I must say, in the years I've been coming here for my cravings of pizza n fries and at times a salad if I am famished after my nearby Dr's appts, I've never been disappointed. The service is always great, the girls are polite, helpful, and attentive- my compliments to those that are cooking the food as well as theres always a good presentation and delightful meals. Solid, hand tossed pizza. Just got a medium pepperoni (8 good-sized pieces) on lunch special and with a drink it was less than $12. Good sauce:cheese:crust:pepperoni ratios for my liking. Wasn't a tone of flavor though...would guess they don't season the crust before saucing and didn't see any seasoning on the top. Also, no white sauce available which is my preference but he standard sauce was still good. I had this for lunch and ate leftovers for breakfast the next day. More cheese is needed, you know like more than just a thin layer of see through cheese, that makes you wonder if they put renolds wrap on top of the sauce. Let's start with the food is always good....that's why I gave the 2 stars. The only people I saw wearing masks were the cooking staff and one gentleman that walked past me in the dining area. The young ladies at the counter that served me didn't have masks within reach, much less on their faces. When I expressed my concerns I was met with an insincere apology and was told it was hot and grumbled as I left. Completely unacceptable during this pandemic. First time this happened, no big deal accidents happen. The second time, I just can't believe it. I told the girl I have no problem paying extra for a side of ranch. My 2nd time ordering from Brothers, but definitely my last. I paid $30 for a large cheese pizza, 10 wings and a 2 liter of Pepsi. Delivery was quick and I think it's because Brothers has masterfully cut the bake time in half. My freaking pizza is cold! Nothing like getting a fresh pie and sticking it in the microwave. Ohhh, the chewy greatness! I think eating my debit card would have more satisfying! I'd call to complain, but the girl who took my order was so condensing, I don't even want to deal with her again. Went yesterday for first time. Very friendly and accommodating. Asked for a meatball and mushroom pizza when meatballs were not an option for pizza and they were happy to make it. Pizza was delicious with a nice bread like crust with good flavor. Cheese was good tasting mozzarella and I liked the sauce as well. Overall, very impressed and we will be back! Arguably the best pizza in Hagerstown. I'm a big fan. We've had other pizza which compares in the area, such as Rocky's pizza and you can probably argue for either one of them. If you ask my wife, she would definitely say Brother's. Real New York style pizza (not as good as a pie from NY or even Philly, but solid). Wings are good, but a little pricey. We always get pizza and wings so I can't comment on too many other menu items. I want to say we've got their steak and cheese subs before and they were good as well. In summary - these guys are good. Not to be confused with Brothers pizza express - Never had them but the wife said she did one night cause she thought it was the same spot and the express place is horrible. Great service but that is about where it ends. The pizza is literally tasteless. I have had better pizza from the grocery store right out of a box. The sauce is bland with little to no flavor. Terrible service. We were traveling through and staying the night at a hotel. We ordered while on the road and had a scheduled time for the food to be delivered. The food was delivered 30 minutes late. We had called earlier to check the status and had been told that the food was out for delivery, so it had been in the drivers car that whole time. Gross. When I called they offered to remake the order, which we'd still have to wait for it to be remade and delivered (which would be after 9pm and we have young kids). They offered no discounts or comps. I gave this place 2 stars due to the fact their pizza is typically good. However the last three times I have ordered delivery they have gotten my order wrong. I double check to make sure I was getting a pineapple and chicken pizza.. They arrived with a pepperoni and pineapple pizza..... This is the 3rd time a phone order has ended up wrong. I have been ordering from Brothers ever since they opened. I have spent good money there and love Crystal until they let her go. Having some health issues many times I have ordered for my son and myself, rarely do I order for myself alone. Tonight 5/14/16 I called to order food that with delivery came to $9.47. The girl said I must order $10 so she puts the manager Annabel on the phone who said it must be $10. I explained to her that I have been a regular customer spending as much as $50/week and you cant let 53 cents go. She said its the new rule and if I do it for you I have to do it for everyone. Like seriously everyone will know what I spend! Poor excuse. I told Ms. Annabel to forget this and all future orders. I said to her you rather lose a regular, faithful customer for 53 cents?? I am so done that was dumb mistake and showed poor management skills. I will order elsewhere in the future. They are not the only food delivery place in Hagerstown. Done, done done read more
