The kid and I stopped at Domino's today. We haven't had or been to a Domino's pizza in years. Our experience at Dominos pizza in Reno wasn't good so we haven't eaten there in years. Well we tried the Dominos pizza in Fallon and they were good. Good service and good pizza. I think it's a step above Little Cesar's, which the kid still likes very much. It took about 10 minutes to get our pizzas. The prices weren't too bad either. I think we'll make Fallon Domino's our regular pizza stop. read more

Second time this has happened to me with my order being cancelled. The last time, the store called to let me know they wouldn't have a driver for another 5 hours. They gave me the option to cancel or they could set the delivery for then. I asked for the latter, 1 mins later I get a notification the order was just cancelled. Figured it was an error so I just reordered later that day. Flash forward, order again today. Just got my notification order is cancelled. Hot garbage this location is. Why even keep this open if you guys can't actually do an order. It's 1pm on a Saturday, not like this is an odd time for an order. read more

It took 3 hours and 10 minutes to get my order. My food is obviously cold. Zero apology for how long it took and I even gave a tip. Edit: I opened the box and it's the wrong order. I recalled the store and they told me I can get a refund or I'm "just going to have to wait" Update: 4 hours 35 minutes until I got the correct order. That's 1 hour and 25 minutes from when I got the incorrect order and called them about it. I asked for the manager and the manager gave the phone to the driver. Got a chicken parm and Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Where's the meat? It's supposed to be piled with beed and peppers, and a chicken breast on the parm. Chicken parm had just a few little chunks of meat and very little dried up sauce. The cheesesteak had 1 (ONE) thin slice of curled up beef and was burnt. Bread was hard. Never again. On January 26, we ordered a pizza to be delivered, it took them an hour and a half to get the pizza to us. So I complained and they sent me an email offering me a free, medium, two item pizza. Today, within the 30 days, I call them up to get that free pizza, and they said no, because they couldn't find it in their system, (they said). I said I got the email right in front of me. I can send it to them. They said they would not honor it because they could not find it in their system. The manager was rude to me. This low review is not regarding their food, which is good. It is about their customer service. Since moving to Fallon we have ordered from Dominos several times but always pick it up in store. Tonight we were busy so ordered online for delivery. At 4:30pm I ordered for a 6:00pm delivery. At 6:15 I called to inquire where my order was. I was told it was next for delivery. I even asked if it will still be hot and was told it most definitely would be. At 6:30pm the delivery person finally showed up. I even tipped him as it is not his issue. Got inside, the pizza was Luke warm, and it looked stale. The little round bread rolls were actually cold. I have no idea how long it was in the delivery car before it was delivered. I called the property and spoke with a "Manager" named Cathy or Cassie. She was absolutely no help whatsoever. She simply said that delivery time is their rush period and they get the food out as soon as they can. I asked her why when ordering we are not told this is a busy time and deliveries are subject to change. She simply said they don't have time to contact every person that orders online. No apology, no nothing. I asked her how she planned to correct this error. She simply said there is nothing she can do. Didn't offer to remake the order, which we would have picked up. Nothing. I asked her for the corporate number and she said she didn't know what it was. So.. a so called "Manager" doesn't know the corporate number? Really? I've repeatedly given chance after chance to Domino's and am constantly let down. Decided to order before work today and placed the order at 12:23. I had to call the store at 1:19 to check on the order as it was "preparing" for almost an hour. The lady who answered didn't say her name and sounded so unapologetic while explaining that "there were several deliveries and they had to time it out" but that "it was on the make line now and would be about another 30 minutes". I told her I needed to go into work and that it was not working for me. She offered a pizza credit. I declined and asked for a refund. I tried ordering over the phone here so I called and was asked to be put on hold so I agreed because they might be dealing with customers or in the middle of making a big order. 10 minutes go by and whoever answered just hangs up on me. I call back to complain about this and before I can state what my problem was I get hung up on again. I walk inside calling again to see who hung up on me and the woman that answered was still acting like she was taking my order after I told her that I was walking in. After I told them this issue their excuse as to why I got rudely hung up on was because they're still using old phones. If that is the case, they should upgrade to better phones so that they no longer have this excuse. Looked up the handy dandy Dominoes Pizza app and started placing my order. Chose the coupon for 3 medium 1-topping pizzas, then added some wings. With tax and delivery fee our order came up to just over $30... Not sure if we saved any money by using the coupons, but for 4 items, I guess it's okay pricing. We ordered a thin crust pepperoni, thin crust Philly Steak with white sauce (garlic Parmesan), hand-tossed sausage (lol... ), and 14-piece spicy mango habanero wings My son, at first, said he didn't want pepperoni pizza, but he ate all the slices I gave him. My mom told me she didn't like the thin crust, that she preferred the hand-tossed, but she ate only the thin crust pizzas. Hubby and I inhaled the wings, as did my daughter. The wings were nice and tangy and the spice really wasn't that spicy, but we love spicy in this family! We weren't given a time estimate for delivery, but we received our order pretty darn fast (within 20 minutes of placing our order, I guess...) Called in an order for pick up. Got there and went up to the counter. Stood there and waited a good 10 minutes. The delivery driver gave me the stink eye as she came in. Still waiting to be acknowledged, finally someone came from the back and I said here for pickup. She gets everything together and tells me the total so I slide my card and she says, you can leave a tip here. REALLY?? PEOPLE, when I have to wait to pick up my pizza YOU'RE NOT getting a tip! I am stationed at NAS Fallon. I'm a Navy Sailor currently on duty so I can't leave base and these assholes with over an hour till closing tell me they won't deliver to me. I'm hungry and so were my guys and they had the audacity to tell us no. I would understand if they were about to close, but they had OVER an hour till closing time. This is unacceptable and I encourage anyone to not order from here. Pizza Hut, Pizza Barn, or any of those other places would've made some sort of effort to make sure we get our food. Guy pointed me a "Specials" Menu.. and there said, "MEDIUM PIZZA (1-3 TOPPINGS) for $7.99" Sounds Good, right? But then I also ordered some bread sticks and Cinna Sticks, and my total came to about $19, almost $20. After the guy had told me it is gonna be 10 mins til my order is ready, I realized that i could've just ordered their Combo #1, which is a LARGE pizza with bread sticks or Cinna sticks, for only $13something. When i told the guy about that, he wasn't too happy about me voiding my order, and placing another one. My total this time came up to about $17-$18 bucks. not much of a difference, right? But at least i got a LARGE Pizza instead of a MEDIUM! So he told me that it is gonna be about 20 mins wait. So i waited patiently. I came home with my food, only to find out that my pizza was swimming on a pool of grease or butter... that it was dripping down my arm everytime i pick one up. This is without a doubt my favorite Domino's location of all time! In Fallon you say? Yep! Even though this is a small town, these guys do it right. They have tons of business from the nearby base and all of the visiting personnel in town, but every time I've been here they've always made the order perfectly and have used ingredients in the perfect portions...not too little of this, too much of that, etc...to make it excellent. Their service is top notch and super quick. Skip the delivery charge and just go pick it up through their drive-thru pickup window. No matter what time of night or how busy these guys are, they always make the order in super fast time and keep it perfectly hot until you get there. Overall, this has always been my favorite pizza chain location...not just Domino's but out of everyone around. And the one here in Fallon had been the best of the best! Every single time I've ordered carryout here there have been issues. On the website it says my order is complete, but it takes 20 or 30 minutes longer sitting at the store. Multiple times I've had the wrong pizza, items missing, sides not included, it's always a complete mess. Each time I walk in there it's complete chaos, no one seems to know what's going on. After today's disappointment I'm completely done with this place, my order was completely wrong yet again, and that was after waiting 40 minutes at the store so they could remake one of my pizzas. You're better off just getting a frozen pizza at Walmart and cooking it yourself. read more

