I came here back in May after being referred by a friend and on TikTok. It was a pleasant experience. The customer service was amazing. From the host who greeted me and accommodated my slight tardiness on my reservation, to the server who took my order. The vibes here are immaculate. It's very aesthetic. I would've preferred to be on the 4th floor but the 3rd floor was unique and pretty on its own. The bar was particularly eye catching. I was also very amused by my fish shaped water bottle. Regarding the food, it was really tasty. I was starving this day, and greedily ate the whole thing. The pizza had good flavor and you could taste the fresh ingredients. We had a big family lunch at Pink Mamma a few weeks ago after a Sunday morning visit to Montmartre. I booked the table about a month in advance, and it was easy to do, even for a party of 11. There was no back-and-forth prior to our lunch, we just made the reservation online and showed up. Pink Mamma is part of the Big Mamma family, a popular French Italian restaurant group (Italian restaurants, French group) with locations across Europe. This one occupies four stories in a flatiron-shaped building in Pigalle, the exterior tiled in a bright flamingo pink. Our table was on the top level, a sunny space with a cheerful greenhouse aesthetic, sheer curtains over walls of windows, vines lacing through ceiling beams and chandeliers. We glimpsed the other floors on our way up, and every space seemed to be decorated to the max, including the stairwells. I guessing this place plays well on social media. Our lunch got off to a bumpy start when we were presented with a family style menu and told it was the only option for a party of our size. It came with starters, pizzas, pastas, all good stuff, for €55 per person. This seemed fair, except that the children were also counted, and we'd have to pay €55 each for my six-year-old (who eats nothing), my three-year-old (who eats like a three-year-old), and my niece, a two-year-old in a high chair (who, in fairness, eats as much as some adults). A lot of money, and likely a lot of wasted food. Our server was this Italian woman who showed everything on her face, and we could all tell she was annoyed that we questioned this policy, and annoyed further that she had to go ask management about our kids. It felt a little adversarial, and her attitude persisted when she came back with the regular menus. We ended up ordering a big a la carte spread, and it was plenty of food and much cheaper than €55 a head. Thankfully, our waiter softened up once the meal got going, and she was quite nice to us for most of our visit. This was a relief, especially towards the end, when my six-year-old threw up all over the floor. It was mostly water, and I cleaned it up, but both our server and another employee showed up and offered their help and kindness. Traveling with kids is an adventure, and I did indulge in a cocktail with lunch. I got The Big Pisco and it was delicious, a refreshing, summery drink with Cuatro Gallos Pisco Puro Italia, apricot liqueur, fennel, and lime. My husband got the French Touch, a cool gin drink with Tanqueray, elderflower, raspberry, cucumber, lemon, and R. Gerbaux l'Epicurien champagne. The food was great. We started with a few orders of the melone, prosciutto, and mozzarella appetizer, as well as the insalata Siciliana. The melon, Parma prosciutto, and buffalo were high quality and delicious, drizzled with olive oil and a little black pepper. The salad was fresh, green, and flavorful, with Sicilian broccoli, green beans, rocket, roasted zucchini, and tzatziki. There was also a complimentary basket of good, crusty bread. We shared a bunch of pasta, doubling up on the spaghettoni alla Vittorio, the mezze rigatoni alla Gricia, and the fazzoletti ricotta e spinaci. The spaghettoni was a nice al dente pasta with Datterini tomato sauce and parmesan. The rigatoni was rich and satisfying, with salsa cacio pepe, guanciale, and black pepper. The fazzoletti were fresh pasta filled with lemony ricotta and spinach, tossed in a sage butter sauce, with parmesan on top. We got two kinds of pizza for the table, the Mammargherita and the Spicy Calabrese. I actually booked Pink Mamma in large part because it had pizza, which I thought would be good for the kids a few days into our trip. Too bad my son couldn't enjoy it, because it was quite tasty, if a little on the wet, floppy side. The margherita came with a great San Marzano DOP tomato sauce, plus mozzarella and parmesan. The Spicy Calabrese had the same sauce and mozzarella, along with 'nduja, spicy pork salsiccia, caramelized red onion, and tarragon. This wasn't a perfect experience, but we had a lovely lunch despite the hiccups. I'd recommend Pink Mamma if you're looking for a stylish restaurant near Montmartre. read more

The third floor was beautifully decorated, full of character, and felt very French. It was one of the more memorable dining rooms we experienced in Paris. I ordered the crab pasta. It was okay, but nothing particularly special. Overall, everyone in our group felt the food was average. One challenge was the heat. I understand that many traditional French restaurants don't have air conditioning, but being on the third floor on a very hot day made the dining room quite uncomfortable. This is probably much less of an issue during cooler weather, but it definitely affected our experience. We kicked off our family's recent visit to Paris with a fabulous dinner at Pink Mama on the first night. Our reservation was for 6:30 pm but we were greeted and let in as soon as they opened at 6 pm. Coming to Paris for my birthday weekend, I wanted to have a special meal with my friends. After seeing all the TikToks about Pink Mamma I knew it needed to