I ordered on line and expected an email to tell me when my order was ready. None came. The order form wanted me to add a tip before I picked up my order. How was I to know if a tip was indicated and if so how much? The sandwich was made in such a way as to be hard to eat without making a mess. The lettuce, tomato and onion were put in the roll first, then the meat and cheese hanging out the edge. It tasted good and there was plenty of it, just hard to eat. Not cheap either. read more

I'm not sure why the rating is so low? We've been several times. The restaurant is clean, the service is fast and everyone is always so sweet. I like the Big John, but every JJ sandwich is always fresh and delicious. I'm glad to be back in an area where we have Jimmy John's! Yay! read more

The Evans Jimmy John's is terrible. I got off work after working a 12 hr shift and arrived at 8:10.. the store closes at 9.. the door was locked and the two workers were breaking down the food. I hadn't been to a Jimmy John's in years until recently. And now I can't get get enough. I have to live a lowcarb lifestyle for health reasons and Jimmy John's Unwiches are so good. My favorite is the gargantuan with added pickles, cucumbers (yes I know they are pre-pickles) and Dijon mustard. Amazing food, friendly staff. My kids love the cookies. I love the freaky fast service you get here. Any former college kid can regale tales of eating Jimmy John's at 2 a.m. while cramming for a big exam and smelling that fresh bread brings you right back every time. Their subs are great for all sorts of picky people 'cause you can customize so much. You have normal subs, skinny subs, subs with extra meat and the holy grail of subs-the Gargantuan. It's not like the other sub chains so don't expect your bread toasted and they don't have 9 different types of bread-just classic French and sliced wheat bread. The fillings are so great though, you won't really care that you didn't get your italian cheese bread like you do at some other places. This place gets super crowded at lunch so call in ahead or better yet, use the app to get your order in quick. read more

Jimmy John's is overall good quality and very fast and makes a tasty sandwich. The reason I'm giving it three stars is it appears that over the last year the "unwich" size has shrunk and the fact you have to click a button to request "napkins" now and when you do you only get one small napkin per sandwich is super annoying especially when you are paying about eight dollars for the now smaller sandwich. I will continue to order it when I'm in a bind at work because they do deliver for lunch but otherwise I've stopped going there. read more

Great sandwiches and service! We've been to this location several times and their standards are consistent. I usually order the club lulu on wheat/7 grain bread. The sandwiches always have a perfect balance of meat and veggies. As advertised they are freaky fast but unfortunately they don't deliver to us even though they are less than 2 miles away from our house. HOWEVER, don't hold their delivery area against them - it's preset by the corporate office. They're definitely worth the drive! read more

I love love this place!!! The service is amazing and delivery is fast. Food is always excellent, and is worth the money. I am not usually a sub eater, but I ordered my first one over a year ago and can say nothing beats them. My entire family and co-workers love them also. I also order for parties and they always look great and seem to be eaten before anything else. The only thing I would love them to add to their menu is hot subs for my husband. Our family ate dinner here recently and the customer service was terrible. I requested sprouts on the side and not on the sandwich and when the cashier asked the manager he quickly snapped with "NO". I then asked for sprouts on half of the sandwich and he went into this long explanation as to why he couldn't guarantee this and they don't normally do this and he was doing me a favor this one time... is it really that difficult? We then later asked for a sandwich to be cut in half and he wasn't happy about it and again made it an ordeal. In a world of customer service and special food requests this truly puzzled me and made sense why the place was empty on a Friday night. Our family recently moved from Maryland and have been fby the true kindness of people in Evans and overall great service so this was a complete shock and I can tell you that we won't be going back. Sadly the food was good but when you don't feel welcome in an establishment it doesn't really matter how good the food is. read more

I love JJ subs but getting a sandwich with no meat can change your mind quickly! Yes you read that right, no meat. After I drove back to my office, I opened my ham and cheese sandwich to add mayo and...nothing but cheese. The manager was very nice when I called and they actually delivered another sandwich within 30 minutes and included a cookie for the inconvenience so that was a big Customer Service plus and I really did appreciate that extra effort. I'd give them 5 stars for remedying the situation but 3 because the quality control wasn't in place. read more
