WNB Factory is a small burger and fries spot in North Augusta. A friend and I stopped by after work to grab some food, and overall it was a pretty solid experience. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak, which came with a good amount of meat and nicely toasted bread that held everything together well. My friend got the wings combo, and it looked really good as well. The only downside was the fries--they were a little soggy and floppy, which took away from the meal a bit. I've been meaning to stop by WNB for a while and tonight I had the chance to sit down and have a nosh. The place was neat, clean and busy that night. The front desk personnel were fast, friendly and helpful in making selections. The menu selections were interesting, but I thought it was unusual for a burger place to have fried rice, so I tried it. The dish was so much more than I expected. Just the right amount of oil, char and salt; so hot I thought it would melt the container. Small and very casual with four 4 tops and two 2 tops with ordering at the counter. The young people at the counter were very nice and informative. Four of us stopped in for a quick dinner on a Saturday evening. Grandson ordered their amusingly named "Not Closed on Sunday" chicken sandwich with fries and a drink ($8.99) which he rated a 6/10 (he's 15 and very critical). Mom went with the small cheese steak with onion rings which she rated a 10/10. She thought it was very tasty with generous portions. DD had the 10 piece wings combo with fries ($16.99). She picked garlic parm and Thai chile. She preferred the garlic parm and thought her fries were good while they remained very hot. She rated the meal 7.5/10. I had the steakburger all the way with onion rings($14.99) Even though cooked from frozen the onion rings were tasty and there were so many I couldn't finish them all. The patty on the burger was on the thin side but had a nice crust and it was served on a brioche roll (8/10). We also bought a cheesesteak egg roll to try and it was the only miss. It really didn't taste like anything. We all decided that it wasn't something we would order again. They had a choice of bottled soft drinks or the fancy Coke machine for a fountain drink. Oh my stars, I cannot believe no one has made a Yelp page for WNB factory. I am so happy that I found and tried out this place. When I first walked in and I was amazed how it looked on the inside. A young man by the name of Jarrod Took my order and he helped me with any questions or concerns I had. And I had no issues at all with the service. Any ambience was so calm and nice. It's like when you first walk in that. You feel as if you were at ease , especially if you had a rough morning. Let me tell you about the food it is so excellent. The Burger the wings the fries. The drink were all top-notch and delicious. I cannot wait to come back here again and if you haven't been to this place yet. I recommend you too. You won't be disappointed. I visited the 2801 Washington Rd, #104, Augusta, GA 30909, WNB location on 1/7/2025. My ticket number is #47. I had a horrific experience! I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak and wings. Jon C took my order. Unfortunately he took my order wrong which is what led up to this next chain of events. He appeared out of it, maybe high. I should have checked my order before I left the restaurant but I didn't. When I got home I realized Jon gave me a chicken cheesesteak instead of beef. The sandwich was not good. I took the sandwich back to the store which was an inconvenience itself. Jon admitted that he took the order wrong. Jon was unable to calculate my refund so another employee by the name of Joel stepped in with a calculator and proceeded to calculate my refund. Joel repeatedly told me that my refund would be less than what I actually paid for the order, he wasn't paying attention to himself and what he was saying. I kept telling him to listen to what he was saying, there's no way my refund could be less than my actual order. He rudely demanded that I give him my receipt. I asked why he needed my receipt, he refused to state why. I asked if he had my receipt copy in his system, he rudely said no and proceeded to leap across the counter to snatch my receipt. I yelled no and I told him not to dare touch me. At this point Jon c stepped in again and called me a racist bitch, screamed and shouted at me like a crazy person. His behavior was psychotic. Jon c and jewel were unbelievably rude to me. Jewel told me I am no longer welcome in that store and proceeded to kick me out. Does he have the authority to do that? At this point Jon c, is still yelling profane language at me and proceeds to run from behind the counter to attack me. I was scared for my safety so I did in fact leave the store. Mind you I am a 5'3, 130 pound woman. There were 2 male cooks who came out of the kitchen, there was Jon C and Jewel, 4 men against 1 woman. At this point we were all yelling. I was cursed and disrespected like I never have been in my life. I was repeatedly called a Bitch, they called me racial slurs, and everything in between. They were very comfortable calling me names and cursing me out. I'm assuming they felt comfortable because I am black and they knew they would get away with it with no repercussions. The 4 employees immediately began to concoct a lie when I told them I was going to contact their corporate office. These two young men should never have been left to manage the store. This incident wouldn't have happened if Jon C had been paying attention and taken my order correctly. They should be FIRED and I should sue this franchise! At the very least they need to learn to de-escalate hostile customer service engagements. .These young men should not be given the opportunity to treat another customer this way. If they are not reprimanded they will assume it's ok to behave this way. read more

Made an online order for dinner. Food was ready when I arrived! The server showed me inside each container revealing perfectly prepared food! Since it was my first order from this site, I was impressed by the ambiance -- the cleanliness and orderliness -- of this storefront restaurant! Upon arrival we were instantly greeted by two well mannered young men and asked if we had any questions. There were about 5 ppl inside waiting on food as well but otherwise not crowded at all. We looked over many options and then the young men gave us their suggestions. We decided to try a Nashville hot chicken sandwich and wings. We were pleasantly surprised by how fast food came out and how clean the establishment was. We grabbed our food and proceeded to sit down, but was informed that they closed in a few mins so we had to pack up our food and head out. We decided to sit outside in the parking lot and eat instead to enjoy it while it was hot. The sandwich was flavorful and fresh. The toasted bread was a nice added touch. Fries were ok, not too salty and fairly crunchy. We ordered the hot honey wings and were unfortunately quite disappointed in those especially since this is a wing place. The wings were cooked well but lacked flavor and sauce. Wings were about the size of my thumb and we actually began laughing once we took one of out the box in disbelief. The food is a great value for the money. Don't try to do anything over the phone because they don't really listen well. I didn't want any sauce on my co-workers burger because mayo based sauces make her puke and sure enough the house sauce was on her burger. Those onion rings were great even after I let some get cold and soggy, they were easy to revive in my air fryer. read more
