I would have liked more apple slices, as it didn't seem like they were very prominent, and for the balsamic drizzle to be more uniform, but overall it was a solid pizza. I took leftover pizza home, and my husband enjoyed it for dinner. We heated it up in the air fryer and that was the way to go. Once she arrived our server got her drink order and checked to see if we need anything while we look over the menu. We noticed they have an updated menu with all the same favorites. My friend ordered the Angel Hair Pasta w/ Italian Sausage with a cup of soup to start, and I ordered the Garlic Roasted Ribeye with Jalapeno Cheddar Mashed Potatoes & Seasonal Veggies with a house salad to start. The food was good not quite as good as I had anticipated. My friends pasta was over sauced, too much sauce for the amount of pasta. The market had me call the slaughterhouse directly and talk with the purveyor directly. My tenderloin came from animal processed just before Thanksgiving and delivered to the market in Jamestown for me to pick up. They also will process your game if you are a hunter. They also make their own sausages which are very good. I was told that a fair amount of customers want prime rib for the holiday season. They have a special additional refrigerator in back they use for the holidays. The storefront was clean and orderly. The gentleman at the counter was knowledgeable and friendly. What a great find!

When others make them a lot of times they turn out too dense, but these were perfectly puffed on the outside, a little tangy, and chewy when you rip into the bite. YUM! Today they had cheddar, plain, and everything. Classic Sourdough: perfectly cooked, perfectly chewy. I've had the cheddar-jalapeño before and it had a great flavor but that loaf was a little too chewy for me. The classic hits just right. They also have flavors like apple cinnamon, garlic, and gouda rosemary... just to name a few. AND they have some gluten-free if that's what you're into or need. It's coming fresh out of the oven regularly. Cookies: don't sleep on the sourdough cookies! They're perfectly chewy, large, and so flavorful. The molasses are my favorite but honorable mentions include snickerdoodle, peanut butter, and chocolate chip.
