First time I've tried this place. Ordered wings to go - they were ready at correct time and they are delicious!

We ordered fish & shrimp basket, chicken hibachi, chicken fingers & chicken wings. We would order the chicken wings again. Fish & shrimp was frozen food that had no flavor. Hibachi was overcooked & chicken fingers were bland. This place is an absolute joke. The food was not fit for my dawgs to eat. We were excited when we got the mailer. Excluding Wingstop, there was no where close to grab wings. We would often have to drive across town to A-Town Wings (in Martinez or on Walton Way) or Wing Express (in Surrey Center every blue moon). We ordered a 30 pieces with large fries + side order of shrimp. Hot honey, mild and honey mustard flavors. Came fairly quick, 15 minutes. + : I love places that give you the option to pay for all flats/drums. Let the people choose! - : The cashier completed forgot to ring us up for it. We weren't trying to wait for them to be recooked. We were already famished. All of the sauces were pretty good. This is the first honey mustard wing I've liked since JJ Wings on Deans Bridge. I don't think the wings were fried hard enough tho. They had zero crisp or texture to them. This also may have caused them to be a little larger than I like. Spouse said the fried shrimp were good. But they weren't hand-breaded like A-Town's. They were also a bit pricey. A 6-piece was $6.99. Not a value at all. The "large fry" didn't not look large at all. It shared a tray with a ten-piece. Those fries were very limp and seemed undercooked. They added a small fry to make up for the initial order. These were a bit better. They had just come out of the grease and had a crisp to them. But the fries just aren't good. They were just regular fries. I think crispy crinkle fries work better with wings. We end up putting the first batch of fries and some of the wings in the air fryer and this improved the experience. Overall, it was average. I don't really see us saying "Let's grab Aishi tonight." I'm sure we will try it again, wings fried hard to double check but it's likely going to be on the "last resort" list. First visit, the whole family went... And none of us are eager to go back. Two stars because the chicken Philly was pretty good. Would be nice if they would have cut it in half. When I asked for a knife, she said they did not have any. Didn't care for the plastic silverware or being served in to go containers... Quick to break a fork! It definitely looks better on the inside, but it's extremely loud! And the seats/benches sat so low to the table I felt like I needed a booster seat. My husband is much taller and had same issue. I love ketchup, especially with french fries... Cheap ketchup!! I agree with one of the other reviews, may be better to grab it and go back home to use actual silverware and good ketchup. Girlfriend and usually eat across the street from this new restaurant. We thought we would give them a month to iron out the kinks, it looked like they were doing well. All that said it is an old Pizza Hut building and entrance is on the parking lot side. You end up right where everybody is standing to place their order. No table side service. We looked over the menu and ordered with the lady staffing the front counter. Orders are then yelled to the back kitchen which is directly behind her. You fix your own fountain drink and condiments ( small take out style packages ), napkins and flimsy plastic forks are also available at the same counter. The interior has been freshly painted white and most of the lower walls are white tile, it looks very clean. However all the hard surfaces give it all the charm of a bus terminal waiting room and it is very loud, sound just echos in that kind of space. Addition of lots of plants including some larger palms would solve most of the problems I mentioned. Food was good lots of rice and portions were certainly large enough for a good dinner. Be advised their white sauce is very very thin and has almost no flavor, it does help to moisten the dry rice. We were told additional containers of white sauce would cost a dollar. You are also expected to dispose of the styrofoam carry out container your food is served in, again the only place to do so is you guessed it right by the door. As far as we could tell by the somewhat dirty table we sat at nobody cleans the tables, not sure how sanitary that is. We saw lots of folks do carry out and maybe that would be the way to go. I really feel 3 stars is a little generous considering the cost, but I hope they are still working out kinks and it will get better from here read more

Ordered a big lunch order. Went to pick up the lunches, paid for it and left. they forgot to put the other lunches in. Called the restaurant several times regarding my order, the phone kept going to voicemail. Drove 20 mins to the restaurant and asked for a refund. The front staff person said that it was not their fault because the food were up front. I told her that the food were not there. I told her that I called several times and no one picked up the phone. She said she heard the phone ringing and she said she did not know what to do. She said that the people in the back only spoke Spanish. Happened to be on my way from the bin store and needed a quick eat, and I was skeptical from looking at the building but I tried it anyway. I am so glad I did, and although I havent got the stir fry that looks like it has bad reviews, that CHICKEN man, I mean like the wings ain't big or nothin but it was so dang good I got full after five wings man. The tenderness and the sauce marinated into it, man I had it the day after, not even using the air drier, that sauce was still all I could taste. i am very disappointed in this restaurant and how they handle disputes for their customers. I had a company order for 6 people for a prominent hospital in the area. i picked it up. We were missing a person's order and one paid for a fish and shrimp $17 meal and only got fish $10 meal. I had 3 meetings, so i went back after the meetings to let them know we needed refunds for these 2 persons. I was told it was my fault that i did not get everything. The casher stated she doubted "she " would do anything about it. Whoever she was?? She got on phone and talked to someone. Then again restated it was my fault the order was not correct. She got my name and number to have someone call me and said no one was there but her and a no english speaking hispanic gentleman in the back. Also, we called from 12 to 3 and no one would pick up phone. The young lady said i heard the phone and idk what going on with that phone?? Also 2 of the ladies did not like their food. Chicken was not done once before. Today the two dishes (hibachi steak and vegetable) were bland. My fries were cold. DO NOT EAT AT THS POORLY RAN AND QUALITY PLACE!!!!! read more
