This is a very nice pizza shop. The service is super friendly. The pizza was wonderful. Airy crispy crust, New York style. I ordered the 12"supreme pizza that came with just about everything on top... and yet the crust was not soggy! Yeah! They offer a variety of lunch specials which are very good for the price... I enjoyed my visit. read more

Brothers Pizza - 12" supreme pizza. Crisp crust all the way through! - Pizza Near Me - Hagerstown, Maryland

I am one of the regulars that always order from here and my co.worers . There was a sweetheart young lady that worked but she left to better her life got engaged and moved on. Now there 2 evil little immature girls in there that continue to mess my orders up on purpose and I always have to take the food back because they don't listen and have smart mouth when there told the order is incorrect. So I go and try again so now all of sudden they don't order to post office so now we all will not order from them we gave them alot business no more. This place is ungrateful to good paying people .You need to replace those two evil little girls. You will loose alot business. read more

I must say, in the years I've been coming here for my cravings of pizza n fries and at times a salad if I am famished after my nearby Dr's appts, I've never been disappointed. The service is always great, the girls are polite, helpful, and attentive- my compliments to those that are cooking the food as well as theres always a good presentation and delightful meals. They are very nice as well. I enjoy my meal leisurely, the restaurant n bathroom always clean. I usually stay a while n read, watch TV, check my texts and they don't give you dirty looks, wondering when your going to leave, they check on me to see if I want anything else, even refill. [Which I appreciate as I am disabled. Though you can't 'see' my disabilities, on good days i do refill my drink myself] Now there are days when we get fierce cravings for their awesome Calzone!!!! Which is what happened yesterday, so I ordered a large one (And IT IS LARGE! There was plenty mozzarella, ricotta and w/sausage which is the sliced sausage not the lumpy type sausage. And they gave us 3 marinaras, I also ordered large fries, they are so good.. They said it will be 45 minutes and they came little before, and our delivery man was SO pleasant! (I'm so happy we have leftovers for today! Yup its 9am, but right now I am looking forward to my linner so we can finish it up! By the way, i do apologize for not taking a picture, I remembered it as I'm writing this review! But we were so happy to receive our order, once the aroma hit our noses it was over! We opened the box, cut it n served w/fries and it was time to EAT! Ahhhh! Never disappointed, Always on point! You must try the Calzones, and fries! Needlesstosay, I am certain you all heard some happy purring noises in the neighborhood last night, Yes! That was us! Got any cravings? Well, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR! Their # is 240-625-9215!!! They are located at: 75 Eastern Blvd, Hagerstown, Md 21740!! Store #5812!! They are Bomb! And don't forget to write a review and send pictures! Make sure to shout out to "Diana" n thank me too! It's okay, I mean place seems to be clean, I always see someone wiping tables. The food is ok, I ordered a cheesesteak last time it was so salty I'm thinking someone dropped a entire jar of salt and continued to cook, fries weren't completely cooked majority of the time it's good. That's why I gave 3 stars on a positive note plenty of parking. read more

They were fast! Pizza slices are big! Tastes perfect great service. What more can u ask for?? They even held my order until closer til when I needed it. Pizza was nice and hot and ready just when I asked read more

Chicken Alfredo was delicious. Delivery guy was so nice. I was only visiting the area but wished we had this in Milford DE.

Great tasting New York style pizza and delicious, meaty chicken wings. Service was efficient and customer service was decent. Will definitely return. Please don't mistake this location for Bros Express on Dual Highway. They are not affiliated and you will get nasty pizza from Bros Express thinking it is same pizza joint like we did. read more

Cooks need to learn what extras mean. Chicken parm looks like they pulled it out of the fridge and reheated it. First time here... and it will be the last time here. Only plus waitress was nice. read more

Brothers Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Hagerstown, Maryland

The pizza needs work, the crust is a pale as a sheet of paper. More cheese is needed, you know like more than just a thin layer of see through cheese, that makes you wonder if they put renolds wrap on top of the sauce. Jalapeño poppers were great, lots of bang for the buck. Can't fault them there. Huge bonus was the friendly server, but for pizza? Plenty of competition in the area beat then hands down. read more

