Perfecto! I had the Pincho Burger. The bun was nicely crisp, the american cheese was melted greatly and topped with little potato chips. Yum! The tomato and red onion were perfectly ensembled. And the secret red sauce they use tasted fantastic. I might add it was a tad on the saltier side, but not too salty, JUST RIGHT for my taste! read more

Went to pincho in Hialeah yesterday and the overall service was great. However the burger left a lot to be desired. I got the pipo's choice and it was extremely dry and just lacked flavor. There was hardly any sauce on this burger. I got it with the Cajun fries which were well seasoned and delicious. I wouldn't recommend this burger. I've been to 3 different ones, and all were clean, positive atmosphere seemed well managed! ... but, this one in particular stood out to be the most. While standing in the line of roughly 5 people ahead of me (which btw, it took not even 7 min to get to the front to order; impressive) they weren't asked , " what would you like to order?" The place is extra clean & organized, one thing i really appreciate is customer service the cashier was super nice & made sure we had everything we needed. This place is like the latín version of burger-fi and everything í tried was amazing. I had the fritanga burger which came with Nicaraguan style coleslaw and a huge chunk of friend cheese! Also tried the fritanga hotdog which was one of the best hotdogs I've had in Miami. The tattertots with the apple butter sauce were also mouthwatering, if you like sweet & salty food this is a must try, and finally the tostones which were hot and crispy! Seriously everything was good, I'm coming back next time I'm in Hialeah. I must say this Restaurant has a great look to it ! But ... the customer service on the other hand , not too hot . I ordered two meals and only one ever arrived . When I asked if my meal was still being prepped they had totally forgot to ever enter it in . Which is okay mistakes happen ! But after waiting an additional 15 mins just for a chicken sandwich I decided to see what was going on ... about 10 mins later I received a poorly cooked chicken sandwich that was so hard I couldn't even bite it . I ordered the fritanga burger and my husband had the regular chicken sandwich. My fritanga burger had no slaw since I don't like that stuff. Overall it was ok. It was greasy, salty and bland. The cheese definitely made it saltier than it needed to be. I thought it was because of the seasoning on the patty but when I tried the patty by itself it was bland. I think it needed a little more seasoning or something. My husband was happy with his chicken sandwich. The fries were great, hot and crispy. Ok - I don't know why I haven't reviewed Pincho Factory yet. I was super excited and anxiously waiting for the Hialeah location to open. Once it did, there was no turning back! The first thing I ever tried here was the toston burger, which I added fried cheese to. O.M.G. The tostones were perfectly crispy - who knew this would make such a fantastic bun?! The cilantro sauce on the burger was delicious and the fried cheese was a great addition. I've tried a decent variety of things off their menu, and never been disappointed. Here are some of my other favorites: - Cartel dog: so many textures and flavors meld together on this toasty poppy seed bun. The actual hot dog itself is delicious and good quality, but the combination of the cheese, mango sauce, special pink sauce, and potato sticks on top really take it to the next level! It also has bacon on it, which is good, but I can do without it. (I know I'm weird for not sharing the world's bacon obsession.) - Rice bowl or pita with steak, latin style: The steak they make at Pincho Factory is amazing. It's tender, juicy, and super flavorful. My favorite ways to eat it are latin style on either a rice bowl or in a pita. The beans and lettuce/tomato/cucumber mix are perfectly complemented by the cilantro sauce, and go perfectly on a bed of rice or in a warm, fluffy pita. - Perfecto burger: jack cheese, caramelized onions, potato sticks, and cilantro sauce. Basically, it's perfect. - Vaca Frita Grilled Cheese: vaca frita and goat cheese on yummy toasted bread. Unfortunately, it's one of their chalkboard specials so it's only available sometimes. They switch up these specials every month and they all sound delicious, but this is the only one I've tried. I've tried all their sides - tostones (plain and cajun), fries (plain, cajun, and bacon cheddar ranch), and the sweet potato tots with apple butter. All delicious. I'd definitely recommend getting the fries either cajun or bacon cheddar ranch style. They also serve a selection of beers and wines, including their 627 ale which is brewed locally and is pretty good. The restaurant itself isn't huge, but we've always found a table, although it might be hard around busier times. My favorite part of the space are the pots and pans hanging on the walls - they're ready for the next time one of our sports teams wins a title! Staff is friendly and service is great. I decided to stop in here with my family after seeing the appealing lights out front. I ordered my food but there was a mix-up which ended up causing a long delay for the food to arrive. I asked about the status of my food and Jimmy, the manager, was very professional and apologetic. I'm really impressed with the customer service here. Ok but on to the important stuff- the food. It's amazing! I got a chicken Pincho which was seasoned perfectly. Honestly I should've ordered two. The tostones were amazing, too. Ive been wanting pincho factory for about two months to give them another try first time i went i really didnt like the choice i picked but today i had my bf help me pick and im extremely satisfied i wanted the fritanga burger but without the crema and coleslaw so i ended up getting the perfecto burger with queso fresca that was the best decision ever i havent had a good burger in a couple months and my prego self finally got what i wanted we got fries two drinks two perfecto burgers one with the added cheese and it came out to be around 26 dollars so if you want to get a good burger thats a little different i totally recommend coming here it sucks it is so far away i wish they had one closer to ft lauderdale but luckily we were in hialeah so it worked out great read more

