This is one of my daily go to places. Everytime I don't know what to have for lunch or dinner pincho is always an option. I really enjoy the California chicken salad or wrap. But sometimes I have to indulge and get a burger. The only thing I hate is that during high peak hours they I guess are rushed and don't clean the grill as often so the patties and toasted bread get some of the char from the grill. I hate when that happens. But other than that the fries are delicious and so are the tostones. It is a must try if you are in the area. read more

PINCHO - Pincho burger and classic fries - Burgers Near Me - Hialeah, Florida

Tried this place for the first time and it was just horrible. Ordered buffalo chicken sandwich ( barely any buffalo taste), a chicken wrap with the.black beans (Latin style) it came out on gyro wrap bread and it was cold... chicken was bland. Ordered a side of rice with it... that was also bland and plain boring. We also ordered a rice bowl with chicken and Mediterranean salad. .. once again, bland chicken and rice but the salad was about the only thing that was worth eating. Surprisingly it's expensive to eat here for a burger joint! And... your 8.99+ sandwich does NOT include any side or drink. What a rip off. Despite being unsatisfied with the food, I must say the place is clean and the restrooms as well. read more

A hidden gem within Hialeah. Beautiful decor and great customer service. Food was delicious!! Will be back.

After seeing a tostone burger here on yelp I knew I had to try it for myself and it did not disappoint. Everyone was very friendly including the cooks who could see us from the open kitchen. I have nothing bad to say about this place even though I've only eaten here once I will be going back for another tostone burger with sweet potato tots in the near future it was one of the best I've had in a long time! read more

So I read about this place in New Times, drive by all the time. I decided to stop in for an early lunch. Appointed very nicely, plenty of seats in dining area. Staff, friendly. All in a good mood. Always ask the help on first visits anywhere what to get. I ordered a quesadilla burger with bacon ranch fries. A bit pricey? Yea, but quality is there. A little messy to eat but it was good. Fries where good, nothing exceptional. Also, first time I ever saw a Pepsi smart soda machine. Used Coke version many times at other places. Overall, I was impressed. Maybe a little strange to see a place like that in Hialeah. I'll be back. Oh, the guy working the grill did a good job. I recognized him right away when I walked in. Thanks again, Jonathan. read more

They have great draft beer selections so that's 2 stars for me. The ambience is chill and staff is friendly, that's another star. The food was ok - not amazing but not bad. For me, it needed some flavor but there was no salt/pepper on the table and they do not have lime available. So I will give the food one additional star. I would come here again, may take a few tries to find that sweet spot. read more

Amazing staff! Very attentive and honest. Loved the suggestions and how they accommodated to our tastes. The Toston Burger was awesome with the Mango sauce (we asked to add it) . Mediterranean Salad was very filling, great for vegetarians (cheaper too since they don't add protein). Will definitely be back! read more

I waited about a week to write this review....which means the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich @ Pincho Factory is THAT GOOD. So, my temporary office in Hialeah (W 49th and 12 AV) is surrounded by both commercial and independent spots to eat well for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I'm not gona lie, after gorging at El Palacio De Los Jugos for two weeks (google it), I was ready for a change. I casually walked into the Pincho shop, and although there was only one couple eating, I felt immediately acknowledged by all the front of the house staff. Who promptly gave me both a sandwich, and microbrew recommendation (at a reasonable price too!), before I sat myself. The best part was when the young, charming, and always smiling Jasmin served me my Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and fries...I've been back since, and she's very consistent. Food presentation is awesome, cleanliness is fresh, Food was bangin', brew was cold and refreshing, and with all the black snapbacks, tshirts and jeans the staff rock as uniforms, you will def. feel like you've been transported to Wynwood (where the Original Pincho is still rockin'). *rubs belly* read more

My go to place when I'm in the mood for a burger ! I absolutely love the veggie burger, the steak pincho is also another favorite. Employees are always very friendly, never had bad customer service! read more

