Sadly, this Pizza Bolis has had too many management turn overs to give an accurate review. Over my 16 years in the City, it seems that they have changed at least 3 times??? This wouldn't be as important however it does cause changes with the quality of the food, menu items, and service. Currently, the store seems to be leaning more in the directly of Greek cuisine. One thing that seems to have remained is the inner atmosphere. Very plain and drab, like a warehouse staff lunchroom. read more

I've been a loyal customer of Boli's for the past 3-4 years and have never had any issues--until tonight (4/9/25). I placed an online order around 8:45 PM for a tray of 30 buffalo mild wings. To confirm everything was in order, I called the store and was told the food would be ready for pickup in 15-20 minutes. However, when I arrived around 9:30 PM, I informed the cashier I was there for the 30-wing tray. For the next 10 minutes, they couldn't find my order and kept going back and forth trying to locate it. Eventually, they discovered that the cook had completely missed the order. The staff seemed just as surprised when the cashier asked about it. As a result, I had to wait another 15-20 minutes while they prepared it from scratch. This was frustrating and disappointing, especially given my past positive experiences with Boli's. On top of that, the cleanliness of the store was extremely poor. There was a strong, unpleasant smell as soon as I walked in. This visit really left a bad impression, and I'll be seriously reconsidering whether I give them my business again in the future. read more

Easy to order online for delivery. The delivery driver was extremely punctual and very polite. That he showed up 15 to 20 minutes before the estimated time was a nice bonus. It's been a few years since I ordered from this particular location, but being in town on vacation gave me the opportunity, and I'm glad the quality is still the same. The pizza tasted great as always, but my real favorite is the cheeseburger sub, which a friend introduced me to from Pizza Boli's over 20 years ago. I order one whenever I've got the ability to. The one I ordered tonight was just as excellent as any that I've had before. Only now, I'm sad that all I have left is an empty sub wrapper... I wish I lived closer to this restaurant... any of their locations, really, as I have never had issues with the various locations I've visited or ordered from. Thanks for a great dinner, guys! read more

I ordered a rice bowl at 10:25 pm they told me it would be ready in 15 minutes I get to the restaurant they say my food is almost done I go back outside to wait another 10 go by so I go back inside to ask they say they ran out of the main ingredient to make my meal so now I'm having to wait even more time I'm very unsatisfied with this place considering it's not busy and I've been lied to multiple times read more

Store will not honor online order coupons through slice. The delivery for this place is always slow and service lacks common courtesy with most employees rude at best. Never ventured to eat in there because it is an extremely inconvenient spot for parking. read more

The pizza are good and they always deliver late. Thank you. The subs are pretty good too.

Avoid them!!!!! Scam artist !!!!! Just tried using a coupon that was placed on my door this week for a 2 sub special for $20.99. We ordered two of these plus a $15.99 pizza and soda special. The total he gave was $71. This didn't sound right. I asked him to break it down because my calculations is only coming up to $63. He said I'm giving you a discount. I said break it down. Of course it didn't add up. After getting put on hold twice he comes back on the phone and says we have no coupon like that. I said ok give me your number I'll send you the coupon. Another more English speaking person then gets on the phone and said the prices changed. I said it changed from Monday ? I just received this coupon. Bottom line these pppl talk fast and ask you for your credit card number all while scamming you and charging extra. Ask questions people !!! They are stealing ! read more

pick up my I ordered three extra large pieces and 12 hot wings It was to celebrate my child's birthday got home. Everything was going well as one of my children was chewing her pizza. She felt something strange in her mouth noticed and alerted me looked at it when she pulled it out. It was a piece of wire immediately called the store. They didn't speak good English went to the store cashier had to call the owner while they were trying to figure out what it was. The owner was very unapologetic was more so concerned about the other OK gift card. I made a call to corporate someone from corporate I believe or another store reached out to $50 online credit tell me I need to open up an account in order to use it for online only I refused the owner called me about and I quote I beg you ma'am can you please take the post down? He proceeded to pretend that he was very apologetic but he was not because he continue to beg me to take the post down because it was hurting his business. I explained that that could've been a toddler eating that slice and had no knowledge of how to remove something mouth been someone that was really hungry chewing and not paying attention. Someone could've die so be aware when you go there. read more

Food is always fine.. but the service is not good 9 times out of 10. It's unfortunate because they are the only pizza place within walking distance for me, but I'm almost always disappointed. I made it a habit to show up 15 minutes after they say an order will be ready, and I thought that solved most issues.. no. There is a new cashier every few weeks who doesn't know how to handle rude customers or they just don't care. This is preventing other customers from picking up their order and becomes a waste of time. This has happened several times with me and sadly I will not be returning read more

Yummy cheesy goodness and everybody who worked there was so sweet. Pizza was very fresh

Ordered a sandwich, was the only one in the restaurant and it still took 20 minutes. The sandwich was decent, but not worth the wait or the price. I live around the corner, but probably will not be coming back. read more

No detectable sauce on a regular pie - almost the same as a white pizza. The white pizza does not have a quality mix of cheese. The veggie fettuccine Alfredo has some sauce that's not even close to an Alfredo. Nothing done right here. read more

We ordered delivery because it was the only thing open. But when we got it it smelled great and tasted just as good. Delivery driver was nice and the mozzarella sticks was my favorite. I recommend if you feel like good Italian! 5/5 read more

Food is very mediocre. The wings are very dry. Can't complain too much because it is Halal place. There are not too many options around so I will take it as it is. The meat lover pizza is not the typical Halal meat, lover pizza I'm used to. read more

I love the fact that it doesn't matter what time it is the good is excellent. Now I like the sauce but it was zesty it's an ok sauce. I like the food it's really good. The pizza is good. The app is broke. No sense in using it for rewards, you can't use it. If you call the store, they can't help. Again, not worth the effort. Too bad, we like the pizza read more

Food is always delicious and delivered hot! Great customer service. Good vibes. Try anything from Pizza Bolis

Pizza is excellent!!! You cannot go wrong with their pizza! Their wings were ok I though; would have given them 5 if their wings tasted a little better. Steak and cheeses are ok as well! Mushrooms are good! read more

Very yummy food. Excellent service and good delivery. Highly recommended. A diamond in the rough.