Solid, hand tossed pizza. Just got a medium pepperoni (8 good-sized pieces) on lunch special and with a drink it was less than $12. Good sauce:cheese:crust:pepperoni ratios for my liking. Wasn't a tone of flavor though...would guess they don't season the crust before saucing and didn't see any seasoning on the top. Also, no white sauce available which is my preference but he standard sauce was still good. I had this for lunch and ate leftovers for breakfast the next day. I liked that the crust was sturdy but wasn't too dry or crunchy. See photo 2. I would go back here - this is a good pizza, not an AMAZING pizza. Better than you standard chains but room for improvement. read more

I love this place! The food is great and it is always hot when it's delivered. The drivers are always polite and respectful. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone. Order now! read more

Beware! ESP if your eating at the brewery next door. We ordered a pizza for delivery, bc the brewery advertised for them. We waited. And waited. And waited. Finally my husband went next door and our order was sitting there, ready to go. When he asked why it hadn't been delivered, the woman didn't even look up to acknowledge him and stated, "We're too busy". Absolutely atrocious. Cold pizza and bad attitude. We won't order again. read more

Let's start with the food is always good....that's why I gave the 2 stars. The only people I saw wearing masks were the cooking staff and one gentleman that walked past me in the dining area. The young ladies at the counter that served me didn't have masks within reach, much less on their faces. When I expressed my concerns I was met with an insincere apology and was told it was hot and grumbled as I left. Completely unacceptable during this pandemic. Get it together ladies and at least pretend to wear your mask when customers are in the restaurant. read more

Great pizza and really delicious breadsticks. I am leaving three stars because I ordered delivery two Sundays in a row. I asked for ranch on the side and they forgot it. First time this happened, no big deal accidents happen. The second time, I just can't believe it. I told the girl I have no problem paying extra for a side of ranch. Paid for it twice but never received it. I know this is not a big deal to some but it was kind of a let down. read more

First time ordering from this place. Food was tasty and for a reasonable price and the fact that they deliver is AWESOME!! as I am pregnant and can barely move their delivery service came in handy! Their fries were a lil cold and not as crunchy as I hoped but over all the food was good. I'll definitely be trying out more of their food. read more

crab fries were disgusting the crab was mushy they over loaded the fries with spring onions the cheese was cold & hard. they literally threw everything together & rushed bc it was close to closing. my tenders were okay some were soggy bc of the moisture in the bottom of the tray. read more

My 2nd time ordering from Brothers, but definitely my last. I paid $30 for a large cheese pizza, 10 wings and a 2 liter of Pepsi. Delivery was quick and I think it's because Brothers has masterfully cut the bake time in half. My freaking pizza is cold! Nothing like getting a fresh pie and sticking it in the microwave. Ohhh, the chewy greatness! I think eating my debit card would have more satisfying! I'd call to complain, but the girl who took my order was so condensing, I don't even want to deal with her again. The wings were ok. Definitely hotter than the pizza. Best part of my order was the cold Pepsi....and I prefer Coke. Sorry Brothers....next time I want pizza and wings, I'll call Dominos! read more

Went yesterday for first time. Very friendly and accommodating. Asked for a meatball and mushroom pizza when meatballs were not an option for pizza and they were happy to make it. Pizza was delicious with a nice bread like crust with good flavor. Cheese was good tasting mozzarella and I liked the sauce as well. Overall, very impressed and we will be back! Just wish they delivered 10 miles instead of 5. I would be willing to pay for delivery. It is that good. read more

Arguably the best pizza in Hagerstown. I'm a big fan. We've had other pizza which compares in the area, such as Rocky's pizza and you can probably argue for either one of them. If you ask my wife, she would definitely say Brother's. Real New York style pizza (not as good as a pie from NY or even Philly, but solid). Wings are good, but a little pricey. We always get pizza and wings so I can't comment on too many other menu items. I want to say we've got their steak and cheese subs before and they were good as well. In summary - these guys are good. Not to be confused with Brothers pizza express - Never had them but the wife said she did one night cause she thought it was the same spot and the express place is horrible. This Brother pizza is in a shopping center with Weis and Five Guys and is the real deal. read more

It's a cheap version of Rocky's pie. Papa Murphy's is better than this place and their pizzas are uncooked.

