I am definitely impressed by this place. I go to and from the area a lot and and i've seen this place more than once but i've never tried it until that day. I am very impressed with the service.I am very impressed with the food. I was able to order my food through uber Eats, so it was no issue at all. I ordered the Cajun ranch wings, the barbecue Cajun. Wings and the chili cheese recipe. All was such a wonderful combination . I actually have to say that the peach lemonade that I got was a bit too sweet but overall it was worth the visit. My stomach was growling and my mom is Korean so we never turn down anything Korean. I got on Yelp and So Wings was the closest place to eat. I scan the menu and since they have bulgogi on the menu, just figured some Korean people owned it. And they do. This review is based on my first impression since I've never been here before. The lady that owns it has her beautiful paintings displayed. So when you walk in, they are all over the walls. I didn't know it was a takeout only place. There's a couple of tables you can sit and wait at, but no food served inside. When I got there, I wanted to wash my hands. NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS which was a bummer. I ordered myself a Philly Cheesesteak. I got a plain cheeseburger for my dad, and my mom tried their Korean fried chicken. I didn't know the chicken was gonna be wings. And not even whole wings. It was 8.99 for 6. Delicious? Yes. Will I order it again? Don't think so. I did leave 4 stars because it's not their fault we're going through inflation. My cheesesteak was delicious, but too much mayo. I didn't even know Mayo was standard on a Philly Cheesesteak. I like mayo, but they could've left half of it off. The cheeseburger was a basic burger I paid $8.99 for and since my dad wasn't feeling well that day, only ate half and I asked if it was okay. He said it was "okay". He's hard to please anyways. The owner was very friendly and the next time I'm in the area, I'll try the chicken or beef bulgogi to see what's really up! So Wings is sooooo good. If you are looking for a wing spot that gets the flavors right, homemade sauces, and some of the best rice to pair with it...then this is the hot spot. These wings might as well have black belts because they be kickin'! We got various wing flavors with both shrimp and beef fried rice, and one of my kids got the double bacon burger which was massive. Food was spot on all around and we have eaten at multiple wing spots in the area that claim to be the best but this one takes the crown. If you blink you might miss the location, corner spot at the gas station. Not going to lie there was some suspect looking activity going on around the area so I was hesitant to dine in with my kids but it ended up being a great experience. DO NOT SHOP HERE!They are very prejudice. I placed an order today for two combos on the phone. When arriving the order was not even made and the lady was being rude about being on time to even get my food. I also used one of there coupons the 10off coupon. I made my drink n waited on my food and realized my drink tasted funny, so when I asked the lady can I pour this out because it taste funny she then told id have to pay. I said okay, even though I was a little confused but she told me she had a long day so I was understanding.She also didn't fail to mention I had a 10 off coupon so I should just pay for the drink. Again being understanding I say ok, when I reached him I realized they gave me two of the same order. I called back to let them know they told me to bring it back and they'd remake it. once I brought it back she then told me "My husband doesn't make mistakes he said he gave you the right stuff". I then in a polite tone let her know it's okay can I just have it remade. this woman then starts to raise her voice and her husband and says "you were complaining about the drink already and you have 10 dollars off". I then let her know I wouldn't waste my time after work to come back if the order was correct it's okay people make mistakes can u remake it. she said no so then I asked a refund. I had been wanting to try this place as soon as I saw it opened. It replaced another wing spot. I LOVE chicken wings, so I wanted to find a new spot to enjoy them. I was in the area so I gave them a shot. This place is in a strip mall where many young men and old heads alike, like to congregate in front of the businesses and harass customers at times. I wanted wings the day I went so I said "F it, let's see what these wings are hitting for!" I don't understand why the owners of all the businesses in this strip mall don't band together and make it illegal for them to loiter in front of the business. The cashier was extremely friendly and was amazed at my debit card because it's personalized with one of my photos on it. The food didn't take long to come out and I was out the door in 10 minutes. An younger Asian guy gave me my food, I'm assuming he was the owner or in some affiliation with the other. He was very nice and thanked me for coming in. I had 2 orders 1 with the cheese steak combo, fries and lemon pepper hot wing which the cheese steak was great but the wings were very salty. The second order was 10 wing combo with shrimp fried rice and lemon pepper hot wings. The rice had extra black pepper and rice was chewy and the wings were super salty. This is my 2nd time ordering from them but i never had the wings or rice but the Phillies are always good and fresh...so be careful when you order..maybe it was me but next time I will still to the chicken or cheese steak philly read more