Suppose you're in the mood for something original and appetizing. In South Florida, you have numerous joints to choose from. Italian food, Peruvian food, Tai food, Chinese food, and even Mexican food. However, what if someone said you can enjoy a fresh, flavorful, and savory type of meal, made with Mediterranean seasoning, and twists of different flavors. One made a place that's awesome for dates and family lunches. The luxurious and delicious place is none other than Pincho Factory. Pincho Factory started as a family BBQ back when Nedal Ahmad was grilling up one of his infamous burgers and family pinchos when his cousin Otto Othman told him "Man, I wish we can eat like this every day. I'm so tired of eating burgers and not knowing what they're made of." Using their family's respected recipes, they decided to open their restaurant. A restaurant with excellent ambiance, food, and customer service. "It's an awesome hangout spot filled with great people and great food," says David Lopez. Their prices are very reasonable too. For instance, their burgers go for about $8-9 dollars. With their delicious French fries, bacon cheddar ranch fries, or seasoned Cajun fries, they're about $4. As a sweet and salty type of side, you can order their sweet potato fries and it comes with a side of apple dip, and it goes perfectly with them. Many locations are across South Florida, ranging from Hialeah, Coral Gables, and Pembroke Pines too. The food is second to none though. With a variety of burgers, chicken sandwiches, bowls, and their famous pinchos, it's a can't miss place to eat. Ironically, Pincho Factory is mostly famous for their amazing burgers and award-winning French fries. Back in 2011, Local 10 News named Pincho Factory's fries "Best Fries in South Florida". They also were named "Best Specialty Burger" by Burgies three years consecutively from 2011-2013. From personal experience, without any doubt, their burgers are very juicy and delicious. One of their most popular burgers is called the Tostone Burger. Instead of your usual white buns, they replace with two fried plantains and later top it with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and their homemade cilantro sauce. "Dude when I heard of it, it sounded unreal but when I tried it I fell in love with it!" frequent customer Charlie Guevara says. Other foods from their menu include their pinchos of chicken, steak, or shrimp. Their hot dogs made from 100% Kosher beef. Chicken sandwiches ranging from Original Grilled, Buffalo, Tostone Chicken and a Fritanga Chicken. Pincho Factory has proven itself to be an awesome and welcoming food site for anyone. Their outstanding ambiance, customer service, and food are one you can't get enough of. Maybe you can try it out, actually, you SHOULD. read more

I first saw this restaurant in a post on Facebook, in the picture they have some tostones that looked really good so I had high hopes coming to this place. The restaurant is located on a shopping center in Hialeah right across Gus machado so you can't miss it. Upon arrival, the place looked really clean and the staff friendly, we talked to the cashier about being our first time here and she suggested a couple items, I ordered the Chimichurri Steak bowl and a Shrimp pincho, once you place your order and pay, they give you a number and bring the food to your table. The restaurant is cozy so you can definitely go there to have a peaceful talk with someone, after 10 minutes the food arrived and it looked amazing, but after getting the first bite I noticed that it even tasted better than it looked. I'm picky when it comes to steaks but god the cook knows how to get it on point! Definitely give it a try, this is a must go place in Hialeah, I will come back for sure. Next time I'm going for the Toston Burger!!! read more

Went to grab some lunch as part of a team event and was surprisingly floored by this place. A New Yorker in Miami just found his must to go restaurants whenever I am down here. Had the rice bowl with steak and chipotle sauce and it was to die for. The rice was so good I couldn't stop eating and the steak was tender and succulent. The entire place was well decorated and chic. A number of us from New York got the bowls with protein and the plantain burger and every item on the menu was delicious. Definitely going back here read more

To begin with, this is my favorite spot. Big ups to Nedal Ahmad the genius that made this fast casual dining place a success. I've had the toston burger with the sweet tots and that is a must have. You can go to any Pincho Factory and they all maintain that high quality you expect. The Fast Casual industry is growing and Pincho Factory is leading the way in my opinion. Their beer selection is perfect and they also have local brews. Last burger I tried was the quesadilla burger (burger of the month for May) and that was the best burger I've ever had. Go grab yourself a burger and enjoy the atmosphere. Price wise they are good. The burgers are extravagant and that's what you pay for. read more

Drove all the way to Hialeah to try this place since I've been wanting to try the toston burger. I ordered it with fries and a beer $19.00, which is a bit pricey and not worth it. The tostones did not taste like plantains but like just something super fried. No flavor. The fries were not my favorite. I would try it again but would order the regular burgers which looked good, or the kebabs. I feel like I just ate 3 lbs of fried starch...... not satisfied. read more

As a Hialeah local I decided to stop by tonight for the first time. I had seen the hype on Facebook for weeks and decided to give it a shot. Me and my brother got the egg in burger and a steak pincho. Truthfully it was absolutely delicious. The burger was on a croissant bun which gave it a fun kick and the meat was /seasoned to perfection. I also thought the steak on the pincho was seasoned very well and the meat was fresh and tender. My first of many visits. Will recommend to all my friends. Also loved the interior design had a nice hipster vibe to it. Almost makes you feel like you aren't en Hialeah en la esquina de la cuarenta y nueve y la doce. Lol. read more

Went to this place yesterday. They were swamped with business. My order took forever, but they were very nice. I even overheard the manager on the phone trying to resolve an issue with a customer and at least from my end, it sounded like she was doing her best to resolve the issue. She was obviously concerned about her ratings for the night because she commented it to some co-workers. I see that as a business that cares. I wish I could give them five stars, but the reality is, the food took longer than expected. The food was very good. I had the steak Pincho's and my wife had a burger. Both were excellent. read more