This is one of my daily go to places. Everytime I don't know what to have for lunch or dinner pincho is always an option. I really enjoy the California chicken salad or wrap. But sometimes I have to indulge and get a burger. The only thing I hate is that during high peak hours they I guess are rushed and don't clean the grill as often so the patties and toasted bread get some of the char from the grill. I hate when that happens. But other than that the fries are delicious and so are the tostones. It is a must try if you are in the area. read more

Did not expect to come across this spot when headed to Aldi today. I ordered a veggie burger and sweet potato tots to go. The burger is $6.99. I paid $13 and change for both so those tots were expensive but worth it. That burger though...pure YUMMINESS! I didn't know what to expect when I ordered a veggie burger because often, some places sell veggie burgers JUST BECAUSE with absolutely NO EFFORT at making it taste good. Just to appease the vegetarians and shut them up sooooo you end up getting that basic ass, weird looking patty with the carrots and pieces of green stuff in it that tastes like weird grassy stuff. This burger was made of black beans and sweet potato and though that sounds weird, it was SO GOOD! They added some of those string chips, lettuce, tomato, onion and a special sauce that took it to the next level. When I left, I looked it up on Yelp and realized I could've added a tostone to my burger too. I can't wait to go back! It's a trek so I need to see if there is a closer location. As I wait for my toston chicken sandwich, I'll start my review on my initial reactions. Walked in at 1 PM on a Wednesday. Weren't too many people in line ahead of me - maybe five. However, it took 20 minutes to place my order. Although this locations has two registers available, only one was being used, and because of a large (and loud) group, the rest of the line was delayed. Also, $2.75 for a fountain drink seems a bit expensive. The decor of the restaurant is beautiful - very modern and clean cut. I would liken it to a simpler version of the decor at Finka Table & Tap. The staff seems to be energetic and friendly. There are a number of craft beers available - local breweries on draft and more bottled. It's now been 30 minutes since I arrived - still waiting on my food. I would be weary if you only have 30 minutes for lunch. Ordering ahead seems to be an option. No open wi-fi network, but three closed networks, which is surprising. The toston chicken sandwich is delicious. Comes out piping hot. Perfectly seasoned and nice balance of flavors. Would recommend the restaurant get little cups for the hot sauce station - had to awkwardly walk over with my plate. Overall, a solid four stars. Great addition to the Hialeah restaurant scene. Will definitely be back, just maybe at a slower time. read more

