Any business that stands behind what it makes is a business I want to patronize. I ordered myself dinner while at the brewery and to my surprise when I went up there were TWO pizza boxes. I looked confused and the guy behind the pickup window said the first one had a hole it it so they remade my order and the original was on the house. When I opened both boxes they looked identical save for one slice have a tear which to me is neither here nor there. What stands out to me is I didn't get my pizza, notice the flaw, and then say something. They spotted the error and corrected it before I even got the text my food was ready. The pizza itself was delicious. They accommodated my special request for stracciatella cheese too. Delicious crust, quality toppings, and the sauce was where it needed to be. Stopped here on a Saturday night to knock off one of the list of places I've wanted to try. Located hooked onto a brewery type place that shared space to sit with a large room and a bar, Although they didn't have some of the pizzas I've seen in advertisements on hand, we were able to find a few to try. 12" pies so obv 3 for 2 people to do some taste testing makes the most sense. We also scooped an order of cheesy bread as well and a couple of waters. MARGHERITA: thin on the sauce (which is a heavy tomato paste consistency) so it looks overcooked. Flavor was good but the sauce was nearly dried on - maybe thinning the sauce so it keeps its liquidity more? Don't know. Again - a solid pie (7.2/10) RICKERONI: Cupping pepperoni, ricotta mounds, and some jalapeños . More of a traditional feel here - loved the pepperoni and the sauce. The ricotta looked cool but wasn't my favorite addition. Peppers really had a pop to them. Liked this way more (8.1/10) BIG MAC: Meat, garlic sauce, MAC sauce and pickles - I liked this a lot but I wish I would had ordered more MAC sauce on top - like these style specialty pies (7.8/10) The cheesy bread was good, the pesto very thick on top. Nice large space to sit and eat. Staff was nice and friendly at the pickup window. read more

A pretty cool spot with plenty of space and a ton to offer. A little bit of a hike from me, but definitely was worth the try. I tried the Margherita pizza last night and it was a pretty solid option. Ordering was easy, you order at a kiosk upon entering. The brewery appeared clean. I do have to say, the music or track could've been better. Overall, an alright experience. read more

Rad Pies makes excellent pizza. The crust is light and airy inside with a good chew, and it has that crisp bite on the outside that makes every slice satisfying. The Detroit style is also really good with the cheesy caramelized edge and crunch that you expect. Both styles are worth ordering and the quality is obvious. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. The space is large and open since it shares the building with Cushwa's taproom. It has a relaxed vibe that makes it easy to settle in with a beer and some food. I also liked that they have Flatiron pepper flakes at the pickup counter instead of the cheap stuff you usually see. This pizza is award winning for a reason. I got the Meat AF pizza and it did not disappoint. This baby was loaded with meat and cheese and the dough is cooked to perfection. Their branding is on point too! Rad pies is absolutely killing it and I can't wait to go back and try some of their other custom pies. They also make a Detroit style which I hear is amazing. Just cheese is a strong pie. I'm a huge fan of their cupped and charred pepperoni. I also often order a ham and bacon. Their ham is like a shaved ham and tastes amazing. Rad Pies is a great pizza place located inside of Cushwa Brewing Company in Williamsport, MD. They serve a variety of pizzas, sandwiches and appetizers. I visited for lunch on a weekday, so Cushwa Brewing Co. was relatively empty and chill. Orders are placed at a kiosk and customers are sent a text when their orders are ready, making the entire process very easy. I ordered a hot dog on a pretzel bun and it was one of the best hot dogs ever. The pretzel bun was so good! The prices are fair and the staff and are helpful and friendly. Rad pies offers kiosk ordering located on the side and they have such an amazing selection of pies! My favorite was the 36th chamber! The balance of creaminess from the Burrata and the sweet heat from the hot honey pairs amazingly! The other one was a mushroom based pizza and also very delicious! Nice earthy flavors with the onions. The in crust we trust was not my favorite. I've had Detroit style pizza in Detroit before and the concepts there but the lump of ricotta (which I love ricotta) was just too overwhelming... it would be better if it were spread out and you could get that bite with the rest of the pizza. The service on the other hand is great! You place your offer via the kiosk and then when the order is ready they call it up by name. Super simple and flawless ! The total for the 3 pizzas maybe took 20-25 minutes. While you wait you can grab a beer and chill out. This location has both inside and outside seating and car fit larger parties ! read more

