I absolutely love it here! I came across my nail artist by searching hashtags on Instagram. I consider myself so lucky! This salon is in a great location and it's easy to access. It reminds me of Miami when I stepped inside! There's a beautiful palm trees painted on the walls and some of the walls are a bright pink. It's so girly and sultry. Everyone is so professional and there's actually a secretary that will greet you as soon as you enter the door. They are following all of Covid guidelines by ensuring that you were wearing a mask, providing hand sanitizer, and requiring customers to fill out forms signify that they have no symptoms. My nail artist is Lluvia (You-Vee-Uh) and she was right on time, very polite, and works very quickly. She is a professional and did a great job on my baby boomer nails which still have a lot of spark and didn't make me feel like I'm more mature than I am. They have the cutest pedicure section with a pink couch in vintage pedi spas. Although I did not get a pedicure, I didn't notice they were practicing safety cautions and the patron seemed to really enjoy it. The music is so sultry as R&B blooms from the speakers putting you in a relaxing mood. You do have to book an appointment, which I love, and the prices are very reasonable! There's even a discount for first timers. They have a wash station that is distance from everyone else, and you even get to keep your file and buffer for your return. I will be rebooking and cannot wait to return, this time for a pedicure as well!

If I could give -38.50 stars, without a doubt I would. BEWARE of this business's sleazy bait & switch business practices. On 8/22/23 I made a nail appointment for 1:00 PM on 9/02/23. I received a message at 12:49 PM on the day of my appointment that Pati the nail tech was ready to see me. I walked through the door at 12:52 PM and was told by the receptionist that I was late and that my appointment was at 12:45 PM. She further told me that Pati's next client was already there and she couldn't take me. Really? The next client was already in the chair an hour early? And...appeared to have been for more than a minute. I asked if I was being charged the missed appointment fee and she said she hadn't charged me "yet". Appalled by what I was experiencing, I left, but returned minutes later to show the receptionist the confirmation email that I received showing the appointment that I MADE for 1:00 PM. Obviously someone there changed my appointment to 12:45 PM without consulting me or getting my permission. The receptionist said she'd have to talk to her manager, Ruby, but conveniently Ruby wasn't there. I suggested they not charge the fee and we all move on. At 12:59 PM I was charged $38.50...which will be disputed with my bank. These people are CLEARLY DESPERATE to make a buck and LACK professionalism and integrity. Don't waste your time and money at pathetic Pink Mango.

Update: two days later and already started to chip. The manager had offered for me to come back but due to the holiday I was not able to make it. As of right now I'm not happy with nail service.

Lluvia is an absolute artist. She makes sure that your nails are perfect. The shop is very clean as well.

First and only nail place where all the employees are required to be bilingual. Let me just put it out there because this completely had me sold when I first entered on their Inauguration Day! Therefore you can take your mom, aunt, prima, primo, tío, abuela and they will all walk out getting exactly what they asked for. Paola did my manicure, and wow is she amazing! We needed a place like this in Irving! I will drive all the way from Dallas to Irving just for a manicure by them.

This was my first visit to this salon and I had a great time. It's a little small, but I love shops that have a homey feel. I have a good friend that used to come to my house to do my nails. He's a licensed technician but that's what I'm used to and I will always support my friends. So this was definitely a good visit to a pretty high end salon. I've seen a lot of people complain about the wait and the pedicure area. To me though I've been to other bigger more expensive places who really don't care what service you get and they just wanna get you over with and move to the next. I respect any place that will use quality over quantity. Yes I would love massage chairs at the pedicure area but I got the tulum pedicure with gel polish and my technician did a great job. I also got dip powder on my natural nails and I'm used to just doing acrylic. Over all I loved this place and I will be back.

Me and my coworker decided to come and try this place. However this was my coworker second time trying them out. She said that her nails lasted 4-5 weeks first time she got them done.. The price was reasonable I spent $51 that's with a tip. My coworker nails were $55 with design which still isn't bad. So I have found my new spot to come and get my nails done. Especially like there happy hour special. Ariel did a great job on my nails. Will definitely be coming back!

This is my new favorite nail salon! It's super close to my home (only a 10 minute drive, score!) and they have a good selection of both acrylic, gel, chrome, glitters, and bling. The salon is very open and clean, the staff is friendly, and there is always good music on. Although they are on a walk-in basis only, I enjoy the ambiance and my nail tech, Pati. She always takes great care of me along with the rest of the girls! I currently only have my hands done but hope to get pedicures in the future here too. Here's my new set I just got today, some nude and glitter nails to keep it fun and simple!

I visit the shop for the first time Saturday, Paola did an amazing job on my nails. She really took the time to prep my nails and clean my cuticle correctly. I have asked several nail places to cut my cuticle and I would pay the extra and can't seem to get anyone to do it, here it's already included into the full set price. While I did spend a little more money it was definitely worth it. They work in super clean environment, play great music, and speak English. My set looks great and I will definitely be back.