They really decked out this location with nice lighting and wood-lined walls. I guess all the Pincho fans that live in the area decided to come on Sunday because the line was out the door. That's fine, because I don't mind waiting for delicious food and not having to trek it to the Gables or Bird Road to get my Toston Burger fix. It took a long time though. The wait after ordering was even longer. I usually order the toston burger and the fries with all the stuff on it. I don't know if it was the long wait or what, but it just didn't taste as awesome to me this time around. Walking into the restaurant and i was immediately taken back. Is this the Hialeah I know and love? This looks way too nice to be in the middle of Hialeah. But besides that the service and ambiance was very nice. As for the food. I tried the Egg-In Burger and the regular fries. The beef patty had a beautiful charred crust that gave that meat a nice crisp crunch. Seasoning was good. All the topping fit and was not messy at all. Great job on that part. But for some reason the bun was a little too stiff as biting through took a little more effort. It took a little more chew than I am used to. And I've had a lot of burgers in NYC. This would do well up there. But that bun...something needs to be improved on. The fries. While I love a few crispy fries here and there. The fries were too crispy/hard to my liking. Felt like eating through fried cardboard. But I can see good potential here. I definitely like where this place is going. read more

My fiance had a tostone burger which looked good but not to filling we expected a bun. The second time I had a pinchooo burger AMAZINGGGGG (lettuce,tomato,cheese,potato sticks, and pink sauce). Not impressed. Ordered 4 entrees, 2 with a specialty fry and they bring out wrong burger with wrong fry, one was a hot dog. I asked the waiter if the other fry was coming and she said yes. Since everything came out at different times. So I told her " you put random fry orders on the wrong plate? She said Yes that's how the food comes out. I thought Stupid answer since if it was my sons order, he's allergic to dairy so not a smart or responsible response. I was a waiter for 10 yrs and if you make a mistake, own up to it and apologize. Food was ok but the service sucked. I may try again but a different location. I've heard the chain has good food. Just because your in Hialeah does not mean you need to give crappy service. I was super surprised by this place. It's an upscale, communal type place with a lot of character. The inside is hip and trendy, with long wooden tables and TVs all against the wall. The TVs had plenty of selections to keep you busy mid-meal. It was a nice addition, because the place actually was so upscale, it ran the risk of being haughty and definitely out of place in Hialeah. That thankfully was not the case. They mixed upscale with the casual, and they made it just a really cool place to eat. When you order, you're waiting in a queue that wraps around, starting at the entrance. You order at a counter that faces the entrance about 10 feet away. This is understandable given that the real estate must be at a premium, and I want to make it clear that it doesn't feel cluttered. The ordering is a bit complicated. I don't understand the reviews that don't compliment the staff. The staff was VERY patient with me, even though I came off like an idiot given how confused I was with the ordering lol. The gentleman at the front was just so nice with me, he was extremely patient and made nice recommendations. The food was pretty good. The meat was seasoned nicely and was moist. I had some beef with rice and black beans. It was a very nice experience, and I was quite surprised with the fact that they served shrimp. My daughter ordered the shrimp and she was very happy with it. Given the fact that she's such a picky eater, I'm super pleased with how much she ate. She cleaned her plate, something she never does! I didn't appreciate the fact that we didn't have utensils, or salt and pepper shakers at the table. That really took away from the experience. Even though the staff brought the utensils with the food, we were short a fork, and that kinda killed it further. The staff waited on us very attentively, and they retired our finished meals promptly. I just can't say enough nice things about the staff. The food was for SURE overpriced, especially considering the Hialeah area. I think they kind of skimp on you for the money, but it's a nice place, the food is pretty good, and you're paying for the experience of sitting in a nice place. All in all, it's a great experience. I wish I could give it 5 stars because my hometown deserves and needs a 5 star place, but I just can't do it right now. Hopefully they make their prices more reasonable and provide their tables with things that are basic (salt and pepper shakers are at every restaurant guys...
