Awesome service. Great food. Thank you Ashley! Right now it's take out only. Orders are always correct and food warm when picked up.

Awesome! Best vegan burger I have ever had!!! Ask for no cheese, no pink sauce and not to butter the bun. Worth the drive, this place is amazing. Don't forget the apple butter for the sweet potato fries! YUMMY!! read more

I've always love pincho factory & I have to give it to the one in Hialeah. A M A Z I N G service, which is never expected in this part of Miami. From cashiers to the bussers, heck even kitchen staff that I talked to. We had the Toston Vaca Frita with cheese and cranberry mojo which was a great add from the vaca frita & goat they had in the summer. And the Perfecto Burger with an egg, to me one the best burgers & bacon cheddar ranch fries. It definitely was an unexpectedly great experience at this location. read more

So yummy, all the burgers have so much flavor in them, very fresh ingredients! Their fries are really good too.

Every one of my companions dependably said attempt Pincho Factory, you'll cherish it. Thus I did... also, I adore each piece about it! When you stroll into the eatery you can notice the decency of pincho coming straight from the kitchen! I was additionally truly awed with the stylistic theme, and plan inside... it certainly doesn't feel like Hialeah. Be that as it may, you comprehend what they say in regards to Hialeah... The City of Progress, and with another Pincho Factory area here they're unquestionably putting forth a solid defense! The staff here is staggeringly decent, and helped with any inquiries I had for requesting, proposals, and all that well done. For my first outing to Pincho Factory I requested the famous Toston Burger, which practically is a burger sandwiched with two tostones rather than bread! Astounding! You additionally have the choice of including bacon, or egg to the burger also. I chose to attempt it with bacon and it was paradise! A fast note is they do include a considerable amount of salt and pepper on the tostones so in case you're attempting to watch your salt admission, it may not be the best decision to run with. Generally however the sustenance here is premium quality, heavenly, and the administration is remarkable. I may need to get the Toston Burger again when I return, or perhaps attempt the fritanga burger... choices, choices! Parcel of incredible choices accessible here at the Pincho Factory! I'll unquestionably be back soon! read more

First time going in person food was great and hot when I got it they did forgot an order of fries but when I brought it to their attention they quickly gave me my missing item, staff was friendly and attentive will go again only wish the chicken in the chicken sandwich was a bit bigger but taste was really good read more

Five stars doesn't do this place justice! The food is made-to-order and just plain AMAZING (there is nothing in the world like a Pincho Burger and the Cajun fries are to DIE FOR)!!! But equally as important, the service was IMPECCABLE! We had a large party and the staff was totally accommodating to our group: patient while we ordered, explained the menu to the newcomers and SUPER friendly! The entire team had a great vibe, but I have to give a special shout out to the manager (Roger) and our servers (Brian and Lori)... just because they were friggin awesome! read more

This place is great! Wether eat in or takeout (via UberEATS), I've never had a meal that wasn't delicious. The only reason I give it 4 stars is due to the prices. Nearly $19 for the chalkboard special (burger), Cajun fries and a fountain drink! read more

Pincho Factory is not only local but extremely delicious! I got the bacon and blue burger and it was so juicy and perfectly cooked. The juice would literally drip off the burger and it was not overwhelmingly full of blue cheese. I also got the bacon cheddar ranch fries and wow sooooo good. My friends tried different plates and were also satisfied as well! Will definitely come back read more

I eat here almost every three days since pretty Much the day they opened. That's all I have to say. Ive had a few burgers since then in other establishments and I always catch myself saying "I would have rather had pincho." Their service is also A1 for being in hialeah and their manager super friendly as well. read more

Great place to eat. The staff were very helpful and the food was delicious. Their burgers are one of a kind.

Our 2nd time at Pincho Factory in Hialeah....I love that it's located where Koky's used to be...it's one of our favorite places. The burgers are always fresh and DELISH...we always try a new thing when we come and the Pincho Burger is out of this world...But our favorite thing here is the staff....Alfred and Jackie and the rest of the crew are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, pleasant and the service they provide is like no other....definitely a place to come back to time and time again...next menu item on my list is the toston burger which another patron was having and she said it was delicioso...you gotta try them out, you wont be disappointed. read more

OMG!!! The most delicious burgers in town! I always get the chicken tostón burger and it's to die for!! My mom gets one of their bowls which is very filling and good too! Their sweet potato fries are a must! read more

