The Chopped Cheese steak sandwich here is EXCELLENT, I ordered with mushroom onion and bell pepper. I liked the pizza, I ordered a pepperoni as that is how I measure all pizza places, however I feel the dough used could use more rise, and contain a touch more fat/salt. The pepperoni flavor was ok, classic gamey flavor, but nothing to write home about. They would be better off with more than one style of pepperoni if this is a local favorite. Margherita pepperoni is a flavorful standard pepperoni, there are also a couple brands of cupping pepperoni that are also quite good. The service is good, being that they are two elderly people running a mom and pop style business. Be sure to speak up and make conversation. They are kindly no nonsense people. The menu is one place that I think they could be more on top of, as the ambiance of the store is more homey and anyone new won't know what is on the food which is listed, and the extent of toppings/variation they can order. Making a paper menu to print and laminate; then keeping it in an open area where people see it would be a huge improvement. Pizza has tasted the same since day one. This is hands down my favorite pizza spot in town and their Philly cheesesteak is incredible. The only bad thing i could say is they stopped delivering a while back but doorrdash has taken care of that. read more

Small Italian restaurant with big Italian taste and friendly owners. The food tastes absolutely amazing! Toppings are loaded on the pizza's and loaded in the Calzones, etc. Their prices are fair. We definitely plan to go back. read more

I just came back from Dino's and it was the last time. Customer service provided by old man is terrible he took my order over phone I asked for the total bill he said I am busy I said OK when I went to take the order he was talking like a crazy person and pretending like he is my boss and he is offering me free food. He showed me my bill over a tablet and said why didn't you ask for the menu I said I was just asking my about my total bill. I am your customer and its my legal right to ask for. Terrible and unsafe place especially for families and kids I think he is mentally retarded please be careful parents. I am also a father I am not going to send my kid to this kind of unsafe place. read more

I called in for a steak and cheese sub on my lunch break. I didn't realize they only accept cash. I apologized that I only had debit and would have to pass since I didn't have time to go to an atm. The man ( I assume he's the owner) pushed the sub towards me and said here, no one should go hungry, just stop back and pay later. Amazing, I do not know of any other restaurant that would do that. I did stop back after work and I only had rave reviews for the sub. The bread was flaky, the meat high quality and tasty, and the perfect amount of toppings. After driving by this place for years and never trying it, I finally decided to call in and order a pizza. The lady on the phone wasn't very nice but I think she's Italian and it was a language barrier. She said 20 minutes for my large pizza. Upon arrival, the inside was very basic but you can tell it's family-owned and has been well established for many years...very similar to Rocky's interior-wise. It was clean and there were several other customers waiting, including a young couple dining in. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very, very nice in person. It was a fast transaction and my pizza was ready. We enjoyed it as it was a thinner crust NY style but it doesn't compare to Rocky's or Tony's. I think I will stick with our other fave places. The cheese was covered in seasonings and it wasn't as greasy and thin as I was hoping for. read more

Ok...Let me start off by saying i have eatin alot of pizza in many locations not just Hagerstown, i'm talking DC, Los Angeles, Baltimore, Pittsburgh, and a few different locations in both western Maryland and south Florida. No location that i have ever eatin pizza this quality it really is delicious the crust is made fresh daily the sauce is made in house, i mean how can you go wrong with a pie that is from scratch? The service s always spectacular, i have had conversations with both owners who are nothing but welcoming each time that i visit. Other recommendations are the chicken parm dinner and any salad on the menu as long as you get the house dressing. If you are passing through Hagerstown or find yourself in Washington county for the day it is most definitely worth the visit!!!
