I have been coming to this Burger King location for a while now, because it is the closest location to my home, but each time has been a bit of a disappointment. Now, I don't like to leave completely negative reviews places so I haven't "reviewed" this Burger King location (and really, why review a fast food place?) BUT, with all of that said, the last time that I went in (with a super complicated order, I think I was ordering for 9 people) the young women that worked with me took her time and placed my entire order correctly and the food came out hot. Which was amazing. And she was just so kind. I wish that I could have gotten her name, I was just in too much of a hurry to think about Yelp, or anything like that. Ordered a double whopper and got a burger in a wopper box so I assumed it was the correct order, but after I drove all the way home I opened the box and they gave me a normal impossible whopper, which I can't eat. Just left from there getting a $$ trio. I thought the person taking orders asked about cheese, however I misheard because she asked if I wanted my sandwich plain. When I got to the window, I asked about it. I hadn't been handed my food yet, so I was wondering if I could still get lettuce, tomato, and mayo. She just shook her head no at me. You could tell by her face that she didn't really care for what I was asking for. If you hate your job fine, but I just asked a simple question. So your lack of disregard is unwarranted. You could've even just put it in a box on the side a gave me mayo packets. That would have sufficed. read more

The wait time is horrendous and once you get into the drive thru, you can't get out! They have their doors locked so you can't even order ahead & pick up in a timely manner. Once you do manage to get your food, it's thrown in the bag, condiments missing and your order is usually wrong. read more

Dining room was closed when every other restaurant's dining rooms are open. Drive through employee said it was because of Covid. This has got to stop as an excuse!! If there really was an issue with Covid, why were most of the employees without masks? I say this even though I am an advocate of not wearing masks because they don't work. Either Covid is an issue and you want to go along with the protocols or you're using it as an excuse. read more

Today is not the day for good customer service and team communication. If you did not know, BK is running specials so I ordered a two cheeseburger combo plain just cheese, fairly simple and straight forward, I presumed. Well, I presumed wrong and it took a little bit longer than normal, but hey I had a taste for the BK. I get my order and one of the burgers is not correct and the other burger had a cold slab of cheese on it! Could have been an honest mistake considering the out of school rush they just had so I go back to the counter and explain the deal. While I am waiting on them to remake my order I asked can you put the burgers in the microwave to melt the cheese please and the cashier takes one burger to the microwave (I am like ahh, what about the second one). At this point, I am just waiting when I hear one of the workers say "Why can't these people just order regular burgers! Which I repied "Customers would like their order the way it is ordered for them." Silence..by this time my burger is out of the microwave in a new bag but get this..it is soo hot that you can not even hold it for a few seconds. I went inside at 9:33 am and placed an order for 2 breakfast sandwiches , after waiting 10 min watching my order with the receipt taped to the bag , an employee looked at me and the order and said "I got you coming " at this time some other orders come up on the printer from the drive up , then my 2 Croissants were place in the bid to be bagged , then a gentleman came from around the corner (working the drive-through) and put my order and a another one or 2 items in a bag , and I said , come on man those are mine I have been waiting 15 min, he said I just had 2 big orders in the drive through , and I said yes , but 2 of them are mine , he snapped " You want your money back ?" And I said yes" he said I ain't got time for this" and gave me my money back ? The staff here is so darn friendly, they nearly rival Chick-FIl-A! I hit up the Burger King once in awhile when I'm in between dog parks and crave their awesome fries. I hate that large fries cost $3 but they're the best fries I've had from a fast food chain. For some reason, they don't carry Icees like other Burger Kings and the fact that it's on the menu mocks me. They mock me I say. I've mistakenly pulled up for Icees and had been stuck in the drive-through line twice. I wish there was a way to just pull away but alas, there's no room at this Burger King. If the line wasn't so long and the Yumbo sandwich didn't get presented ice cold, I would have totally given them more stars. It is Saturday,and I decided to go through the drive thru. Normally this BK is slow, but I noticed only 2 cars in front of me. Amazing as cars are quickly moving. Then I found out as I approached the menu board and speaker. At first I did not understand what was being said to me. Chicken no ... only chicken... this must mean No Beef. Go to Chick Fil A. The crispy chicken is nothing like the picture. Could not taste the chicken and it was little over an 8th inch thin. It tastes terrible. The meat in the whoppers have gotten so thin, they shouldn't be called whoppers. Will not return. read more