be in my itinerary! I made a reservation 2 weeks in advance for the three of us. I HIGHLY recommend getting a reservation as it is a very popular place. Located in Montmatre, it is slighty removed from all the hub-bub of the city. The restaurant is stunning and very unique. The aesthetic is truly something else and perfect for plenty of great photos. There are several floors, but the top is by far the prettiest with the best view. The menu consists of Italian cuisine including a variety of starters, pastas, pizzas, desserts, and more. We arrived about 30 minutes early and were seated right away with no issues. It wasn't super busy on this particular Sunday evening, but I would still get a reservation to be safe. Service was pretty good, food took a little longer to come out than I expected, but this wasn't a big deal. Our server did a good job keeping an eye on our waters and checking in on us too. I started with an Aperol Spritz before my meal. This was a great cocktail and one of the better Aperol Spritzes I've had. It was strong and a great size. For my entree, I went with their very popular Mafaldine Al Tartufo pasta dish. This dish consists of Mafalde pasta with mascarpone and truffle cream, and fresh truffle. It comes served in a pot and the presentation was just phenomenal. The pasta was cooked al dante, the truffle cream had a luscious truffle taste and wasn't super heavy. The sauce to pasta ratio was also perfect. The fresh shaved truffles on top were phenomenal and amplified the truffles from the sauce. All around, this was flavorful, very balanced dish. They ended up singing to me and offered me a complimentary scoop of vanilla gelato with a candle for my birthday too! Overall, I didn't think Pink Mamma was overrated and had a wonderful time here. The interior alone is a reason to dine here. I've never seen something like it and it was a delight. I recommend walking around the restaurant after your meal to see the different floors and take pictures. The service was good, attentive, and super friendly. They did a nice job handling my friends nut allergy as well. Food was really fresh with lots of flavor. Portions aren't huge, but I left full and satisfied. I really appreciated the complimentary birthday surprise as it was delightful. I highly recommend seeking this place out in you are coming to Paris. The reservation system doesn't let you select a floor, and the staff wasn't able to accommodate requests due to the high volume of guests. We got a reservation for here 2 weeks in advance and were excited to try it out from all the reviews online. However, I'm sad to say that it underwhelmed us. The atmosphere is nice and cute as we were seated on the top floor. It was incredibly loud though. It's also important to note that I think the only restrooms they have are on this top floor so there were people constantly coming in and out of the area which was a bit distracting. This didn't quite hit as much as I wanted it to. Maybe because I had high expectations after my friend sang high praises of it being very cutesy with good food. We ordered pornstar martinis and chatted it up with the super friendly bartenders. The pornstar martinis were sooo good! I wanted to keep ordering more but (foolishly) opted against it, thinking I would have the same drink upstairs at dinner. Man were those a fail. The service at dinner was very subpar. Our server didn't even introduce himself and just seemed very rushed. As soon as he began taking our order and we had questions between multiple items, he just said he would give us more time and walked away. No offering to help us decide by explaining or making suggestions. Drinks: margarita and pornstar martinis - both were a solid 3/5 at best. Even the color was completely off compared to the ones from the speakeasy. Food: we ordered the TAGLIATA DI MANZO (grilled surprise/steak), I GRANDI CAPPELLACCI (ravioli), TAGLIATA DI POLLO (butter chicken), PACCHERI AL RAGÙ BOLOGNESE (pasta with ground beef/veal), MAMMARGHERITA pizza, SPAGHETTI AL GRANCHIO E LIMONE (crab meat spaghetti), and ORATA RIVIERA (fish/porgy). My friend got the grilled surprise/steal medium well and he wasn't happy with it. My friend got the ravioli and "butter chicken". The ravioli was stuffed with a good portion of spinach and ricotta cheese but the lemon on it was overkill and the chicken had a brown sauce on it and didn't give butter chicken. I didn't try the bolognese but my friend had no complaints. I had the crab spaghetti and ravioli, both of which were really good! Everyone sampled and said they were the best dishes at the table. Photogenic Italian restaurant with decent pasta. Went for lunch - make sure to make an RSVP or you'll be waiting in line. Was a very well decorated, staged place with multiple floors - the top floor being a great garden like scene. Ordered some burrata, culatello, truffle pasta, and the ragu alla bolognese. The burrata and culatello were very good - the culatello was way richer than prosciutto, so def would recommend that. The pastas were very al dente - so keep that in mind. The truffle pasta was a little light tasting for all the truffle in it, and the ragu was flavored a bit light as well. The price made it a little rough for the food received, but would recommend for the ambiance if that's your vibe. read more

Some of the best Italian I've had, and really great, fun drinks! The location itself is adorable, with lots of windows, pictures and paintings and plants hanging, and lovely plates and pitchers! We loved everything we tried, but highlights were the burrata with tomato/basil paste, truffle pasta, and the Brittany spritz! Also beware, we expected small portions but were pleasantly surprised by how much food was in each dish! read more