Well I ordered two medium pizzas from them the special for 16.99 with some bread bites. The lady who took my order was very nice and they let me change a few things around for toppings so good service and they delivered to the nearest place they can where I live. However the pizza's were terrible barely any cheese and just a not much toppings. If they just would have added more cheese enough to not just see sauce and toppings it would have been a passable pizza. As is it was terrible and I will never order from them again. The only reason I did try them is that they deliver and no one else does. Only reason I think they stay in business is that they deliver if not for that I don't know who would pay for such bad pizza only stars I give are for service. read more

Friday, May 25th at 4:30 I decided to order pizza after watching the Dominos commercial showing a large two topping carry out for $5.99. I use my App on my iPad, Signed in and selected the promotion box in the lower left of the screen and Error came up, so I tried again, once again an error came up. So I selected create your own pizza, I selected a large pepperoni and mushroom pizza, added it to my cart and went to check out, the total $17.21 came up. Way more than the $5.99 they advertised. So figured something was wrong. I went back to the lower left corner that showed the promotion and tried again, once again an error came up. So I said screw this App stuff, I called Domino's a machine answered informing me that I could order on the App, then it went through the promotions they have available, next it connected to a computer line sort of like a fax machine noise came over the phone, after a few seconds I hung up. I was now 5:09. Forget Dominos, I went to Safeway and bought all of the fixings I needed to make a pizza with the Boboli crust, I went home and made the most awesome pizza. My wife and I love it. Dominos I removed your App from my iPad and iPhone, I also deleted your phone number. So glad that you are so screwed up or we probably never would have made our own. I would have given zero stars but that wasn't an option. I would stop ordering but the spinach and feta pizza is really good. I placed my order online. Selected no onions and even called the store and explained to 2 different people that I have a severe food allergy and to please make sure no onions. Of course the pizza came and had onions on it. Couldn't even eat it. Last time they remade my pizza twice because they kept putting onions on it. I am way past over it and will never order from the fallon domino's again. read more
