So the service is personable. Mr. m is a very nice person. We went yesterday in time for a late lunch, the ribs were dry and lacked the BBQ smoke I was expecting. The only meaty portion of the meat was the tips. The chicken was decent, tasted like standard rotisserie. The Mac and cheese was standard as was the potato salad. Even the bbq sauce was just generic. Me and my colleague ordered the same thing but his dinner came with 2 slices of white bread while mine came with a side of corn bread (perhaps because I got collard greens and potato salad, while my colleague got baked beans and rice). Food was delicious. Good smoke ring around the meat and good smoke flavor. Nothing complex as the oak wood is used for smoking. Would have been interesting with different types of wood. Eat it All BBQ is another hidden gem in Augusta. I found this establishment by the smoke rolling off the grill which traveling down Deanbridge Road. During these uncertain times I was surprised to see a grill master out and restaurant open for business. I had heard rumors about this place serving some For Real BBQ and I wasn't disappointed, the food was outstanding and the side delicious (I still haven't figured out what's up with sugar in the potato salad). There nothing better then some bbq fresh off the grill. The reception was warm and friendly as we entered, the establishment was clean and the pit master friendly and while we were there bringing smoked pork ribs and chicken fresh off the grill, the smell was amazing. if you get the opportunity I recommend you stop and try this BBQ joint out. read more

There chicken and ribs are slammin'. I had collards and Mac and cheese, they were both good. My GF had the same entre with potato salad and hash and rice. She wasn't impressed. They offer coke products for beverages. The inside is immaculate. Two very helpful gentlemen were cooking and servers/everything. Gospel music is playing loud and proud. Mr. Monroe is very personable and has a wonderful southern BBQ restaurant. The ribs and the pulled pork sandwiches are excellent. This place probably has its moments, but our visit wasn't one of them. When we were there (around 1:30pm.,) there was only one person working - the owner. This made for extremely slow service. Mr Monroe had to do everything. He manned the pit, took the orders and served them up, and ran the cash register. I was going to have pulled pork, but he gave me a sample of his ribs and changed my mind. The ribs I had weren't like his sample. (I don't think it was intentional) They were dry and over cooked. My wife's pulled pork sandwich was downright boring. On the other hand, the potato salad, baked beans, and barbecue sauce were excellent. Will I be back? Probably not. I've been passing by this place for years and finally decided to try it and I'm mad that I didn't do it sooner. Everything is grilled on this huge old school grill and it's made fresh. I love their chicken! This ribs are good but when I got them they were a bit tough to chew, so I'd say pick the chicken! They have a tasty sauce that they give you with your order (they don't fill the cup up so you might need extras if you go overboard on dipping). Their side dishes could use some help, the only two side dishes I liked were the greens and the potato salad. The baked beans seemed to have tomato in them and the macaroni & cheese looked like it had no cheese. Try those at your own risk! Picked up a to go order there 2 weeks ago. Actually wanted to dine in, but the place was totally empty and the 2 owners seemed to want to visit outside with friends. Service was terribly slow. Grill was dirty, so I had to wait for it to be cleaned. Owners were complaining about their help and why their business wasn't as good as Wife Saver's. didnt want to give it any stars but to comment i had to give at least 1.wife went to get me bbq wasted trip, she ordered chicken and it was burned. he tol her he had no chopped bbq but then came out with overseasoned brisket .and nothing is worse to me than bbq brisket.the mac and cheese was bland, and the n baked beans were definitely right out of the can i have now learned that if i want real bbq pork il sit up all night in front of my smoker and cook it myself.im sure it will taste like pulled pork bbq and be more edible.a customer came in while she was in line and ordered summa all and he conveniently got it even though he just told my wife he was out of it . hum, whats up with that?never again will she drive 20 miles for substandard bbq and burned chicken, the cat wouldnt even touch either, definitely inedible, bland , overpriced and disgusting. our cat tried to bury it, and even the ground threw it back. bad service and then lying to me saying he was out of pulled pork, then subbing brisket of pulled pork, bad business bad customer service dont ever try to pass off brisket as pulled pork. read more
