If I could give zero stars I would. Some of the staff here are so rude. When one of the only employees who have ever been nice to me gets reprimanded in front of you, you know there is a problem. The only reason I have ever don't business with them is because of my insurance. They make me never want to file a claim to help with my lymphedema ever again. I had an order for some items back in July. It is now December and I still do not have my item. I have called many of time with no return phone call. It's sad that when we need important things so we don't have other complications we are not able to get them because we never receive a return phone call. I will call kaiser and see if there is a better place to go. Not sure what is happening with them but their customer service has gone WAY down hill. read more

Terrible customer service, they never call you back, had to order lymphedema wraps and after paying for them I was told that they should arrive within 2 weeks, after 2 months our order still hasn't been completed. We received part of our order after 1 1/2 months and when we went in for the fitting the salesperson ended up using product from the shelf and not what had originally arrived, special order?? I think not. We were told something different every time we spoke with someone, one person said the final part of our order should arrive within the next day, 2 weeks later we ended up going directly to the store only to find out that the final missing items hadn't even been ordered!!! How a company like this manages to stay in business I don't know. I ended up getting a refund for the product that I hadn't received now I wonder if Medicare and Kaiser will get refunded whatever over inflated prices that they paid. One of the excuses we were given was that the owner was in Texas and the worker wasn't able to speak with the owner directly that she had to speak to the owners husband who then spoke to the owner and then he would get in contact with the employee?? What?? Again, how this business can still remain open is beyond me. read more

Went un August 2017, For a Compression Sleeve fitting, was supposed to be maximum a week, didn't receive sleeve until three weeks after! When I called owner was acting like it was my fault very rude and obnoxious, also upset because left comment on her FB page. Also had to go back for my Prosthetic Bra fitting and she refuses my prescription after making me wait more than three weeks, If I would have known Id had take my business elsewhere! Will not ever go back to this place ever again! Its hard as it is having Breast Cancer, ppl like this make it harder, no compassion, its all about the $ and insurance with this business person! Horrible experience. Regina is disorganized, displays discontinued merchandise, and makes promises with no delivery. Wife was fitted for a wig for chemotherapy hair loss. Regina assured us the product we selected would take only 3 days to receive. She understood our 1 week timeline and assured us there would be no problem. 1 week passed and Regina had not called so we called her. Answering machine answered during midweek workday?? Called again after 2 days and spoke with Regina. Regina says sorry but the wig we selected is not available any longer. No contact, no service, no way to do business. Today my wife is bald, going for another treatment in 2 days, and at square 1 with no wig. Awesomfit was a bad choice we made. Don't make the same mistake! STAY AWAY! read more

I went today and had a great experience! I had read the reviews so I was quite skeptical but kept an open mind. I got there at my appointment time and Jessica took me into the fitting room and was quite accommodating and did her best to find the best fit for me. This place is horrible. regina does not know how to handle a business nor run it .. she blocks numbers of her hired co-workers and makes it impossible to be reached if a problem accurs .. she closes the office weeks at a time knowing it's a business that's need to be open for many people ... HORRIBLE experience at this place! Avoid it at all cost! They are extremely hard to get a hold of. I leave countless messages that go unanswered. I make an appointment and they don't honor my time. They display and order unavailable merchandise. They make you wait several weeks for delivery. I call several times to check on arrival only to find out that they forgot to call me to tell me to go back in to choose another style of bra. The one I ordered was no longer available! I finally just gave up and chose not to do business with them. After getting a new prescription sent to another business they call me to tell me my order did come in after all. I am around 5'6" and have petite ribs that measure very small. I often wear a 34 band. If I were not ballpark 140lbs, which is heroin chick for me, I would NOT have been able to find ANYTHING here that worked. So I do not recommend it for women who like me have weighed ballpark 160 and have petite bone structures (with breasts proportionate to the flesh they have *elsewhere* on their bodies). In other words, like all lingerie places, this is not for every woman's body type. That said, I WAS able to find a bra I thought would work better than anything I could have found elsewhere. The woman working here *did not* insist upon fitting me, because she understood doing so could be interpreted as an insult once I asserted my level of experience. I was very glad this was understood. I actually never thought it would happen at a place like this. I also didn't have an appointment, and was allowed to shop anyways. I found a bra that basically worked, and had two new ones added to inventory to ship with the next shipment. I was satisfied with my trip to this store, but I did have the knowledge that at a much lower weight it may be possible for me to actually shop at a mainstream store and find a bra. This was not possible in Modesto, and so I was disappointed. So, when I came here, I expected a much larger variety of styles because of the name and mission of the business. I was hoping for a wider variety of designs meant to accommodate different shapes of breasts. They do not have a large inventory, or a large range of sizes on the floor, but some of rarer brands they carry have unusual sizing (which may compensate for some). Bottom line: I was excited to have the opportunity to try on a high quality bra in person. I hope they always carry Amoena Lara! read more

I purchased my Mastectomy breast forms from here. The fitting process was fine. Some time later I had some issues with the product and called at least 5 times or more with no call back.Many messages were taken by her staff and messages were left on her machine. Finally I got somebody on the phone to answer my questions. I wasn't pleased with the lack of follow through by this business. Worse yet I paid in cash and then submitted a insurance claim so the process was a bit backwards. My insurance provider has been trying for 4 months going on 5 to get the owner to refund me the funds. She has been paid by me and the insurance company, She claimed she sent the payment but I am still waiting. I don't understand how anybody could think this is how to run a business. I would not EVER recommend this business and advise others to go somewhere else!!!! read more

Had appointment to come into the store on Febuary 18th. Waited 45 min as there was another client being seen then another person without an appointment came in and she was helped before me. Purchased two bras to have shipped to my house. I was told they would be delivered by Friday Febuary 26th. After mulitply phone calls left finially got ahold of the store employee and she said that the owner is no longer able to order bras in both those styles and would have to refund my money. Why wasnt I called when she figured out she couldnt order them? Why did it take me calling and leaving 5 messages? When asked if the money would be refunded and into my account today she assured me it would and I would not need to drive down to the store for a refund. Now at 330 in the afternoon and is telling us that it takes a couple of days to process funds. Very bad business being done here. Will not be returning or sending clients. read more

I had never been fitted for a bra in my life before, but after years of paying for bras that never fit or felt or looked right, I went to Awesomfit. And am I glad I did. They are discreet, knowledgable and patient. After trying on numberous bras, we found the perfect one. I was so happy, I bought three of them, followed their instructions for washing, and I'm still wearing them two years later!!
