On the site it said that they were open but when we got there they were close for renovation! A lot of people were coming thinking that they were open. I wish they would've updated their website to reflect that. I drove across town just for them to be. Closed.

Haven't been to this Shane's location is years, plenty of seating for various group sizes and well situated in the shopping center for parking. All the food was great, but my oldest son said the burger wasn't that great and didn't even eat all over which says something because he loves burgers almost as much as I do. The smoked wings are on point, super tasteful and juicy. The staff here was very helpful and polite, loved the support they provided as I asked a lot of questions about the menu.

I wanted to thank the staff at this Shane's location their compassionate customer service while we so often go to Shane's for a quick tasty dinner, this particular review is something outside of the normal scope of restaurant service Over the years when ordering in or taking home leftovers all of our pets always knew Shane's and all clamored for a small taste of their delicious pulled pork this past Monday 2.10.25 one of our beloved pets of 17 years went into kidney failure and refused all food and treats, as her last meal my son desperately remembered how much she would beg for some pulled pork, basically the only "human" food she ever showed interest in so he immediately went to go get a small chunk to give her. The staff here mentioned their smallest portion was 1/2 lb but as he tried explained what he wanted, he fell apart knowing she wouldn't eat .5 and wouldn't have any other time to finish it, they very sweetly created a small bowl for him, free of charge to take home and she did eat a couple chunks of it happily as her last meal

When I'm looking for my BBQ fix, I come here. The loaded BBQ fries are on point. I always get the peach sweet tea, which i love, and BBQ plate with the 2 sides. Usually, I choose baked beans and Mac n cheese, but was feeling frisky today and got the potato salad, delicious.

If I give a half star I would. Not for customer service because she was great but because of the product that I received. I order the 10 piece smoked wings and received the smallest hardest wings on the planet. For $10.99 I didn't expect horrible food. They are not smoked but fried and they are hard as bricks. I am highly disappointed with this product.

This restaurant truly lives up toe standards in my opinion. I had the absolute pleasure of trying the Cowboy burger with Peach Cobbler and I'd like to say Well Done with the food. I've tried the BBQ Chicken and Chicken Strips at Shane's Rib Shack but never the burgers until that day and it was the best burger I've ever tasted at a BBQ restaurant. Wonderfully done and highly recommended.

Staff were nice. Food was okay. Ribs a little fatty. The macaroni and Fried okra were delicious.

Lunch ribs with fries and coleslaw and additional side of peach cobbler.

The flavor is good but the food was cold. Took it back up and hey had a new order out quickly. Service was okay as you simply walk up and order, the person who brought the food out was nice and polite.

    Burnt ribs

Overall the majority of the food wasn't bad (but not great). The pulled pork was good but slightly warm. The ribs themselves were the biggest waste and embarrassment. I received them black and so burnt that I squeezed it to pull them apart and it crumbled in my hands. I feel that the name sake of your store you would take extra care to ensure your ribs are great. I don't think I'll be returning.

As a farm-to-table spot, the 30-minute wait for food was completely reasonable and well worth it. My Chicken and Waffles were cooked to perfection; honestly, the best I've ever had. We split a half dozen oysters to start and they were perfect. We chose to enjoy 3 of two types of the oysters from their selection. I could've easily had many more. We made the decision to split three of the dishes off the snacks at the top of their menu, which was plenty enough for two of us to share along with the oysters. We had the chicken thighs which were juicy and full of flavor. The brussels sprouts with the goat cheese and balsamic glaze was a combination of flavors and texture that were absolutely beautiful. I finished the evening with an adorable birthday dessert, which was a candy bar like dish with Nutella ice cream. The sparkler candle was so cute. We cannot wait to come back to enjoy more oysters, great food, and amazing service. A huge shout out to Nick for helping us make this evening amazing.

Starting with our drinks, we both had coffee-which I would return for the coffee alone! It was bold, curious, mysterious and honestly had me asking for the name of the coffee before I left! We had a server in training, so two servers! Both were outstanding! Quick to refill our drinks and remove plates that were empty. The food.....let me just say I not only spoke with management, I also was able to speak with the head chef to give my praise. I am not one to sing false praise, trust me. When I tell you I have never, ever, had a brunch as delicious as his!!! I am a French toast connoisseur, and his was a 12/10! There was not one bite of food that wasn't outstanding. I was truly impressed, with his creativity and his attention to detail because it shined like a diamond from the front of house all the way down to the sweet lady filling the cakes when I was taking my pictures for this review! "Let me get it all full and pretty now before you get those pictures!" I mean, if she wasn't just the sweetest thing, and took 100% pride in her work. Same with the gentleman working the omelet station. He came in the day before to prep the fish (which is a long day of work!) The love they put into each dish truly shines through effortlessly! It's been near a decade since I've seen that many smiling people all in one place! While I will have to limit how often I come for Brunch lest my clothes start shrinking! Good bbq dinner with a colleague tonight…read more One of the more popular dining options in the south is BBQ. This one we chose tonight is a small chain, but offers an excellent bbq dining option. It's not a sitdown restaurant. You place your order at the counter then go find a place to eat. They bring out the food to you. Once you sit down, you're served with a plate of warm biscuits. There's some sort of cheese or something inside them, but it wasn't a distracting ingredient, just different. You always like it when you get the opportunity to try multiple types of bbq meat. The option for tonight was bbq rib and pulled pork. Not only are the portions very good. (had to get a to go box) but both meats tasted super. The pulled pork was tender and juicy. The ribs were large and plentiful. The ribs could've been a little more "fall off the bone", but we're good nonetheless. There's only one type of sauce to put on the ribs, but it was a good and not too tangy. With this meal option, you get two choices of sides. Being a big fan of coleslaw that was one side. The other side was corn on the cob. The coleslaw was sweet tasting. The corn on the cob had a bit of a hot bite to it. Both were fantastic. Thought to go with the sweet tea option, but since I had it earlier in the day, I chose otherwise.
