When I called to let them know, maybe see what we could do on a future order, the person on the phone insisted on making it an argument. Stated how red sauce was not supposed to be on our pizza. Well, I specifically stated I wanted red sauce to the person taking my order, so... I tried to explain, but customer service was not this gentleman's strong suit. We just moved to Fallon, NV from Fresno, CA and we are Pizza Connoisseurs. We take eating pizza to a whole nother level traveling out of town to check out different pizza places. We love our hometown pizza Me-n-Eds which is known nationwide. But we like trying new pizza places and we couldn't wait to try the Pizza Barn. We didn't know anything about it but that it had a lot of people at happy hour. So we finally went and we really loved it. Two Thumbs up for the Pizza Barn. It cost less than Round Table which gives us comfort of home and knowing what to expect but the Pizza Barn gave us the unexpected!!! We were in town for a jamboree type thing with kids football and cheer. So there was TONS of peeps in town with kids. We cAlled ahead and got an extra large pepperoni and sausage. We stopped here on a recommendation from the local Holiday Inn. The Pizza Barn is set back from the road in a strip mall, so you have to look for it (it's on the corner). The owner is a huge baseball fan and there are SF Giants posters all around and different games on the 5-6 plasmas. The food was good/great. Try the barn wedges if you like garlic/cheese. The pizza was good (I'm from the midwest, so I'm a little picky) and it was much better than I was expecting from Fallon. We arrived at 6:15pm, which for some reason is still happy hour. They offer $2 pints of premium brew and $1.60 pints of domestic. These are 1970's prices. The food was also very reasonably priced. The owner said most of his patrons were locals, but as drive through traveler, I would take this place over an Applebees or Chilis any day. My young kids had a great time in their arcade. read more

Initially we were a little uneasy with the sign missing the "PI". After we walked in we noticed it was a order here then sit and wait for your food. The guy explained that it was an hour wait and were extremely glad we waited. We ordered 4 different pizzas and no one had anything bad to say. The crust is great. Pizza Barn pizza is my absolute favorite-my parents were stationed at NAS Fallon when I was a child and they later retired there. I love visiting Pizza Barn when I come to visit, and I haven't been able to find any pizza that compares in any of the multitude of places I have lived in since. I wish that they were able to ship their pizza like some of the places in Chicago do. read more

Went in on a Tuesday night, very slow at the cash register, very slow with service of the pizza. It took 1 hour for us to get the pizza, it was only a little pizza and for two of us. The pizza is cooked very slow it takes on a rather crunchy hard dough, the toppings aren't very generous. Pretty disappointed overall. read more

Love this place. Been coming here for 30 yrs and always stop when in the area. Today we came in and ordered and a mistake was made. Not only did the young girl come and tell us of the error but put in another pie. In her words, the first one is a little burnt so we are doing another one to be sure it is good for you:). Better thin crust pepperoni pizza than Pizza Hut. Plus it has some individual character and not just a standard pizza chain place. Friendly staff that does not just assume you are there for take out. And they got a bigger variety of beer than the hut. The only thing that could make this place better is if they delivered!!! read more

Excellent pizza! I am just passing through town and decided to try this place. I ordered the original crust with pepperoni and olives. My son ate 3 pieces and the crust! He loved it as well. It's similar to round table but less greasy, a crispier crust with a fluffy top and great toppings! Just the right amount of sauce and cheese, no skimping at all. If I want good pizza I come to pizza barn! My favorite part about pizza barn is you can get creative with your toppings because they have a lot of options for you. I get a very unique pizza with pine nuts and black olives and they do not skimp on the toppings they pack it!! They are a little bit pricey but so yummy! read more

Stopped by to have a quick meal on my road trip. Worst customer service ever felt like they were being racist since I am Hispanic I saw them give good service to other people that aren't of color. Pizza was very salty and was definitely not worth an hour wait. My first time here so I obviously didn't know the menu I asked the girl taking the order what sizes they had and she simply rolled her eyes at me and pointed at the wall. When I went up to get the a box to go the lady basically yelled at me and said you're going to have to wait as if I was demanding it at that moment. All the employees there act like they're doing community service and not being paid for what they do. Also not a good place to go during a pandemic they have a sign on the front door saying masks are mandatory but not even the employees wear them I get not having to wear a mask while you eat but people even walk in to take food to go and aren't wearing a mask. Meh, it's edible. Be prepared for a 30-40 minute wait for no apparent reason. It smelled delicious on the drive home and we couldn't wait to tear into it. Great pizza, glacially slow service. This is one of those restaurants you can't go to hungry. I went in on a Friday night (probably my first mistake) and spent 25 minutes being the third person in line while people stacked up behind me. I've only had the pizza on one other occasion, and though it was marvelous, I can't help wondering if that was because I was half blind with hunger by the time it was finally ready, a good hour later. The counter staff seems unruffled by a line, no matter how long it is, or how many times the total apparently needs refiguring. Bottom line: this place must have something going for it other than service and speed-- I'll just be sure to eat before I come next time. read more

