We really enjoyed the Bongo Shrimp, Mango Tango Tuna Bowl, and Jerk Chicken Quesadilla. We left excited to come back. This year, we ordered those same favorites along with the conch fritters, and unfortunately it was a letdown. The tuna was fatty and so heavily seasoned that you couldn't appreciate the natural flavor of the fish. The jerk chicken quesadilla had barely any chicken, and the conch fritters were severely overcooked and so chewy that we couldn't eat them. Thankfully, the Bongo Shrimp was just as delicious as we remembered. I'm hoping this was just an off day for the kitchen because our first visit was so good. Based on that experience, I'd still be willing to give them another chance.