Honestly, everything I've tried from pincho I absolutely love!! The classic chicken is my favorite. Especially when it's a little toasty. I like my burgers and steak very well done so I make sure to let them know, as I've gotten it a little bit rare before. But if you let them know they happily fix your order and replace it with a new one. I love that a lot of young people work there and they're always so friendly. One of my favorite things also is that you can pickup, and the price. Now a days going to McDonald's is such a waste of money. At pincho for about 12$ you get a burger fries and drink and it's so much more filling and yummier! read more

Oh lawd! The sweet potato tots with apple butter! Pincho Factory is my favorite! Looks like I will be here frequently now that there is one in HIALEAH!!! read more

Very good location. Along the price range of a Burger Fi or shake shack. The service is what you come to expect from this type of location. Local stands out with the beer selection from the partnership with Wynwood to MIA. The food is very good I had a toston burger (not to eat like burger way to messy) and I tried the Fritanga burger. read more

Visited on a Saturday afternoon with family and had an excellent experience. Most of us ordered the toston burger with queso frito and it was the best burger I've had. Everything was cooked to perfection and the food came out in a timely fashion. We also ordered the cheddar, bacon ranch fries which were delicious. The order of fries was a great size for two people to share, especially after getting full from your burger. Every staff member we came across was very friendly and attentive. I was very impressed. Overall, an excellent dining experience and will definitely be coming back soon! read more

Love pincho factory and this location didn't disappoint.. The manager I think his name was Robert was very helpful and with a great attitude. He made sure everyone was happy and paid attention to detail. The employees all looked happy to work there which says a lot about a place. Will be back soon. Thank you! read more

Priceless experience! This is a completely honest review and an example of how someone can change your view on something. When hubby and I first got there we actually said we are not coming here again it was sort of pricey for our budget right now but The employees completely changed our view on this! We will def be back no matter the price. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We went with our 2 year old 6 year old and new born so we had our hands full but they made sure we were as comfortable and the kids were happy; happy kids happy parents ! They even gave us a complementary ice cream and a special thank to Robert !! Thank you pincho factory awesome experience !! read more

Manager Saheed! He's the man... Me and the wife love the food here but today was offset a little. I wasn't going to mention it but Saheed came from nowhere and asked us how we were doing and so I expressed myself. He made us feel great with his excellent customer service abilities! Thank you Saheed for turning our 4star experience into a 5star. read more

We haven't dined at Pichos in some time now so we decided to have a Saturday dinner there, from the moment we walked in, we notice management had changed. While in line there was an argument in the kitchen between the cook who appeared to be the new manager and one of the servers, not a great look. We noticed the menu had changed as well as prices. We ordered a burger , fries and a steak bowl with "extra steak". The burger was ok the fries not so much. The soda machine was not restock correctly apparently the flavors (vitamin water did not taste like it and sprite tasted weird) biggest disappointed wAs the steak bowl with extra "steak" after paying 11.99 plus 7.99 for extra steak. What we received was really mediocre.. compared to the prior times before.... this was very shocking... sad that such a great place looks like is going the wrong direction it was not even a busy night for them... read more

Came back after a few months definitely a 5 star. The cashiers, servers and everyone was just amazing. Burgers fresh and I love the variety

Best tasting burgers! Great service! A bit pricey, spent $50 on takeout for 4 people but well worth it. Love the pink sauce!

Eat anything but the chicken! It's the 3rd and last time I order chicken from here. The need to train their staff. It's always rubbery and not cooked well. read more

A deliciously establish eatery has open its door in the City of Hialeah! It's been around for a bit & now close to home! It has transformed an old neighborhood location to a new vibrating scene! Decor is on point & super clean! Now to the most important taste! Hubby went with the Bacon N Blue Burger! As he picked it up immediately we knew he was in for a treat! It's juicy mouthwatering first bite brought on a happy Yum moan! You know it's good when your figures start needing a napkin! Sitting across from him watching his delight was made much easier cause of my amazing choice of going with Veggie Burger! Gotta say this was my first veggie burger ever & I was concern I would not like it. Well I did not like it at all. I fell in love with it! It's component is made up of black beans & sweet potato which are 2 of my favorite things! Texture reminded me of a comforting smooth "Pure" my mom made me when I was a kid straining homemade black beans until it's pulp was creamy delicious! Then add on the amazing flavor of sweet potato into the mixture & I'm sure other spices & manage to have a subtle crust around edges maintaining a creamy body wrapped in lettuce! Each bite was better then last one! Great concept when in need of a lite bite & filling. We accompanied our burgers with a side order of the sweet potato tots! These too had a great flavor to them! Welcome to Hialeah Folks! Looking forward to a long relationship! read more
