I really enjoy Wingstop for their wide assortment of sauces. For the price you're paying, the portion is fairly large, but it's definitely a different texture than Popeyes or Korean fried chicken. The wingstop at wrightsboro seem to have better customer service than the others I've been to. In general, at peak order times, you'll have to wait or the orders will come out slow. I heard horror stories of people missing items or orders being messed up at Wingstops but I've never had that issue here fortunately. The food is like any other wingstop; sometimes overly seasoned, but decent & enjoyable for the most part. The staff have always been professional and helpful. It can get pretty packed here, so I generally order to go and that's what a lot of customers seem to have been doing. Will continue to visit this location and if you've never tried wingstop, I do recommend it. read more

I was in Augusta recently for the first time in a few years, and I stopped at this Wingstop for a quick family order. I ordered a 40 piece with a large fry for pick up (COVID). The wings were standard, no problem there, and the fries were good - let me just say, the main reason I always went to this location when I was in Augusta is because the fries are always ON POINT. Like I feel like you usually get Wingstop fries and they're typically soggy (in my experience, at basically every one I've ever been to). Even if you get them fresh, somehow they're basically soggy :/ BUT this Wingstop ALWAYS has good fries. I don't know how they do it, but they make it happen. So glad I found a wingstop close to home. When I walked in it was very clean and staff was very polite and welcoming. I ordered the group pack ( 40 wings/4 flavors/4 dips... large fry and veggie sticks) for $33.99. The food was prompt you could see the kitchen and the staff were clean and very punctual. The ambiance was real chill inside and welcoming as many of the wingstop are. The food was hot and fresh and it came out quick once I ate them... I must say these lemon pepper wings were amazing. This was completely within control of being fixed shortly after my take out order was picked up , as I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager ,I voiced my concern of the chicken and fries having a stagnant taste of old cooking oil and was not edible. I asked her if I could bring the meals back up for replacement or money back . With a very unapologetic tone .. she said , "your name '? Which I told her .. then she proceeded to say the only thing I can do is give you 20% off on your next order ... really ?!?! A next order won't be happening hence the fact of your non concern of wasting my time and money or concern on this horrible experience tonight. Came here a few times while living in Augusta and just love it. Lemon pepper wings all flats is what I always order. So good. I go to the nail salon in the shopping center behind them. Decent location. On a busy street. Didn't even know it was there until I had to make a uturn in the parking lot one day. Wings are a great pass time when you're waiting to get your nails done(at least for me it is). I had to check it out since I always heard about but never went. I had the fries too and they were pretty good. I believe it was the owner behind the counter. He was so nice and very friendly. Clean and everything looks almost new. Bathroom was spotless. This is my first visit to this location and this is the first time I have been disappointed by Wingstop. I came in to place a to go order. Obviously someone had a friend visiting. I was trying to make my order but this person was yelling back to the kitchen making it nearly impossible to make the order. What didn't help was the fact the person running the register was being short because obviously she wanted to interact with this person. I got some garlic parmesan wings and their atomic wings. I also got an order of cheese fries. So I proceeded to sit and wait patiently. Then I began to become upset as the entire staff was out front interacting with this person instead of doing their jobs. Then I observed the staff allowing this person to answer "the call in order phone" and then put the person on hold. I can only assume one of the people their would be a manager and I am floored that would be allowed to go on. I finally got my order and left. I know I should have checked the bag but I didn't. The cheese fries were missing the cheese. The parmesan wings were good but the atomic wings were not right. Atomic should have tons of flavor and be hot enough to make me sweat. Don't leave without trying the Lemon Pepper wings!! They are my favorite wings anywhere! Great service too. When they say "your order will ready in 14 minutes", then your order will be ready in 14 minutes. They also have a great soda machine that allows you to mix flavors yourself. Kids love it.
