Ordered a flight and a mixed drink.  They have beer offering, wine and spirits.  What caught my eye was their flight of Scotch 4 1/2 oz pours for only $14.  WINNING!!!! The Beer: Bunches honey granola cream Ale 5.5% ABV... smooth and crushable! Belgian Dubbel w/ cherry plum & raisins 7.1% ABV... I wasn't expecting the high amount of acidity for this Belgian dubbel. It was a burst of flavor which punched me right in the taste buds.  In a good way. Coattails Double IPA 7.9% ABV...  well balanced IPA, a little citrus, a little hops, slightly sweet and nothing overwhelming. FIRE! French Toast Nightman barrel aged Imperial Stout 10% ABV... dark chocolate and coconut is all I got.  It was semi sweet and tasted a little of extract. Aged 14 months, respectfully throw that back in the barrel and pull it out in a few years. Or bottle it and forget about it for a long while. Dark Passenger cherry vanilla Porter 7.6%  ABV... this one kicked before I could try it.  Maybe next time. The service was fantastic.  The beer was great.  And, I felt totally comfortable in this atmosphere.  Like that t-shirt that is super comfortable, but you can't throw away because it is so very comfortable.  Or your favorite reclining chair.  Suffice to say, I wish I could pack Homaide Brewing in my carry on and take is with me on my flight back to to Florida.

It is 5 minutes from the 70/81 interchange. A 12 oz pour of most beers is around $7 (which I think is a tad high when you are buying from the source) but it is cheaper than their Columbia location and much friendlier. Lower ABV beers are in 16 oz, pours for a similar price. They also have cocktails and in the summer a smoothie machine of adult drinks. Pizza is also on the pricey side, but it is excellent. (Check out the Tiki restaurant on your way out for more beer and completely different food options.)

Three times we've been with friends and the volume inside is almost an assault on the ears (.. and my wife says I'm hard of hearing!). We love, love, love live music. Local artists? Incredible! But, for the volume of the music to become the focus of the day, you'd best be The Rolling Stones! We may have come out to hear someone play, but most importantly we've visited to share good times with our friends, catch up, and laugh. The music should bring ambiance, NOT be the focus - for us its kinship, beer and socializing, which we cannot do with the volume of the music so loud. The property is nicely manicured with a large outdoor patio for enjoying your wine and limited indoor seating options. The vineyard is run by a married couple who conduct all the tastings and produce all the wine themselves. I tried the red wine flight and enjoyed four of the six wines that I tried. The other two weren't bad, but they were not something I would want again. I really enjoyed the Cabernet Sauvignon. I would highly recommend visiting Hiddencroft Vineyards if you are in the area.
