    VIP bowling

Great experience at Pinstack for a family party! We worked closely with Ashley to plan the event in advance and received overall very good service from Gabby, Maddy, and Andrea. Highly recommend the VIP bowling experience for private events - lanes are nice, couches are comfy and food is tasty especially for bowling alley. We also really enjoyed the attractions and video games - except the different "colors" can get confusing with an unlimited game card. Laser tag, bumper cars, and the rock climbing were the highlights!

Although the front desk people were extremely friendly, Pinstack was a true let down. Mostly all of the games were broken and there isn't much that is kid-friendly (under the age of a teen). Yes, they have bumper cars, ropes, etc.;however, if you have a young child, they aren't allowed on those adventures. We thought this was similar to one of our regular spots, (D&B);however, we were wrong. While I would think about coming back to enjoy. Game of bowling, going to Pinstack strictly for the games is probably something that I would not do.

So I came here on Saturday for date night with my man and it was honestly perfect! I don't remember the last time I went bowling before this (probably like 10 years ago), whatever the case, this was a top-tier bowling experience!! He made a reservation for the VIP room which was perfect! Also, seeing as this was a surprise date night, I was wearing wedges so I obviously didn't have socks, thankfully they provided me with a complimentary pair and they were so comfortable! One of the most unexpected parts of this whole experience was how good the food was, because let's be honest, generally, we don't really have high hopes for bowling alley food but BABY - let me tell you, they have real chefs back there okayyy???!!! Everything was SO fresh and SO delicious!! The mozzarella sticks came out piping hot, and you can tell that they make their ranch in house, absolutely DELICIOUS!! Also my sprite was CRISPY, I'm talking jumper cable crispy (if you know, YOU KNOW)!! Plus you get to keep the cute cup that it comes in, LOVED THAT!! For my entree, I opted for the Texas Smokehouse Burger and it was honestly the epitome of the perfect burger. Plus the presentation?!?! IMMACULATE!! This whole experience was such a beautiful surprise and I am looking forward to coming back again, we absolutely LOVED IT!!

    Goodness I.

Came here on a Sunday night with friends, food was pretty good and they allowed us to bring it over into the bowling area and pay over there. Bowling was pretty unorganized and we had some mechanical problems with the lane in the beginning, but they extended our time a bit to make up for that.

I was here on February 15 at an event for the wonderful John Ritter Foundation. I'd never been here before but I'm anxious to go back. I loved the bowling, the music (awesome music!!) and the food was great! The staff were really nice and helpful. I didn't try any of the arcade games but I definitely want to do that next time. They had a great selection. I had such a fun time and I hope to visit again soon!

Came in on a Saturday around 1 and were able to get an alley in about 20 min. Price was much better than I anticipated - after $4.50 rentals per person, it was $84 for an hour and a half. The price goes up after 2 o'clock, so I recommend getting in line before then. Beer prices weren't bad either, got a 32 oz Dos Equis for $11. We tried extending our time but by 3:30 they had a 2.5 hour wait and we couldn't extend due to them being on a wait.

We came on a weekday with a group of 10ish people and had a great time! It wasn't too crowded, and the huge arcade area with a ton of different games/activities was a pleasant surprise. We ordered some drinks and a platter, which was pretty good. Will have to try it again on a weekend and see how it differs, but overall it was a great experience.

I had a large work group to entertain, and someone suggested Pinstack as an option for both dinner and an activity. So I reserved some lanes, ordered some food and planned for a fun event. Then Covid hit and our work meeting was cancelled. The folks at Pinstack were great to work with-allowing us to reschedule our reservation-twice actually-until we were finally able to come together as a group and enjoy an evening out of the office. When we arrived, our food was ready and setup at the four reserved alleys. We also had a dedicated server who cleared dishes and retrieved a wait staff who could get us drinks from the bar. The food was much better than I expected-not your typical bowling alley/bar food at all. I highly recommend the chicken strips. There are several games you can choose from at your alley. We set up a couple as practice lanes where we didn't keep score, but tracked statistics-including how fast your ball was traveling down the lane. Then we had a couple of the lanes ready for real games. The Angry Birds game automatically puts up the bumpers-be aware. After our time was up in the bowling lanes, we visited the arcade where we played games for awhile. These were not old school arcade games, but high tech and well maintained games. If you're bringing young kids, they will have fun, but it's the older kids and adults that will probably appreciate it even more. I highly recommend Pinstack!

They offer self park for $23 a night (May 2026) or valet for $45. We did self park. The lobby is very attractive and melds into the lounge area. We were greeted immediately at check in and the process was very easy. In terms of the room, our room (two queen beds) was definitely on the small size. It was functional but certainly one of the smallest rooms I have experienced in Dallas. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was clean and the carpet was not stained. The shower had a very strong water flow and was a sufficient size for one person. Overall, it is a very nice hotel. There is lounge and restaurant. The pool was supposed to be heated but in May the water was cold. The pool area has a small bar but beer options are quite limited. The best thing about the hotel is its excellent location. You are literally steps from Legacy West with the row of seemingly endless eating and shopping options. Having parked in the hotel lot, there was no need to drive and fight for scarce parking along the street. The reason for 4 stars is that at night we could hear loud music. I am guessing it came from a nearby bar or restaurant. The noise was loud enough to notice but not so obnoxiously loud as to prevent sleep. Still, the preference would be for quiet.

They charged as though you're at a high end buffet, and it was such a rip off. Salty dried up and cold food is what you'll get to eat. It's also missing classic Thanksgiving fare. That's alongside empty plates of crumbs which make you wonder why they say they have a dessert table. There was nothing but a layer of soup on the bottom of the pot, and the waiter said he wouldn't refill it unless I really wanted it! I paid for the buffet, not for empty plates. They weren't refilling the food, and though our ticket was 12:45-2:15 pm, most of the food was eaten/empty/not refilled. Ugly, unappealing, and really kind of gross. It also makes you wonder how they get away with what they're charging??? And don't even get me started on the attitude of the serving staff who were hard to find and ultimately condescending, not to mention rude (except the omelette guy). Anything you make at home will be better!
