I dined in - plenty of seats so you know, don't be a loner and bring some friends. It was cold/warm today (unpredictable May weather in good ol' B-lo) and it was pretty warm in there so good thing if you've an aversion to cold temp. My cheese slice - love it they really re-heated it up til it burned my mouth when I took my first bite. The crust was thin, I was able to do the classic NYorkefold in half and the amount of cheese was perfect! Only thing missing is a chewy crust, this one is a tad too doughy.

These guys are a surprise hit! I feel like they fly under the radar....maybe because of the lack of…read morepork products. But, they carry so many great tasting dishes that don't even require pork. We've tried a bunch of things from here, nearly all of them were hits. Our very favorite is the baked stuffed shells and cheese. It's a very generous portion at a great price and tastes homemade. We like ordering it with an antipasto salad and garlic knots. The stuffed shells actually come with a couple pieces of garlic bread, so we could easily leave off the garlic knots. The only small issue has been the various steak sandwiches my husband has ordered...they aren't super generous with the meat. But, there's plenty of other delicious items on the menu that make up for that. The Buffalo chicken calzone is delicious, as is the spinach ricotta pizza! They have always been very consistent and they've always listened to our special requests. Nothing we've ordered has ever been wrong or missing. I feel like they take extra special care of their customers and we definitely appreciate it! Give this place a try!

Well I've been wanting to order in and with the car in the shop this was the perfect opportunity…read more Using the Slice app I searched the menu's for something interesting and found a falafel pizza at Tuscan Pizza Crust. Well that definitely sounded like fun. It came with mozzarella and tzatziki sauce. The menu also had fried dough , that automatically puts them on my must try list, and sweet corn nuggets! So this was a definite go! I decided to customize my pizza by not putting mozzarella on it and going with just the tzatziki and I requested lettuce and tomatoes. Pretty much what would be in a falafel wrap. When the pizza arrived the tomatoes were not on it, which was a $2 add on charge but I didn't call them about it. The crust was a thin crust in the middle and crispy but thicker on the outside. Very tasty but unique to them, not a stretchy chewy crust you may be accustomed to. I think it could have used some more tzatziki sauce but it was still a very good pizza ( I added my own tomatoes). The sweet corn nuggets were delicious deep fried bites of yumminess. Not a bit of grease on the tissue or the environmentally friendly cardboard containers which they used for their food. The fried dough was just right!! Again absolutely no grease and chewy dough with plenty of powdered sugar. The best fried dough I've gotten from any pizzeria ever. The delivery man was very friendly and arrived ahead of schedule. This was an unexpectedly happy surprise from a restaurant I had actually never heard of but was lured in by their menu!! Definitely worth a try!!

I received a confirmation text and a reasonable time in which to pick up my order (23 minutes), I got there exactly at that time and my order was ready (I didn't receive a confirmation text that my order was ready or not - mentioning just in case anyone wants to know). I asked that my wings be cooked extra crispy, they were perfectly made, every bit had a crunch and they weren't overcooked! The pizza dough was made perfectly (I dislike a soggy, overly gooey middle or pizzas with too much grease) and this pizza did not fail to deliver! The pizza even looked like someone cared to make it, thank you to whoever was working each time I ordered my food for pick-up! I have only ever ordered pizza and wings from this location and every time I ordered, my food was delicious! Yes, there are better pizzerias throughout Buffalo, some have bigger wings, whatever, this place has always been quick and consistent and that's what I needed today and that's what I got! I am so glad I didn't do the usual 33 because I discovered Pesci's Pizza on the cusp of Clarence and Williamsville. Going through some of the smaller towns, we were watching for pizza places to stop for take home. Often not spotted before passing, I decided I wanted a place seen early enough to obviate turning around. Shortly before Transit Rd, daughter said "There's Pesci's!" pointing to my left. I said "I like Joe Pesci," checked mirrors and swung into the left turn lane. Kismet. First thing to notice as I pulled into a parking slot in front of the business was how busy they were. A good sign. The entry door is between ... two storefronts? on the left is Pesci's Pizza & Wings, lots of smaller signs for specials and notes of interest. On the right... all clear glass window where you can watch all these people making pizzas. After we'd gone in and placed orders... and noticed how young the cashier and order taker were... we went back to wait in car-- only then noticing how young all the pizza makers were. I experienced the sensation of watching an ant farm in action. That sounds silly now, but I was stunned watching how each person had their function, how they operated as a team, how efficient and productive the overall operation appeared. After I got home and had a chance to examine the box and its contents (which, btw, was one of the best pizzas ever), I saw how they had messages all over the box, no wasted space. Pesci's was apparently started by "two yutes," possibly from Brooklyn? Google suggested a "yute" was slang for "youth." Ahhh. Well, alla dem yutes make some bodacious pizza. Next time I'm returnng to Buffalo from the east, I'm taking Rt 5.

I was able to connect with the owner fairly easily by calling and requesting to place a catering order in advance, the gentleman who anesthetized phone was very polite too! Our food was hot and ready when they said it would be and staff even helped load it in our company van. Our food was clearly labeled and packaged so that we were able to set up, serve quickly and store some in our warmers. The pizza was cut into even portions and the wings were so plans juicy and sauced well! The food was delicious and we had so many coming back for 2nds. I was too busy with set up to get may pictures but we ordered 1 large veggie pizza, 1 large chicken finger pizza, 400 wings( plain, mild, medium, hot and bbq) and 7 sheets of pizza (cheese and pepperoni) and a large pan of salad.

All of the pizzas were cooked fine with appropriate amounts of toppings. The wings were barbecue, medium and mild which they described to me as being sweet and tangy, a little different from Buffalo mild. The only problem was both the mild and medium were not sauced enough in my opinion and I'm not even someone who likes saucy wings. But given that everything was so good I decided to give them five stars instead of just four. The night before I picked up the order I learned from a public post that they will become Joey's Pizza soon. I've never been there but their reviews at their main location are pretty good so I'm hopeful that they will stay just as good as this order was.
