We returned to Cheeseburger Bobby's for National Hamburger Day! They actually had a free cheeseburger giveaway but fries and drinks were a charge. First disappointment was that the frozen custard machine was still out of order. Secondly, the made to order burgers were most likely pre made and rather skimpy. I ate more Bread than meat. It was difficult to swallow. The fries, which were previously cut and prepared on site looked and tasted bland. Where were the bags of potatoes that were piled up before? I had onion rings. Heavily coated and also bland. Once I reached the onion, it was sweet. Service was awesome. The tables and restrooms were clean. At least 2 people came to ask about our comfort. Had a disgusting experience here at my Local Bobby's! Full of delightful treats, such as but not limited to: 2 burnt Bacon Cheeseburgers, 2 burnt plain Cheeseburgers, and another delicious almost perfectly grey cheeseburger. The fun doesn't stop there--enjoy the most on appetizing condiments that you get to pick yourself! Imagine this wonder; a bucket of lettuce that is halfway full of what looks to be lettuce juice! Isn't that something... Oh, but it doesn't stop there! Enjoy things like the broken ketchup dispenser which sprays everywhere upon a slight pump! What happened to the Cheeseburger Bobby's. We used to enjoy the food there. Recently however, it has been HORRIBLE. The bacon was under cooked and looked like it had been microwaved. First the menu was not clear about the "meal deal". The cashier told us that only applied to the plain burger so we had to pay extra for a fry and drink even though it said meal should be a package. Our food arrived and was not hot, or even warm. The burger patty was warm, bun was cold. The french fried were barely warm. Ok Burger lovers here is a great location for getting a burger and dressing it yourself. This pandemic has changed how you get food. I love a good, hot, juicy burger with melted cheese. I am guessing our cheese burgers would be served hot had we opted to dine in. . The fresh cut fries must of come from tiny potatoes because I ended up with tiny pieces not big enough to dip in ketchup. May I just say that food is meant to be seasoned, maybe a little salt and pepper on the burger and fries would be a nice change. Wanted a good burger and thought this was the right place. Boy was I wrong for more than one reason. Due to Covid the workers do wear mask which is great. They have every other table blocked off. They give each customer there own set of clean tongs to get your toppings. GA burger chain that encourages customers to build their own burger. It's a good concept, yet when I received my order (I ordered via delivery service) the BLTO & condiments were all separated. Grabbed a quick bite to eat one evening and it was very quiet inside. All of the workers were working quietly, which was unexpected. I had assumed that this place would be kind of loud so it was nice that it was chill and relaxed. They have plenty of seating and lots of options on the menus. I've been going here since they opened. I don't know how I missed writing a review. I loved this place when they first opened. The quality of the food was on point. Everything was fresh and cooked well. The establishment is clean and everything is well organized. What I love most is that I can put my own toppings on as light or heavy as I like. I love the variety of seasonings for the fries. I was quite the regular. Today, they're hit or miss. Some days I go and it's like the first time and there are days I go and I'm underwhelmed. The burger is sometimes cooked too long as are the chicken tenders (this is why I'm not giving it 5 stars). The fries are always good. And of course, the sweet treats are always satisfying. Nothing fancy, just lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, and a few others (jalapeños, etc), but there were various sauces (sriracha mayo, brown mustard, malt vinegar, Cheeseburger Bobby sauce, etc) and fry seasonings (Cajun, house seasoning, etc) that made this a fun customizable experience! Service was fast and we took our food to go. The burger was alright- not the best, not the worst, but the fries were pretty good, especially when eaten with the Cheeseburger Bobby sauce. All in all, if I'm going to choose a higher-priced specialty burger joint for the burger quality, I think I'll stick to Five Guys, but I appreciated the polite staff and the customizable options! The burgers were amazing and the toppings bar is the best part where you can add your own toppings including pickles, pickled onions, tomatoes, lettuce, picó de gallo, jalapeños, chopped onions and dill pickles. So another burger place rolls into town. You know I'm skeptical. But I think Bobby just might have won me over. But first, the location. I have to be honest and say this is not a fun place to get in and out of. The actual storefront parking is minimum and shared with two other businesses. And lunchtime, yeah. We have gone here several times. The food itself is pretty good. They often will have a special advertised with large signs. Several months ago we bought a Philly Cheesesteak burger meal for $12.99 and they overcharged us. The girl at the register rings up the burger, fries and drink separately so the meal deal comes up over a buck higher. She commented when I protested that is the way she was told it ring it up. I made a big deal out of it and her very busy boss eventually came up apologized and refunded me a dollar and change. We went there again last weekend and sure enough the Classic Cheeseburger meal that is advertised at $12.99 came to $14.07 before taxes. I was not paying that close attention so I paid not realizing until after i was almost done with the meal. I gather they train the high school/college kid aged kids at the registers to unknowingly commit fraud. I will not be going back. This store was a long time coming, but I'm so glad it's here. Cheeseburger Bobby's was clean and inviting during our visit. Our cashier was pleasant and helpful as I tried to negotiate the menu. There were just so many choices. The person who recommended CB said it was like Fuddruckers. Well the condiment bar is similar, but the burgers are smaller here and not available in different sizes. The food is delicious; fresh burgers, hand cut fries and a decent beverage selection (with the crunchy ice). I can't review the custard sundaes or milkshakes because we didn't have room to eat anything more, but this place is so good, we'll be back. read more

Even bigger surprise - they walk through the restaurant and offer more fries when your supply gets low! Finally - there is the custard.
