These guys are exceptional and a homeowner's best friend. Contacted Roscoe via email a couple months back and he responded right away. We recently had a problem, a major clog in our very old sewer lines. Contacted Rock-o-Rooter and they responded right away. Roscoe initially dispatched Jomar, who was very diligent and tried to handle the issue. When it became clear it was a bigger job than hoped for, Roscoe came to our home and the two of them spent time diligently trying to solve the issue. Unfortunately even with their state-of-the-art equipment, the obstruction could not be cleared. They were able to identify two areas where we needed to dig up: One a long-buried cleanout covered with rocks, dirt and asphalt. The second the are where the obstruction ended up being. Roscoe pinpointed exactly where to dig and he was spot on (thank God, as one of the spots required a 4-foot deep trench). We are likely going to be using them to re-line our ageing pipes in the near future and we will for sure be giving them a call if our drains ever go south again. Water starting coming out of our air gap during the rinse cycle of our dishwasher. According to posters on Youtube, it was probably due to a clogged hose which I tried to unsuccessfully unclog myself. We finally moved in to our home, and had a nightmare! After a shower, shower drain was clogged, not even a slow drain!
