Wanted to try this place out since it recently opened as my family is big chicken tenders fans as well as all other forms of fried chicken. Immediately walking in this place was packed, the music was so loud I felt like I was walking into a chicken-themed club. The cashier messed up our order so many times because we could barely hear each other and was so frustrating, I would have walked out had I not been the last one to order in my family. The staff were super nice though, but the food itself is just ok, nothing special at all. I ordered a 5 piece tenders combo and it only comes with 1 sauce which is not even close to enough to dip 5 tenders and/or fries in. When I went to get some rance they charged me for it, which I suppose because it comes in containers that appear to be made in house they can't just give them to you for the overpriced food you just bought. I was really hopeful for this place to open since it's a new spot and it's close to home, but honestly I'd drive out of my way to go somewhere else that offers similar menu items. read more

Place is clean and service is quick. Need you guys to figure out a consistency with your sauce. I can tell it's mixed in house since sometimes you guys add too much mayo to the sauce and it doesn't taste good when this happens. You can tell by the color when it has too much mayo. The service was decent. The restaurant was clean & organized. We ate outside on the patio, which I normally don't do but it was nice. The food was good. We were waiting for a while until a gentleman was headed to break & stopped & asked how long we were waiting. He walked in & immediately walked back out with the food. The food is good and comes out fresh and hot, however the wait is very very long. They did open a week ago, so give them a little break, but the 2 times I've been I had to wait about 45-50 mins for a small meal. The staff is very friendly and the manager came over personally and apologized for the long wait. The inside is very nice and well kept, very clean and not loud or small. We've been three times now. The first time the grilled fingers took an additional 40 minutes past our pickup time for our online order. The second order was smooth sailing. The third order they tried to rip us off when buying a large sauce. They tried to give us a 4 oz sauce and tell us it was the $5.99 sauce but since we'd previously been we pulled up photos of the size of the previous sauce. FYI 4oz of sauce would have cost us .59 per 2 oz or approximately $1.20. So buyer beware and don't let them rip you off. read more

Service is so slow and the staff is very "get your food and get out my face" attitude. I don't mind the long wait if the food is good but the food is cold and the drinks are watered down by the time you get to the window. So frustrating. Another new chicken place. I'm not a high rater, for 5-stars do something to knock my socks off. 4-stars is good. Went there for lunch. I was expecting it being busy but it wasn't too bad. There was plenty of inside and outside seating available. The menu was typical chicken place; strips, salads, wraps, sandwiches, etc. Ordering wasn't a problem; they gave us a number placard for the table. Wife got the 3 piece fried, I got the 3 piece grilled. This is one place that does have a grilled option. It didn't take too long to get the meal. Both were 'okay' ; nothing spectacular. They advertise 'fillet mignon' of chicken. I didn't think it was that special. The grilled pieces were on the smaller size, so that was consistent with the 'special' cuts. I wasn't impressed with the grilled chicken. It was in heavy oil or something. It tasted fine but I could have done with less oil. The fried was like most other chicken places.
