We love pincho burger. It's a step up from typical fast burger joints. It's always super delicious and we never leave disappointed or dissatisfied. The only complaint I have is sometimes you can tell it's a chain in the sense that they do overlook burgers and such when in a rush. So if possible go during slower hours when you're food will be taken better care of. I do that and my food is always spot on now! read more

I have a monthly Ladies Night... Pincho Factory Hialeah was my choice for March 2017! Even though they don't do reservations, they accommodated me and 16-17 other women. They set us up nicely in the back and made us feel so welcomed! Now on to the good stuff... we ate everything... the Toston Burger (DELICIOUS), the Pincho Burger (equally delicious), the steak, chicken, and shrimp pinchos (my favorite were the chicken and steak), the salads, hot dog... The only reason why it got 3 star is because I added a star for how amazing there food is ALWAYS. I called ahead of time to pick up my food. I asked for a Cajun fries and a perfecto burger, when I arrived I told them that I was picking up food and when I looked in the bag and realized that the fires didn't have the caramelized onions they always have (see picture). I then told one of the workers that they forgot the onions and she said they don't give them any more. Any other worker told me that because it's a corporation they stopped serving that... mind you, friends and I have gotten them with the onions 3 times in the past 4 weeks... Needless to say, the girl gave me attitude because I asked if they can make the onions for me since that MADE the fries great. Had chimichurri steak over rice. It was so good, meat was so so good. The staff was so sweet and helpful. I was actually about to turn away from the place because the area didn't seem the safest and there was a homeless man out front. I'm glad I went in. (The homeless man was apparently a weird occurrence and the manager was actually in the process of getting rid of him when I was there.) Anyway. Clean facility, nice TVs, great AC, wonderful people, really good freaking steak. Thanks for the meal guys! I want to come back for a burger if I have the chance! read more

Ive been a fan of pincho since they opened the original location on Bird Rd. I've ordered from this location a few times now since moving to the area and I gotta say big step up from the service I've received at the location on flagler. The service is great. The food is always good from pincho. I usually order a perfecto burger. It has grilled onions, pepper jack cheese, and cilantro sauce. I'm also a fan of the Cajun fries which used to have diced grilled onions but for some reason they got rid of those (they shouldn't have). They recently added the pipo's choice burger which won the burger bash contest at the sobe wine and food fedtival to their regular menu. I gotta say this is a good addition and now I will switch it up between my usual perfecto burger and this one. read more

Just walked out of Pincho Factory and Im so disappointed. Veggie Burger was falling apart. Asked for no cheese and they put cheese. And french fries tasted like frozen fries. We didnt even finish them. Used to love this place when they had first opened. But sadly will probably never go back again. Sorry Pincho Factory the quality of your food sucks. My family and I ate dinner at Pincho Factory tonight. It opened a few months ago in our neighborhood and we finally decided to give it a try. We are so glad we did. When we walked in we were given a warm greeting by the very friendly staff. The menu is is to read and has many different options, including vegan, burgers wrapped in lettuce, toston burgers, kabobs, salads, wraps and rice bowls. I ordered the lettuce burger with sweet potato tots and a aside of the apple butter sauce. My burger was DELICIOUS. The burger was juicy and so flavorful. The only think that could've made this burger a little bit better would've been a little less salt in the seasoning. The sweet potato tots were good, especially with the sauce, but I probably wouldn't order them again. My daughter got the chicken sandwich and it was great. Perfection. My husband got the blue cheese bacon burger and the bacon ranch fries. I can't comment on the taste of the burger, but he seemed to really enjoy it. The bacon fries were amazing. Admittedly I liked them much more than the tots. The whole time we were eating there was an employee walking around asking if we needed anything and how we liked our food, which I thought was nice. I go to this Pincho Factory regularly and I have noticed that the customer service has improved. I believe there is a new night manager. Everytime I walk in he is greeting from the kitchen. He is on top of everything that is going on and ensuring everything is running smoothly. Today, I was pleasantly surprised by the great attitude of the young man at the register. I visited yesterday, Friday and ordered the Toston Burger, delicious!!! However what inspired me to write this review was their service. From the moment I walked in , I was greeted enthusiastically. I was indecisive about ordering a beer and the young lady with the glasses ( I wished I've gotten her name) suggested that I tried different beers and was very patient as I requested to try others, she didn't seem bothered at all. I received my food promptly and another young man came to check on me three times. I work in the industry and seldom do you see young workers genuinely engaged with customers. They seemed as if they were all friends amongst each other, they were playful but never took the attention away from the customers. They are truly an awesome team. read more

