I ordered shrimp not chicken

I'm from out of town.... Ordered door dash and I received the incorrect order. Called the girl was like so what call door dash for a refund. So unprofessional. I called back to speak to the manager and his professional attitude was terrible. I explained I also didn't receive a fork or napkins. And his reply was we don't send those out. I've never received an order without silverware & napkins. So terrible customer service & food ethics. Never again! Blah!

1/2 We stopped by Pinocchio's Pizza in Pasadena for lunch and tried their lunch specials. It's a good option if you're looking for an affordable and filling Italian lunch. The lunch specials range from $8.99 to $14.99 and are available 7 days a week from 11 AM to 4 PM, which is a nice bonus. Options include soup and salad with garlic bread, pasta with your choice of sauce, or a 10" pizza with one topping, plus a side and a soft drink. We went with the lunch pasta special. The portion was a good size, and having soup or salad and garlic bread included makes the price feel reasonable. The restaurant has a casual, neighborhood feel with plenty of seating. Overall, a solid place for a reasonably priced lunch, especially if you're in the Pasadena area. Rating: 4.5/5

I've driven past Pinocchio's Pizza so many times but finally decided to stop in for happy hour, and I'm glad we did. Happy hour is available from 3 PM until closing in the bar area, and the value is hard to beat. We ordered the mozzarella sticks, Brussels sprouts, wings, fries, pepperoni pizza, a glass of wine, and juices for the kids. Everything came out hot and fresh. The mozzarella sticks had a great cheese pull, the Brussels sprouts were crispy and flavorful, and the wings were cooked well with crispy skin. The pizza had a nice crispy crust with plenty of pepperoni and cheese. Service was friendly, and our food came out quickly. The restaurant has a relaxed neighborhood pizza spot vibe that's great for families or meeting up with friends. We'll definitely be back for happy hour, especially considering everything we ordered came out to under $50.

Incredible dishes. The seafood mushroom linguini and seafood alfredo were immaculate. Sauced and seasoned Al dente linguini with incredible cook on the seafood. The chicken parm was one of the best I've had, sweet and zesty marinara. And of course the pizza! Got the hot honey pepperoni with ricotta and it was one of my fave bites. Thin crust, balanced sauce and toppings, and good size to share with 4-5 people easily (got the largest size) Service was great until things got super busy with a catered party in the other room but all good!

The restaurant itself is very nice and clean. The service is good, can't really complain. The food is the star here. Everything we had tasted great. The only issue was they brought out two meals way before the pizza came out. All entrees should come out at the same time.

This is a casual restaurant. The food is good and the service is great. I really enjoy the happy hour menu. Great spot for a pizza and beer. The restaurant can get loud because the tables are so close together and the acoustics are terrible. I took off a star for that reason. Otherwise, a great place to eat. There is a tiny parking lot in the back, but I've never used it. There's also a makeshift lot across the street. I usually just park on the street.

Grabbed lunch at Pinocchio's Pizza with a friend on Saturday and everything we tried was delicious! Our meal came with garlic bread, and we also ordered the bruschetta to start. It was so flavorful and well balanced, with a fresh herby taste that we really enjoyed. The Caesar salad was fresh and tasty, and the meat lovers pizza was sooo good. My personal favorite was the carbonara. The creamy sauce with the runny egg yolk tasted absolutely heavenly! The portions were really generous, and everything was such a great value. Definitely a spot I'd come back to with friends and family! What we ordered: -Bruschetta -Caesar Salad -Meat Lovers Pizza (12") -Carbonara

It's been quite a while since I have hit Pinocchio's so when I was looking for a good Happy Hour spot and saw that their's hadn't changed much in the last decade or so that made up my mind. Nothing like a good pie and ice cold Barley Pop on a solo afternoon out. It was 3:30 and the place was empty. I was greeted by Fabi at the bar. He was quick to get me a set-up, menu(s) and water. Looking over the Happy Hour menu I noticed that the beer price that they advertised on their website was different than what's on the menu. I asked about this and showed Fabi. He phoned his manager and told me that the website had not been updated, but they would honor that ad......bottle beer only. Cool! I ordered my pie.....Pepperoni and Pineapple, and got a cold Stella. Soon the place was getting busy and Fabi was dealing with phones and a wave of customers. He handled himself very well. Then Gianna got there and she really stepped up (for a brand new employee) to give him a hand and made sure that everything ran smoothly. My Pizza came out and I was more than pleased. Loaded with tasty Pepperoni and sweet Pineapple, it was cooked perfectly well done (like I ordered). Added the gratuitous Parmigiana and Red Chile Flakes and I was in Heaven. For $17, a 10" Pie (2 meals), 2 ice cold Stella's and stellar service is a great Happy Hour deal.

