. I could eat the turkey all day, it taste like heaven. Five stars, folks! read more

Poor customer service. Extremely long waits. More workers than customers which does not make sense regarding service level. Ignored customers who were in line for long period of time. Waited and never served and had to leave with no food Update - Owner engaged and recommended a second chance. Good suggestion much better experience. I ordered online thinking they would have my sub ready by the time I got to the store. When I walked in the employees were standing around talking and my online order had not been made. I only have 30 minutes for lunch so I didn't have time to go anywhere else!! I will not be coming back!! read more

History

Established in 1994.

Growing up in a family that is both entrepreneurial and built on more than 200 years of firefighting heritage, it seems we were destined to start Firehouse Subs. Of course we tried other things along the way to our American dream, but everything we experienced on our path led us to Firehouse Subs. Over 20 years after opening the first restaurant, with over 1,100 Firehouse Subs restaurants, we're convinced we're doing a few things right. Turns out, people absolutely love the same things we do - the best meats, cheeses, and toppings we can find. People come back again and again to Firehouse Subs because, unlike other sub places, we steam our premium hand-sliced meats and cheeses, releasing a rush of flavors, then stuff a serving that's way over code on one of our toasted private recipe sub rolls.