Hidden in the back corner of the rear parking lot within a brewery warehouse near Hagerstown you'll find great pizza at Rad Pies! You are greeted by two electronic kiosks to pick or customize your pizza. I wish they listed how large or small each pie is so you know if its individual or family sized to order properly. It turned out to be about 10" for the round thin crust pies and about 8"x12" for the square Detroit Pan pizzas. The second bit of confusion came from the drinks. The kiosk was limited to drinks like gatorade and a fancy sugar cane root beer. The brewery which shares the large seating area, however, had lots of soda and, of course, many homemade beers. Next time I'll buy a soda from them after buying my pizza from Rad Pies. We tried both the round neopolitan and the award winning pan Detroit style pies and LOVED them both. The spinning brick wood burning ovens made perfect delicious crusts for both pie styles. The sauce was sweeter than normal but paired perfectly with the cheese and crusts! The pepperoni was a stand out in its flavor and texture. Everything was DELICIOUS! Parking and seating were plentyful. They even have picnic tables outside. There are sports on big screens and colorful trendy images on every wall. The place is dog and people friendly inside. Expect to pick up your pizza from a window and to bus your own table. My boyfriend and I were in the area for an event and decided to stop by since we have our dog with us and needed a dog friendly restaurant. Dogs are allowed inside and outside but we opted for outside since the weather was nice. There was plenty of outdoor seating (picnic tables with umbrellas) and we had no problem grabbing a table even though it seemed very busy on a Friday night. We ordered 3 pizzas which took about 30 minutes to get to us but understandably the place was super busy! The margherita was our favorite! It had a very delicious basil flavor and crust had good texture- thin and crispy on bottom but fluffy thick outer crust. The supreme pizza was our next favorite. Super loaded with toppings and the quality of ingredients was great. Lastly the mushroom pizza was only okay. It was too salty for us and just didn't have anything special about it. Finding a brewery on the road traveling south to see our kids seems to be easy, but finding and excellent pizza joint INSIDE of an excellent brewery @cushwa is priceless! We grill our own pizza every Friday night with our own homemade dough, hot tomato oil from home grown San Marzano tomatoes, and an array of grown herbs and pickled peppers from the garden. We know pizza! This pizza crust was incredible, and so were the magnificent topping & combo choices. Crisp, light, and flavorful! Easy ordering, kick back with a great brew then dig in! Outstanding pizza connected to an outstanding brewery. I will say though if you're a couple, or want somewhere low key to eat, this isn't the spot depending on when you go. The busiest hours are evening hours as people bring their tamiles. The inside is spacious and tons of seating whether you're eating, drinking or both. There is also a large picnic table outside area for nice weather. I love how the ordering is done on a tablet and it's low key and you can take your time and not feel rushed at a counter. Everything is customizable as well which is great. Pizzas are a good size for one person but can be shared if you aren't starving. They text you when the order is ready which I also like so you don't have to stand and wait. read more

Worth going out of the way for. Tried a few different places on this trip to Whitetail, the dining is in the minor leagues. The self-proclaimed "pizza champions" are at a much higher level. The Buffalo chicken specialty pizza had just the right amount of everything. All the other pizzas we had were build your own - they were all great because the dough and sauce is well done and the staff takes their pizza-making seriously. My kids enjoyed watching them toss the dough in the air. The fact that you can have delicious craft beer on draft with your pizza is a special bonus. read more

I am absolutely in love with this pizza. My friend enjoyed the beer, but I do not drink. The guy at the counter where they made the pizza was chill, and had cool tattoos. The pizza dough is reminiscent of fry bread rather than a traditional pizza dough. Their sauce is the perfect compliment to the crust. The cheese is high quality. The combos of toppings that they have available is insane and creative. Some of them don't seem like they belong on a pizza, but they are FIRE! A prime example is the Elote Pizza. I would have never thought of putting Mexican street corn on pizza, but it really works, especially with their crust. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could! read more

What a great idea--a pizza oven and a brewery sharing space! Driving through with our pup, we were looking for a dog-friendly spot and were happy to come across this place. We ordered two pies, the elote and a 36th chamber. They took awhile but that was okay because we were killing time before checking into our AirBnb. We thought the crust was amazing; you could hear it crackle as you pulled a slice away from the rest of the pizza. We enjoyed our lunch and, most importantly, our leftovers for breakfast the next day!! We didn't sample the beer but that would be fun another time. For all the people traveling with pets, I want to make sure you know there is very little shade. The tables have umbrellas, but with the angle of the sun, an umbrella only shaded a quarter of the table. The cool thing about this place is it's somewhat close to the local Tesla supercharger, so I stopped by here before going to charge the car the last time I was driving through the area...That way I could sit at the supercharger eating fantastic pizza while the car juiced up. The employees are so willing to help, offering cups with ice for our drinks, and their mixed drinks are well made! They also serve low alcohol canned carbonated drinks, nicely chilled and beers/ales on tap. It's a great place for adults, children and dogs. We met Duncan last night, a full size poodle. So friendly ! Usually the noise varies but it's such a friendly place and there's always music in the background, typically oldies. It's also neat to watch the guys make the pizza dough from scratch, entertaining for the kids as well as adults, as it's a large window area. And you order through the two computers. We were in Williamsport recently and had been looking forward to Rad Pies ever since we heard about them 2 years ago. Not disappointed. The four of us each got our own pie (the Monte Cristo, In Crust we Trust, the meatball, and the prosciutto). What a great sampling, with leftovers for each of us. The flavors and the ingredients are top notch, and the volume they're producing (granted, it was a Friday night) goes to show they have a following.
