However, lately, you only get just one or two extra pieces - and the price has gone up: $30 for 20 pieces comes out to $1.50 for 2 bites of chicken and I don't consider that to be good value anymore(?). Even though they are young, both were extremely professional, kind, and helpful in showing me everything I needed to know. When I returned today, Sarah once again went above and beyond. She personally brought my food out to my car. As she approached and saw I was on the phone, she kindly said, "I don't want to scare you, just bringing your food to you," with the biggest smile. That simple moment showed how thoughtful and customer-focused she is. Both Sarah and Tinleigh create a friendly and caring environment that makes you want to come back. On the way out, I grabbed some of their dark chocolate fudge, which was really good (5/5); it's just dark chocolate chips, peanut butter, and some honey, so it's not too unhealthy. Besides giving me the wrong base, the service was incredibly slow (about 20 minutes or so when we were the only order); they might have had to make the proteins, but that still doesn't explain the entire wait, especially for a fast casual place (2/5).