Let m start this comment by saying that the customer service I received at this location was impeccable. Very friendly staff and an amazing manager named Alfred that made sure that we were 100% beyond satisfied with our meal, even offered me an extra round on the house since my original choice was not in stock at the time. Very nice cashier named Laurane (or Laurain) took our order and helped us make our selections from the menu, took her time even though we were indecisive. Would definitely return with more friends. We were so excited to have this restaurant within less than a block from us! My boyfriend and I had spoken about visiting a Pincho Factory but never actually gotten around to it so one night we decided to place an order for pick up and see what all the commotion was about. After pulling up the menu online, we called the restaurant to place our order. The person who answered the phone was pleasant and professional. Before we hung up, they repeated the order back to me exactly as I had ordered it. They said it would take 20-25 minutes, so my boyfriend headed over after 20 minutes since it's literally a three minute walk from our place. He came back about twenty minutes later because the food was not ready when he arrived. When I checked the bag, one of our burgers was missing and the one that was in the bag was missing an extra topping we had added. We were also missing our side of sweet potato tots and apple butter which is what I was most excited to try. I called the restaurant back and informed them about the items we were missing and let them know we had already been charged for them. They asked me what I wanted to do about the situation. Part of me wanted to tell them to forget it and have them refund my card but at the same time it was already paid for and the location was so close that it was almost easier to just go pick up what was missing. What I Like About It: - SO MANY CHOICES: There's something for everyone on the menu (well most likely with the exception of vegans, not sure how vegan friendly their items might be) Skewers, burgers, hotdogs, chicken sandwiches. choose your bun, choose your toppings, go crazy or keep it simple! -Plenty of seating: Enough room for you and your party to dine in. - Craft Beer: Very few things pair well together better than burgers and beer and that is fact! - Sweet Potato Tots: Forget the soggy sweet potato tots you've encountered before, these tots are the real deal. Even my boyfriend who is the all ultimate "Sweet Tater Hater" enjoyed these! - Their Veggie Patty: This is one veggie patty worth checking out! Very tasty and filling. I wish all veggie patties tasted this good! What I Don't Like: -Burger Prep: Burgers can either be cooked medium well or well. I like my burgers medium and so do a lot of the other carnivores I know so this was a bit disappointing for me. Overall, my experience didn't quite convince me of the greatness of this place. Maybe it was just a bad night. If I do go again, I'll make sure to dine in and compare the two experiences. Combination of black beans and sweet potatoes to make the patty, potato sticks, pink sauce, lettuce, tomato, and tostones for the bun! I'm giving Pincho Factory five stars because my experiences there have been always great. The food is amazing, if you want good burgers this is the place to come. They have a super large selection of burgers, including the toston burger and the burger with fried cheese. It's always cooked fresh, and the wait time is very reasonable. They have sweet potato tater tots which are to die for. My favorite food items in this place is not the burgers actually, I love their salads and wrap. It's the same concept as Chipotle, you pick a protein and the ingredients to your bowl, however it's way better. They have the California option which comes with citrus fruits such as tangerine, cranberries, nuts. I have tried that one with the steak and it's amazing. Last time I visited I had the Cuban steak bowl which comes with cucumbers, rice, beans, and it just felt so fresh and so filling.