Tried the cutest Italian pizza spot in Pasadena and it did not disappoint. We started with the spinach artichoke dip served with perfectly toasted bread-super creamy, cheesy. We shared a combination pizza loaded with toppings (every bite was packed with flavor) and chicken parmigiana that came with pasta and a fresh side salad. The chicken was crispy on the outside, tender inside, and smothered in rich marinara and melted cheese. The atmosphere really tied everything together-warm, cozy, and inviting with that classic Italian charm. They offer both street parking and parking in the rear, plus a banquet room available for parties and special events. Definitely a go-to spot for a casual date night or brunch vibe

Fettuccini Alfredo

We came to lunch at Pinocchio's pizza. We orderd two pizzas, the meat lovers and the new hot honey as well as chicken fettuccine. We enjoyed both pizzas, the meat lovers was a solid 8/10 it had tenders sausage all the way through and cooked onions. The hot honey was also an 8/10 had very crispy pepperonis however they were not as crispy as we'd like. The chicken fettuccini alfredo was a solid 9/10 we enjoyed the creamy flavorful sauce and it was a great portion. The chicken was also well cooked within the pasta. It also came with garlic bread and a side salad but the garlic bread could've used a little more seasoning as it lacked some flavor. Overall I would come back, it was clean, the staff were nice and the food was overall very flavorful !

Pasadena Hidden Gem alert!!!! Seriously underrated Italian spot with stunning design! Their $13 lunch special is a total steal--includes a hearty soup or salad and amazing garlic bread. So buttery!! My favorite is the Lobster and Shrimp Ravioli . High-end vibes without breaking the bank! IG: socalhkfoodies

Met up with my Sister's B for a quick Holiday gift exchange here and sat in the bar area. *We were greeted by Lilah who became friendlier after we sat down. They had half of the restaurant partitioned off for a private party while we were there. We ordered from the Happy Hour menu which had some great options. 10 inch Cheese Pizza 5//5 Brussel Sprouts 4/5 Bruschetta 5/5 It was perfect for sharing with my sisters and everything was good. *Plenty of Street parking

It wasnt that busy at the time of our arrival. There were a lot of tables and the noise level was quiet. The host was nice and sat us not too long after we arrived. The table that we got sat at was extremely wobbly. My father-in-law noticed another table had napkins placed underneath to stabilize so he did the same to our table and it worked. Tara took our order and brought out the drinks. The food was 90% great! The 10% that fell short was a combination of things. 1) menu online and the physical menu said corn bread (which we were told no longer serves them). If its no longer available, update the menu because we were excited to try the corn bread. 2) a bbq place with no wet naps, that is really weird. However, they did bring me a stack of paper towels that were wet as if they were wet naps. 3) only 1 steak knife was provided in the platters. It was hard for a party of 6 to cut up meat with only 1 steak knife. 4) one of the sides came out cold, and hard. I bit into a macaroni and it felt raw because of how hard it was! I even dropped the macaroni on the plate and it rang! We brought it to the servers attention and we were able to get a fresh one free of charge. We loved the short ribs and the tomahawk steak! They were delicious. Baked potato as a side item was very large! During the whole time we were eating, no one came by to check on us, refills were not provided until after we were done eating. We never got one of the drinks that Tara wrote down and it showed up on the check. I was trying to get a staff members attention, and my hand was raised up, and there were hosts that saw my hand raised, but did nothing. There were other servers and runners that saw it too. Took a while for us to get any help. We eventually flagged down our server after what felt like 5 minutes. We brought the charge to our servers attention, and they corrected that too. Overall, the table service could have been a lot better, fix broken tables, and I suggest you bring your own wet naps or baby wipes because they dont supply any.

It was a great place for some casual, mildly literary drinking on a Thursday night. The bar was in an alley, and I was happy to find free, easy street parking right outside the alley entrance. The alley was well lit enough that it didn't feel sketchy, though if I were inclined to beat someone up, this would probably be a convenient place to do it. The space was slightly below ground, down a flight of stairs from the alley. It felt like an Irish pub/sports bar with a tap list of California beers in addition to Coors Light and Guinness. Service was friendly and reasonably fast. I had a Made West Hazy IPA and a Pizza Port Amber, both of which I've had and enjoyed several times in several places over the years. I also ate some fries that were lying around, probably but not certainly by someone I at least sort of know. They weren't bad. I live kind of far from Pasadena and T. Boyle's isn't a destination bar, but I'd come back for another round or two after Vroman's. It's a comfortable spot with good draft beer, where you can relax and have some conversations.