My son and I are traveling wth our dog so important to have easy dinner with a low wait time. They were great. My son had a cheese pizza and he loves it. I have a 4 item cheese less pizza and it is so good and they loaded up on the veggies for only $10.80. I get a pizza similar to this in Palm Springs and it is over $22.00. Decided to try pizza barn this past week. Service was horrible. Girl running register appeared to be new, still forgetting things is understandable. Unfortunately she didn't give us our order number. Fast forward 45 minutes, go back to counter to see where our order was, same girl asks us for our order number. Told her we never got it. Ten minutes later she comes walking out of the kitchen with our pizza. It looked fantastic. It was cold. Not slightly warm, but cold. Asked for a manager, she came out and told us of course it was cold, it had been sitting for about forty minutes because she didn't know where it went. Wow. Decent pizza, slow and uninterested service. If management could get a handle on service and speed it would be a much better restaurant. Nice decor, and a U shape to the dining area that allows you to avoid kids and video games on one side, or parents to observe the kids on the other. Salad bar is small and not kept very fresh, nor filled with quality ingredients. "The best pizza in Fallon"?? The bar isn't very high in Fallon. But with some simple changes this place could be very nice. We will come back from time to time and check it out, but will be ordering from Dominoes and eating it at home most of the time. read more

Good! Pizza is my favorite thing. Had it in lots of cosmopolitan gourmet joints, as well as many places in Italy/Europe. This is quite good for this area, not to mention pizza in general. Too expensive for the region or for pizza in general. Microscopic crumbs for toppings=Not good! That is not good business, just really cheap. Figure that out and you will have something quality. The overall experience at this restaurant was PATHETIC. Waited an hour and 20 minutes for ONE XL pizza. To top it all off the place is ran by a bunch of high schoolers with an adult manager that likes to give a million excuses for why the service is so slow. I used to think that the place could benefit from an adult manager, since it is run by high schoolers, but after speaking to the owner I have lost all hope. We went there on a Sunday night for dinner and ordered an XL pizza, salad bar, and drinks. Fast forward 72 minutes, still no pizza. The owner gave me some excuse of how ONE employee had walked off the job earlier in the day and that they were "slammed." I counted 7 employees in the front of the restaurant not including the owner. 35 customers were also present. 3 customers were also displeased with the long wait. They gave us a refund only for the pizza, not the salad bar or drinks.......I'm indifferent about that. I keep saying I won't go there again hoping service will get better.......not going to happen. read more

Ordered a pizza, salad for two and wings ahead of time for take out. So...... The pizza beats Dominoes and was well cooked. The service personnel are awful. We asked for a salad for two people. That translated to a regular dinner sized salad for one. The little girl that came in while I was waiting for pickup received the same sized salad for just her to eat. I showed the employee behind the counter the plastic carton I was given to make my salad in to make sure it was the correct size. She said that we don't list how many people it would feed. I said that we asked for a salad that would feed two people and were told that a large salad would feed two. Now the good part. While waiting for my order, they announce the order number and what was is in the order over the restaurants PA. I'm glad they did that so that I didn't have to remember the order number. There were only three of us in the restaurant. Basically the announcer would always say order #, pizza was ready. I had a pizza AND wings. That is what I was waiting for. Stupid me to not realize that every order announced had a number and "pizza is ready". I'll spare you the hilarity and stupidity of the answers given by the employees after trying to explain the confusion. By the way, the salad bar doesn't have Italian dressing. Replaced by a "house" dressing that I don't have a clue what that was. The problem is management. The employees are making the rules and don't have a clue on service. Good pizza, fast delivery. ABSOLUTELY RUDE customer service! Stopped for lunch while passing trough with friends. I never knew how big of an inconvenience it was for someone to smile while working. My husband was signing our receipt and asked her a question, her response was to snap at him to give her the pen back. I asked a question about a pizza and she then laughed at me. Extremely sad to see our friends come to the table and each comment on how rude she was. read more
