This location gets busy fast, so I usually order online to prevent a long wait and pick up. Salads are fresh and filling. Establishment is clean and so is exterior area.

We visit firehouse at least twice a month. Whether ordering online or in person, they're always fast and the sandwiches are delicious.

This place carries a hint of that Teeter familiarity but stretches wider, almost like someone blended a neighborhood grocery with a scaled down Walmart and then polished the edges so it still feels like a supermarket rather than a full blown everything store. Groceries, softlines, a few appliances, long aisles that seem to go on forever, and that slightly dizzying sense that you could wander for a while and still not see it all. She was taking it in with that mix of curiosity and surprise that makes a simple errand feel like a small field trip. Dinner became its own little puzzle. We drifted through the heat and eat section, which always looks promising until you realize nothing is quite calling your name. The frozen aisle had its own appeal, mostly because the cold air felt good, but everything there felt too heavy for the night. The deli sandwiches looked fine but not inspiring. So we circled back to the basics that never let you down: a bag of grapes, some sliced cheese, two tomatoes that looked like they had been waiting for us, and a loaf of bread. Simple ingredients, easy to assemble, and perfect for sandwiches made in the Sprinter, which somehow always taste better when you put them together on the road. Self checkout was a breeze, just a quick scan of everything and we were rolling back out into the evening without any fuss. A smooth little stop, the kind that slips neatly into the rhythm of a travel day and leaves you feeling like you made the right call at every turn. One option was marked as buy one, get one half off, so I grabbed a couple. At checkout, they only rang up with $1 off. I showed the cashier the sign, and she quickly noticed the deal had expired the day before. I mentioned someone should probably take the sign down, and she immediately agreed and said, "You're absolutely right, but I'm going to honor it for you." That kind of customer service is rare these days--I've been to other stores where they wouldn't do that. I truly appreciated it, especially since I hadn't even noticed the date. Just another reason I'll keep coming back!

The aisles and restrooms were the cleanest of all the Krogers. Secondly, stock and inventory. The diversity of products supported with items being in stock was impressive. Granted this is a large Kroger, so they have more room, but to see rows and rows of the same item in stock while providing diverse item choices was simple impressive. Third, due to the size, they were offering sections you wouldn't see in a typical Kroger or grocery store. This Kroger even had a clothing section. Kind of reminded me of Target or Walmart (but better). Their bakery section and produce area were about the same as others, but definitely fresher. Plenty of parking and helpful staff roaming the aisles helping out customers or ensuring items were stocked. Definitely glad I decided to check this place out since it was so close by. If you're a resident of the Point Grande Apartments, it's literally a five minute walk!