I have visited this Burger King several times. My orders have always been correct after receiving them, and the staff very friendly. The food is pretty good as far as fast food goes. I usually special order, so my food is always fresh and hot. The restaurant is clean. The restrooms are clean as is the outside of the restaurant. The parking lot is small. Not much parking area, but this Burger King is smaller than most. If you choose to use the drive through you can not exit the drive through once you enter it,no room to turn around. This Burger King is far better than most in the area. So if you are craving a burger I would suggest giving this location a try. If it's around lunch time be prepared for a little bit slower service. This location usually has a huge lunch rush. read more

We went to this location tonight and decided to use the drive thru even though there were already a couple of cars already in line. Little did we know it would take 35 minutes for us to get our order. I swear if they didn't have curbing on both sides of the drive thru lane, I would've left. We got our order (and I know we should've checked it after that long a wait, but there were many cars behind us who had also been patiently waiting) and once we got home realized the whole order was incorrect. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager who said I could bring it back and she would correct the issue, but after the 35 minute wait the first time and not knowing what they'd do to our food if we came back, I wrote it off as a lesson learned. After reading other reviews about this location, it seems management does not care about fixing any issues!! This Burger King used to be very nice and clean. Now the last few month we seen a very bad change. It looks run down and filthy. The ladies clothes at the cash register was so dirty all over. Old dirt not just one day dirt. I used to work at a fast food restaurant when I was 18 and I washed my uniform every day.. I never looked like that. I put pride in what I do and did back then. The counter was spilled with food, stuff on the floor all over..and my shoes got stuck on old sticky soda. The card ready was filthy with old week long dust, food crumps and hair on it. I told the woman that it was filthy and it needs cleaning asap..she just looked at me and had a smerk on her face and said nothing..thick dust on the bottom of the monitor at the cash register..just filth everywhere. Waited 20 minutes for a simple order. Food was cold. The tray was sticky and obviously not washed. The drinks tasted odd, even another patron of the store said the same thing. I went to wash my hands and there were empty toilet paper rolls on the floor of the bathroom and no paper towels; overall very dirty bathroom. One employee was in the parking lot with a broom pretending to sweep and eating an ice cream cone. The packets of ketchup were wet and sitting in about an 1/8" of water. I couldn't even eat half of the burger (cold stale bun, meat was grey and cool to the touch) and a few hours later what I did eat came back up. To say that my most recent experience at my local Burgerking (store number 17197) terrible would be a huge under statement. From the moment I pulled into the drive through the customer service was deplorable. The woman on the speaker was rude and kept "asking is that it" as if she had something better to do and I was inconveniencing her and then she abruptly changed me over to someone who seem equally annoyed and didn't know my order at all. After finally finding my order in her system it was only part of it and the part they had was wrong. After a lengthy back and forth they finally got my order MOSTLY correct. After pulling up to the window the woman grab the payment out of my hand and promptly shut the window. No greeting whatsoever. She handed my card back and closed the window again. I sat about 2 minutes before someone came to give me my drink order (which she still was unsure of) once I finally got my order I checked my bag and all my food was thrown in there partially wrapped and half was cold. The woman slammed the window and didn't respond to my call. (This was the worst night shift team I have ever encountered) I immediately called the 1800 number for corporate to let them know about the crap service that I received and the agent ( Mr. Ynaick) showed no empathy and was terribly rude himself. He was sarcastic and actually laughed during my call. If this is burgerkings standards for employee/customer interactions then I have no plans to continue to support their business and I encourage everyone to do the same. If I come through the drive through or come inside in the evening it takes 20-30 minutes to get my food. This is not fast food. I don't know why it takes so long but I'm never coming back not when there are other places much much quicker in the area and just as fatty. read more
