We go here for the chicken livers! They are delicious and the serving is generous. Mom and I share a large dinner and it's plenty. On the last trip she wanted macaroni and cheese but was surprised to get fried pouches of Mac & cheese. I pointed out it is in the appetizer section. We had fries and cold slaw and it all tasted good. You can drive through or call your order in and pick it up at the counter, no dining in. Everyone there is very nice. As for ambiance, that's hard to say from the drive thru.
