We have eaten here before and a while back and my experience was good. We ordered dinner this evening. My wife and son ordered burgers... OMG phenomenal!!!! Then, I get to my Lomo Saltado Bowl with chicken, and it was not as advertised. I think I got a 1/4 of a chicken breast, fries and sautéed onions. The sauté sauce was missing and the other sauces were include in individual containers. The flavor made up for the lack luster presentation, because presentation was not included in this meal. Next time I'm going for a burger, specifically the Pipo Burger! FIRE!!! TTFN read more

I had the Spicy Vaca Frita Sandwich and honestly? I'm dying to go back to have it again! They place vaca frita on a bun with the regular toppings lettuce, tomato and red onion. With an avocado onion Strings and spicy mayo sauce on top! I also ordered their Cajun fries bc you can't have a sandwich without fries. BEST! Decision I've made all week! Highly recommend pincho factory read more

By far the BEST burger I've ever had. I always order the pincho burger with the Cajun fries and the quality and taste is always consistent. The staff here works very fast and you never wait more than a few minutes when dining in, even if it's packed. Online orders are very quick and ready before you get there. I love this place. The only reason I give it 4 stars is for lack of variety. I wish the menu would have more types of burgers. Other than that, this is my new go to burger place. read more

Pincho!! Thank you x a million for coming to Hialeah. We needed you. We are so lucky to have an establishment like this in the heart of la 49. Customer Service= 5 stars. Decor= 5 stars. Food quality=5 stars (x2!). This place knocked it out of the ball park for me in regards to those top 3 musts mentioned above. Customer service= That moment when you are looking at the menu dazed and confused because it's your first time and an employee notices that and immediately says.."is it your first time here? Let me explain what we have and what our top sellers are" phew the relief. This young woman with blond hair (forgot her name) was so pleasant. She recommended a great meal and she seemed passionate about the business. She gave us a little history and she was genuine about her love for every dish they serve. That speaks volumes about the company and how well they treat their employees. Decor= You guys hit the nail on the head. Simple but bold! That is the perfect description for this restaurant. The Casuelas hung up on the wall (pictured below) cracked me up. Casuelas on 49th street are essential for when the Miami Heat win. Which is why they have the 'Por Si Acaso' written on the wall with the hashtag #heat. No puedo! LOL Food= Although I do not eat meat...what I loved about this place they are selective with the food they give to their clients. I copied this from their menu "CERTIFIED HUMANELY RAISED AND HANDLED FROM A SELECT 250 US FAMILY FARMS, ALWAYS FRESH, ALL NATURAL, ANTIBIOTIC AND HORMONE FREE." This tells me that quality is their top priority. With that being said, I had the tostone veggie burger. The veggie burger is comprised of black beans and sweet potato. The crispy, perfectly fried tostone elevated the dish to a whole other level. Hands down one of the best Veggie Burgers I have had! I also ordered the Shrimp Mediterranean Salad. That shrimp was succulent and seasoned beautifully. They used mixed greens which is a refreshing alternative from romaine lettuce (rolls eyes). The lemon pepper dressing made the salad that much better. Please order the sweet potato tots and pay the extra .75 cents for the apple butter. It will knock your socks off. It goes without saying that the food/customer service here definitely leaves a positive impact on you. I cannot wait to come back. read more

Loved this place, such a different restaurant in the middle of Hialeah. Modern and with veggie options!!! The staff was friendly and attentive, they didn't mind checking to see the ingredients list to see what was vegan. I had the Tostones Veggie Burger (which is vegan) just ask for no cheese. It came with lettuce and tomato, I also ordered the Sweet Potato Tots with the Apple Butter (also vegan). They have tons of sauces to choose from, either from the menu, or next to the soda machine. I love it when places have a variety of hot sauce. The soda machine is also very cool, it's Pepsi's version of the coke variety soda machine, only it is a lot smaller. My friends ordered the Regular veggie burger which comes with a bread bun, pink sauce (mayo/ketchup combo) topped with tomatoes, onions and potato sticks. And the other one ordered the California Pita Wrap, which comes with lettuce, tomatoes, mandarin oranges, dried cranberries, gorgonzola cheese and mango sauce. They both loved their choices. We also tried the regular fries and the Cajun fries, which are topped with grilled onions, Cajun seasoning, and the pink sauce, we asked for the sauce on the side so I could have the fries too. I really liked this place, next time I'll try the salads. read more

Ordered from here today for the first time ever. Let me start of by saying I was so thoroughly impressed by the quality, taste and freshness! I decided to order something more simple just because it was being delivered to my place of work via uber eats so I was scared to order anything "crazy" because I thought it might come soggy or whatever. The burger arrived in perfect condition, not soggy, it arrived fresh just as it would have if I was dining in. I ordered the pincho burger with bacon and then Cajun fries. Absolutely delicious! My new favorite spot! read more

If you're looking for a tasty burger, then look no further! Pincho Factory has a great menu. I ordered the Toston Burger and a side of cajun fries. All for less than $20. The burger had a delicious cilantro sauce that gave the plantain a lot of flavor. The fries were also tasty with a nice seasoning and onions. Definitely check this spot out! read more

I love they season both the chicken and steak pincho's. The steak is nice and tender. And the chicken is flavorful.