Excellent customer service! Isrer was polite and professional. He repeated my order correctly. I practically order from them once a week.

Used to order from here all the time but lately it's been sucky. I just ordered a pizza and it wasn't even hot. I'm disappointed this place has gone bad. Won't order from here anymore. If you're from Frederick and want good pizza try Hero's next to Weiss and Roy Rogers. They have great pizza ! read more

By far the worst pizza boli's I've been too. Usually the franchise is decent. I ordered 12 hot buffalo wings and they came with no sauce and were burnt black. I called and was greeted with terrible customer service and they didn't even offer to fix the situation. Thanks so much for wasting my money. read more

Worst pizza I ever had. I usually like cold pizza next day, but this was horrible hot. X cheese + pepperoni was burned with basically no sauce. Wings were burned and tasted OLD. WORST $44 dollars I ever spent. read more

Food quality is great. The cleanliness of the store is definitely eye catching. Their boneless wings are so tasty. Will definitely be ordering from this store. Surprised at the low ratings. read more

I've given this place a few tries because I live nearby. Unfortunately I won't be coming back due to the fact that every time I've come in the guy taking orders is always on his phone, headphones on and ignores me for a good 15 minutes. Can you at least acknowledge me when I come in?? I usually don't like writing bad reviews but I feel like I'm an inconvenience every time I come in. read more

The pizza crust lacks crunch... service is awful the person seemed so disinterested, we said eat in. Came set for going home. We reminded her that we are eating in. She was like that's fine. Can we have plates, napkins? Oh. Came back with one plate for 3 people. The chicken wings were okay. Lacked the crisp texture you expect from wings. My guess what keeps them going is they deliver. read more

I usually Pizza Bolis, but, the last couple of times I ordered, there were tiny shards of bone in the ham i got Stromboli with ham & pineapple, I'm thinking the bones came from the ham? We just moved within walking distance to Pizza Boli's and after a full day of moving things in, we decided to grab some pizza for dinner. Best way to break in our first meal at our new place!!! Everyone LOVED the pizza and the wings were HUGE!! Everything was so good, and on top of that, the staff was so kind and friendly and very welcoming!! We will DEFINITELY be ordering from them again...I think we found our new pizza joint!! read more

5 stars in my opinion . Always comes with everything I ordered. Subs are really delicious

Pizza Boli's is the shiz-nit!!! What I usually order from here is the pizza with the hand-tossed crust and 9 pc honey BBQ wings with ranch dressing. If I don't feel like eating pizza and wings, I would order the gyro with cheese fries and a soda, and as a New Yorker, I know gyros and Pizza Boli's gyros are mad good!!! Overall, this pizza place is a go-to if you're tired of the big chain pizza places like Pizza Hut and Domino's. read more

Got a flyer in my door, decided to try them. Called at 7:43 to order two pizzas . The Order take could figure out my address, I spelled it out 4 times. He said " I guess the driver will find it," that should have been my clue.... he aid 45 minutes s. Gave him my credit card number . All done. Call back at 8:59, pizza not yet delivered, was told it's in its way, but if it's not there in 15 or 20 minutes call me back and I'll give you a credit. Finally at 9:15 the pizza arrives. It was put in as a cash order. I didn't have cash, that's why I paid by credit card. The driver goes back to the car to sort it out and I call again at 9:16. The order taker says " oh, I guess the guy that put in the card don't put it in right." Really? How about a call back to ask? How about, "Il so sorry, I'll Sort it out"? Instead I got rudeness. Last time I call from a flyer on my door. I have no pizza and no service. read more

I guess I shouldn't have expected much but I did expect my order to at least be filled fully. When I called to inquire about the missing items the response was "well, we put them in the bag". Well - they never arrived in my order. When I asked if anything could be done, I received the same response. "we put it in the bag". To be fair, I thought I was missing 6 boneless wings and fries. I did find a box with 4 fried balls - the wings apparently. No fries in sight. Again, response was "we put it in the bag". No customer service. No apology. I ended up paying almost $30 for a 8" sub (very sloppy) and 4 fried balls of chicken. We have been customers of Pizza Boli's before and while it wasn't fine cuisine it was at least consistent. After this, we will not be returning. read more

I've been getting steak sub sandwiches at various Pizza Boli locations for 17 years. After a move to Frederick, I've ordered subs 5 different times at the Motter Ave location and each time the steak subs have been the worst I've ever tasted ... anywhere! Awful!!! Greasy steak and buns (buns resemble a hotdog roll instead of a sub roll), and soggy incredibly nasty wilted veggies (lettuce and tomatoes). read more

Food is ok -- typical pizza chain fare. I've never gotten sick from eating it, at least. The real problem is the website -- why bother to offer online ordering when half of your "online specials" don't work? Then when a customer calls the restaurant; you refuse to honor the coupon! I feel bad for the delivery guy -- he's very nice and would probably make better money if he was delivering for another place. read more

Great variety of pizzas. Greek pizza is excellent. So are several others ive tried on the menu.