Great service but that is about where it ends. The pizza is literally tasteless. I have had better pizza from the grocery store right out of a box. The sauce is bland with little to no flavor. We had mushroom, onions and sausage and the only flavor that really stood out was what we sprinkled on it. I am a Pizza lover and try many places. This is by far one of the most boring pizzas I have eaten. read more

I've never had a bad experience with this restaurant until tonight! First they called back 20 mins later to tell me they undercharged me and that it was more money. Then, it took over an hour to get my delivery (which is fine its a cold Friday night) The pizza got here and it was stuck to the top of the box (I only thought that happened in movies). I called they said they would send another out, that's fine. We opened the wings to eat some and they were cold! So I called back and the manager (Cameron I think his name was) got an attitude about it and said he couldn't do anything about it and he didn't understand how our wings were cold! I told him just send a driver back take the food and give our money back. He refused and then offered to give us a new pizza and wings. That's fine, but we will not ever be eating here again! Customer service was poor! read more

If you go to store food is good, staff not very friendly though. For delivery always takes over an hour and food is cold. Most of time order is not correct. Not first choice for delivery. read more

Terrible service. We were traveling through and staying the night at a hotel. We ordered while on the road and had a scheduled time for the food to be delivered. The food was delivered 30 minutes late. We had called earlier to check the status and had been told that the food was out for delivery, so it had been in the drivers car that whole time. Gross. When I called they offered to remake the order, which we'd still have to wait for it to be remade and delivered (which would be after 9pm and we have young kids). They offered no discounts or comps. Not cool. read more

Customer service was great. Fast service. Delivery took about 40 min which I felt was decent. If someone wants it faster, pick it up yourself. Ordered the BBQ chicken pizza and it was fantastic! (Could have used a little less BBQ sauce tho) I would say probably one of the best ones I've had before. read more

Quality of food is sporadic, sometimes good, sometimes unacceptable. Cheese steak sandwiches great 1st time, 2nd time all roll with about a teaspoon of the other ingredients. Baked Ziti excellent 1st time but 2nd time all cheese. Pizza great 1st time, 2nd time so so , the pizza today was horrible. Crust was doughy not baked and toppings not attached to pizza crust, glob of melted cheese with pepperoni & barely any tomato sauce just slid off. Tried to eat a slice topping just fell of. Threw a medium pizza in trash & have an upset stomach. They have lost a customer who initially thought the food was good read more

Only been here once for lunch with my wife and their California cheese steak was fantastic. Plenty of steak on it and tasted great.

I love eating here. The food is always fantastic, and the service is always good. If you go you have to try the chicken cheesesteak.

The Pizza was 5/10 Rocky's is way better. I must admit that the service was fast but other then that food was mediocre.

This was the first time in A while that I have eaten at Brothers. Food was decent, arrived in a decent time. They messed up our order, talked to the manager and instead of addressing the issue he decided to explain to us how we should have ordered it, he kept saying how he wanted to make it right for us but them continued to try and argue with me even after I said I didn't wanna argue. After a 15 min (mostly) one sided argument he sent us the right order. Never in my life have I ever had a manger so willing to argue read more

I gave this place 2 stars due to the fact their pizza is typically good. However the last three times I have ordered delivery they have gotten my order wrong. I double check to make sure I was getting a pineapple and chicken pizza.. They arrived with a pepperoni and pineapple pizza..... This is the 3rd time a phone order has ended up wrong. I am pissed and hungry so I have decided not to return it because it took almost a full hour for it to arrive and I do not want ti wait another hour for them to most likely get it wrong again. Make someone listen to you when you call in an order. read more

i'm sure the pizza is good too. but this is the best calzone i've ever had in my life!! what more can i say.
