Customer service is very bad, the lady that was helping to pick clothes was very nice but the one at the cash register was very rude.

I've come to this store many times but today was the WORST experience I have ever gotten. Today I came into the store with my family and one of the employees told us that EVERYTHING in the store was 50 percent off. We thought it was a good deal so we gathered a shopping bag full of stuff. Here's where it got bad. My mother and I were checking out and our entire total came out to be 404 dollars!!! That wad extremely pricey and we asked the cashier why the total was so high if everything in the store was 50 percent off. She ended up telling us that nothing we got was 50 percent off and it turned out that the employee who told us that everything in the store was 50 percent off was telling every customer that. She also said that we were not the first ones to complain about that. We were absolutely livid! The manager came over and apologized for the inconvenience. But she said she couldn't override it or give us a percentage off for the inconvenience we received! That was absolutely unprofessional. And the whole trip there was a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME! I couldn't believe that a store manager would not give us at least a 20 percent off the purchase for the inconvenience we received because of that employee! It was her fault and we didn't get anything out of it. The manager was not friendly at all and the fact that she didn't do anything about this whole thing made me angrier than I was before when I found out that employee was giving misleading information! We ended up saying that we didn't want anything and walked out empty handed. This store ruined my day. The employee who was giving false information ruined my day and the manager ruined my day because of not giving us anything for the inconvenience we received! It's too bad I didn't get the employee's name because she wasn't wearing a name tag. The manager wasn't wearing one either. But this store is so unprofessional and I honestly thought better of it because I've been coming to this store for a couple years now. I never had a problem with it until today. The manager needs to work on helping customers and doing something when customers face any inconveniences. She was horrible, just like that employee who told us misleading information about everything in the store being 50 percent off. Because of this, I will not be back anymore!! read more

Today when I walked in I was trying to process an exchange and the girls were just chitchatting doing the same task. When I interrupted them one of them got mad and was irritated when I did so. When another girl came by told me to go to the front I waited 15 minutes for the manager to get to the front. 15 minutes for a manager to come to the front seriously? Then they asked if I had a receipt I said no and they said they couldn't process it and I just wanted store credit how hard is that??? Like it took 30 mins for something that could've been processed in 10. Bad service . read more

I am so very disappointed. I got this pink mug it's a set has socks, lotion, and a perfume very tiny but besides that when my mom was washing the cup the letters started peeling off now it's all messed up . My mom washed the rest off the now the mug is plain white instead of the logo "pink" read more

The staff is INCREDIBLY friendly and knowledgeable of their products. I had a lot of up finding the perfect bra and I'm glad there is a store solemnly committed to the PINK products, since it was mainly what I went to VS for anyway. Great energy here. read more

The store itself is fine, it seems understaffed, but it could just be messy customers making it hard for them to keep the place neat. My only real complaint is that when they are having a sale, where there will obviously be TONS of people shopping, they should increase the amount of people on their registers. I went last weekend to take advantage of the 10/$35 panty sale. Normally I come during my lunch hour, not on a weekend, so I understand that this is a more popular time to shop, but it took me maybe 5 minutes to pick my 10 and I stood in line for 35 minutes because there weren't enough people checking everyone out. There should be better planning on their part during those higher traffic times. read more

Horrible customer service. The associates here are not helpful at all although I shop here regularly. Today I had to make two trips to the store because they did not honor my coupon for the free panty initially and did nothing for the inconvenience. The manager heard me on the phone and said "she would honor my coupon and walked in the back" only because I was on the phone with customer relations. On another occasion, I was looking for a pair of campus joggers in the color chalk rose and she said "we don't have anymore." Then lo and behold I found a pair in my size (found several pairs) hanging up. Like the other yelp reviewers stated the associate was just being lazy. Will do most of my shopping online from now on. Lastly, the associates do not greet you or ask you if you need assistance. Another time I had my hands full of merchandise and they didn't even offer me a shopping bag smh. Almost if the employees today (this afternoon) were gathered in a group talking amongst each other (not helping customers). read more

Came into the store hoping to use my rewards and instead I was treated extremely rude by some blond haired, glasses wearing, hair in a bun male cashier that thought it would be appropriate to call me Lady over and over. Even as I told him to stop calling me Lady in his condescending tone. I had never before experienced such rude, unprofessional customer service in the Modesto pink mall store and when the issue was brought to the supervisor she refused to give me his first name and stated "sorry I'll talk to him".Everyone gives you their first name but suddenly they can't give me his. If this is their standard for customer service they can keep their pink. I'm done with them. read more

The ladies in the PINK store are completely clueless. They didn't have an item I was looking for in stock so I asked if they could order it(like VS has done for me plenty of times) and the lady didn't know they did that. So finally after waiting in line for 20 minutes, I get to a cashier and she goes to look up the item online and she tells me it's unavailable. Which is weird because it shows in stock online when I look it up on my phone. So I go upstairs to the other VS store and the lady was able to order the item for me and have it shipped to my house. Which leads me to believe the lady at the PINK store was just being lazy. Both store are extremely disorganized and you will easily spend 20-30 minutes in line to check out. My suggestion is to bring a friend to wait in line while you shop. read more

Everytime I come to this store the tall white guy who works the checkout is extremely rude! He acts like he could care less about you, and he with the girl next to him just whisper and snicker while your standing there. He threw all of my purchased items in the bag, didn't even fold them nor did he thank me for coming In or to have a good day. Here's a tip dude quit your job if you hate it so much, cause I definitely won't miss you. The only nice person who works here is the store manager, please hire nicer people! read more

Went to Pink today to exchange a sweater that fit too big on me. The girl at the register was very nice and helpful. I didn't catch her name (she was wearing a necklace with an 'M' on it.) She checked for a different size, but unfortunately they were all out of my size. I shopped around for something else so I could redeem my secret rewards card. At the fitting rooms, Bree was very helpful and friendly. She even held some stuff for me bc my son needed to use the restroom. 5$ date panties?!?! I love them!! The store itself is very youthful and cozy, like a lounge..which is what their clothes are mostly based on. This store has terrible customer service and is dirty and very messy. It took 20+ minutes in line before another cashier came to ring up sales. Love shopping here but this was the worst experience I had I was trying to shop but one of the workers assumed me and my friend were going to steal so he watched us the whole time like he was literally right next to us. I couldn't even shop I asked him a question and he was just being so rude about it. I even told him that I work retail and I don't steal and he said good but I'm still going to be watching you.
