Hello, i've been trying to get the office to return my call to get my estimate, talk about it and get it scheduled. My project is important and i've been leaving messages and during the holiday got a return call on a thur advising i would get my quote by min allowing time for the holidays but i have NOT received nothing nor after more than 4+ message no return call. I even tried to go to their offices at the address noted on their website but no office existing. they took my $600 and yo me feel like they ran away with it. I'm am making the effort to reach out so my deposit is applied to the work, but NO communication as of today. I had an issue with my sink drain backing up due to improper use of my garbage disposal. Arvin answered my call and quickly got all my information put into the system and scheduled service for the same day. The technician, Manny, was friendly, helpful, and explained what he was doing during the entire process. Manny was able to resolve the issue in my P trap quickly and showed me how to try and unclog garbage disposal drains if they back up in the future. He found some other problems related to the backup that wasn't my fault and put them into the report and gave excellent advice. We recently had a clogged kitchen sink. We called PipeMasters and they responded immediately and serviced us that day. It wasn't a quick fix, but Pili at the office called and gave us covid prep instructions to keep the family and workers safe and the home ventilated. This means they care about both parties. I was impressed! Joshua the plumber came in an hour and assured me we could use their $93 unclog coupon (so check online) and tried to unclog the drain. He put on his little booties over his shoes when he entered the house. He brought his own wipes to clean up all the regurgitation from the pipes. He is very clean and thorough in dealing with icky sludge and cleaned up the mess and his equipment well. Since the drain was still clogged with sludge after e-snaking the pipe four feet, he had to change the work order from an electric snake-type unclog to a water penetration hydrocleanse using a hydrojetter on the pipes. That meant the bill would be higher! Luckily, they have two pricing options: a mid-priced cleanse about $600 and higher-priced option with cameras $1300 to record video to choose for the change. Now this was an unanticipated expense; I needed help in justifying this change to my spouse. Joshua was great in explaining the differences in price that one service is with and the another without the cameras; cameras document and show the clog & hydrojet's significant change (he showed me a past job's before clogged pipe & after clear pipe videos). Be mindful that there is a two year warranty that only comes with the selection of the cameras to verify the condition of the pipes and sewer main. After running the water and hydrojets thought the p-trap under the sink awhile, Joshua, handled himself well under pressure, & unclogged the sludge. I was so grateful! Billing and payment was done that day of service on an iPad. The company is professionally run, you'll get a follow-up call from Arvid with recommendations for pipe maintenance. It was an educational call, not a pressured sales call. I'm also impressed that the invoice lists the tasks that were completed as well as information and a quote for the future suggested maintenance. I've owned property and worked with plumbers, and I find this company provided the utmost professional and sincere service from the plumber to the office person preparing me for the visit, and last, the follow-up person. I highly recommend this professional company when your kitchen or other pipe needs to be unclogged. From our experience, you won't need to wait when you are on yelp requesting a quote, PipeMaster responded right away I recall five to ten minutes, like they did for us that day of the issue. I contacted Pipe Masters through Yelp on a Saturday and got a response first thing Monday morning. I was able to upload photos through Yelp but they asked for a video by text to confirm the problem they were suspecting. They had someone out to our condo that afternoon to confirm their assessment and fix our dripping shower faucet, and they picked up the new faucet so I didn't have to deal with it. I was very impressed with the pre-service call that detailed COVID protocols, which frankly, were more important to me than the service. My feeling is that licensed plumbers can probably all do what I needed well and quickly with the same level of quality. During these times, I appreciated how proactive they were with COVID protocols: they asked me to wear a mask, said their service people would wear masks, asked that I open the windows 5-minutes before their arrival for airflow. This was really important to me that they took these protocols as seriously as me and my family do. Overall, I appreciated the ease of contacting them, the fast response, an accurate and reasonable price, and how fast they were able to come. It wasn't an urgent issue, but was nice to have it fixed quickly. I also like that they have a website. I had pipe masters out today for an emergency, I had water going from two bathrooms throughout my first floor, water was everywhere. They came out quickly and were able to diagnose and fix the problem which was a blocked sewer line. They had already given me an estimate on the phone just from me telling them what was going on, and the work they did did not cost anymore than what I was initially quoted.
