I did state the the customer service was hit or miss but mostly miss. The food is great however establishment is usually not clean(floors etc and has a weird smell) and the establishment could use pest control. I did however go back to the establishment today and the restaurant was much cleaner and the customer service was much better from the person who took my order to the person who address my concerns about my order. My food was not prepared to their usual standards and the issue was resolved. I have had the black eye sandwich which is a chicken Philly and fries. Both are usually delicious. My mom has had the Thai chili wings which she enjoyed. Their drinks are canned and bottled so be prepared to spend around $2-$3 per drink. Great eats. I'd definitely eat here again. Based on today alone.

Amazing sandwiches.!!! my husband had the club and German potato salad I had the corn beef on rye and the cucumber salad ....... My husband said his was so good. He ate the whole thing in one setting. I was fortunate enough to bring half of mine home for dinner because there's no way I would've been able to eat all that.!!! his potato salad was good and I'm gonna say my cucumbers were OK.... (I compare all cucumber salads to my grandma's so nothing ever matches hers ) the service was awesome. You ordered it the counter and they'll bring it out to your table.!!!!! the interior needs some work, but it is a super old building and I think they need to restock their candy supply, but I'm still giving them a five because of the food!!!!!!!

The Rueben was really tasty, it could do with a bit more meat. The flavors were some of the best I've had and these are my go to sandwiches. Hubby's sandwich tasted great too ( of course we share!) bread was soft and not overpowering. I added Zapp's jalepeno chips but I wish I chose the German potato salad. Hubs had it and it was warm and yummy, bits of corned beef, perfect potatoes in a light non mayo like dressing with caramelized onions. Lose a 5 star for just for the lack of upkeep inside. It was sad to see bolted on cardboard instead of dry wall around the windows. The food is great, please give the place some TLC. Good interactions with the staff.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the owner who handed us a menu. It's s limited menu but they have daily specials that they post on Facebook and instagram. I love this kind of menu as it usually indicates everything is fresh. My DD ordered the hot Rueben and I got the Roast Beef Melt. Both of these sandwiches were top tier. Loaded with meat and cheese. My DD said she thought the Rueben could have more sauce but that it was still "solid". My Roast Beef came with a delicious au jus which was not too salty. We ordered combos so we got to choose between potato salad or pasta salad (fruit or chips were the other options) and a cold drink (cans/bottles). They actually gave us both salads. We both agreed the pasta salad was the winner here but the potato salad was better than most. We also took a piece of their Turtle Cheese cake which is made by the owner's mom. It was superb! They close at four but they do have some dishes in their case for dinner like lasagna and enchiladas. Make it a point to check this place out it is a great spot.

Lunch in downtown Augusta can go in a lot of directions, but today we wanted something inexpensive,…read morelocal in spirit, and fresh enough to feel like a small reset in the middle of the day. Yelp nudged us toward New Moon Cafe, and while the signage from the street is minimal enough that we almost walked past it, we eventually found our way inside and were glad we did. At 12:30 on a Saturday the timing worked in our favor. We stepped right up to the counter with no queue at all, placed our order, and settled in. By the time our food arrived about fifteen minutes later, the line had grown to the point where people were waiting nearly that long just to order, which gave the whole place that lively, slightly chaotic weekend energy without ever feeling rushed. Mrs. K chose the smoked salmon bagel, which came out panini pressed, a small twist on a classic that she enjoyed. I am still keeping things keto, so the chef's salad with blue cheese was exactly what I needed, a generous portion that felt balanced and satisfying without pushing me off track. They offer plenty of coffee drinks and smoothie combinations, but we kept things simple and were perfectly happy with our choices. There is outdoor seating if that is your preference, and the whole experience had that relaxed, local charm that makes Augusta lunches feel unhurried even when the dining room is filling up around you. This place has an excellent menu with breakfast and lunch options and something to suit different needs. I was excited to know they had gluten free bread options. I ordered the honey crunch bagel (peanut butter, Granny Smith apples, honey and granola--no granola for me though) on gluten free. It comes as a gluten free roll. I was shocked by how something so simple was so delicious. I ordered a side of bacon--seemed to be more like the consistency of microwave bacon but I was just grateful to have a protein option outside of eggs. I also ordered a decaf iced caramel latte with coconut milk. Their regular caffeinated iced lattes are made with their cold brew. If you are someone without food allergies, their pastry case looked AMAZING. Highly recommend for breakfast, brunch or lunch!

When we walked in, it was fairly busy but the rush seemed to have passed--no line and most people already had their food. We chose to order to-go, but ended up waiting about 20 minutes. While waiting, another guest mentioned he had waited 45 minutes for his food. When we got home, I tried the PB&J (a recommendation from the owner on a past visit). It was okay, but I've liked other bagels more. My husband ordered the Nachos Maximus, (his usual) but unfortunately the sandwich was incorrect and came with an egg on top. He has an egg allergy, so he had to drive back (15 minutes each way) to get a replacement. The team remade it right away, but unfortunately there was no apology or apparent care for the mistake. Unfortunately, his bagel just ok and not as good as it has been in the past. I think the owner just adds the magic touch-a sprinkle of love! Overall, it was a disappointing visit compared to our past experiences--noticeably, the owner wasn't there this time. That said, we still highly recommend Sully's. Everyone has off days, and we'll continue to support them. Keeping my 5-star rating because this place truly deserves it.