I honestly don't know what took me so long to try Pincho Factory. I have followed their Instagram account for such a long time and drool over every picture of a burger they post. Finally went with the bf and totally pigged out (it was awesome). We had their Toston Burger, Sweet Potato Tots (MUST GET WITH APPLE BUTTER), and Fritanga Burger. Everything was a 10/10. I think I dreamt of those sweet potato tots for a few days after. Being the super anything-cheese addict I am, the Fritanga Burger hit every cheese-loving cell in my body. So good! Aside from the bomb (good bomb) food, I really appreciated the organized and clean feel of the place. The staff was also extremely helpful and friendly. One of the guys who was cleaning the tables was nice enough to bring us all their sauces so we could try them. Double thumbs up for this place! read more

As usual looking to try something new and almost made the mistake of going to the Latin Cafe place across the street but thankfully spotted Pincho Factory! Food was great but what I loved the most was their Sauces!!!! They have mango, cilantro, chipotle, pink and guava...yes GUAVA. It was my favorite. Had a chicken poncho and their signature toston burger which looked small at first. It it was filling. The chicken pincho/skewer was great. Seasoned well but the sauces make them great. I like that they have a variety of choices of food here. I almost ordered a salad bowl and their options of how to dress it all seemed awesome. They can do it California style with Gorgonzola cheese, dried cranberries and some their ingredients. Will have to try that next. I see they have a location north in my area which I will follow up and try there. The interior decor is trendy to the times which makes it feel upscale. Looking forward to becoming a regular when I'm on the road. read more

Awesome friendly service for a fast food restaurant and very clean. I got the fritanga burger topped with fried white cheese and a chicken pincho with side of cilantro sauce (the chicken is flavorful on its own but I love cilantro soo) The fritanga burger was good but kinda bland so I had to use their hot sauce bar to liven it up Next time I'll try the tostones burger. It looks amazing My friend got the chicken pincho pita with jalapeños It was very good. I just wish they were closer to the beach.. The traffic getting to and from there was a NIGHTMARE read more

The service was lacking but it's improved over time and the food is delicious and if there is any issue the resolve it for you

My crew and I were in Hialeah for an event and decided check out Pincho Factory after. Must say this was a very good decision! Everyone either ordered the pincho burger, veggie burger, or to stone burger. We were all satisfied! Everything was tasty and huge portions. Really appreciated they made sure to tell you their vegetarian burger had cheese in case you wanted to make it began or avoid lactose. Only thing I would suggest is with the tostone burger it is a bit difficult to eat as a "burger" and you'll probably need utensils to finish it. Some of us also ordered sweet potato tots, fries, and the Cajun fries. All were delicious! I did have trouble finishing my side with the already huge burger. Come hungry guys!! The staff were all incredible nice and helpful! Richard brought out some desserts for us to taste-- they started offering ice cream sandwiches at this location! Man those sandwiches were bomb! We tried dulce de leche and mamey. The ice cream tastes just like those true flavors and the sandwich part was this wonderful light sponge cookie. def recommend if you have any extra room after the burger haha. Come check these guys out! Won't be disappointed. read more

I do not understand why people come here. The food it's very pricey for the quality and on top of that the ton of grease in every meal. After owners comments o just might give it another try. And might end up with a different opinion of the place. read more

Poor quality of food and taste. This place is more like a fast-food. The salad dressing is over seasoned, the burgers greasy, you can taste the grease. The beers does not have the correct temperature and is over priced for the quality of the food and the place, that also need a remodeling. Smells like a huge frier, must be the hood system and the exhaust fans that need repairs. Will never go back to this place. read more

Great place for a burger and a brew. My fiancée and I have gone several times to this location and to date they haven't disappointed. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. There is usually a promotional burger on sale and the cashier will usually be honest about whether or not it is good. They also will be very honest about their taste in beers there. My fiancée LOVES the fritanga burger. It comes with a pretty big patty and a big fat queso frito (fried cheese) on top, them topped with that crema that you usually find at a fritanga with a cabbage slaw... It is great. My go to is the tostone burger. It's your typical burger but instead of bread as your buns, they put two crispy tostones (fried plantains). It stays together pretty good and the tostones really compliment the patty. Sometimes, when I'm feeling crazy I ask for them to throw a piece of the queso frito into the tostone burger. Their pinchos (kabob) are great too. The steak/chicken is always seasoned very well and it's always a good size portion. Their promotional burgers are always, interesting, t say the least. They once had a pastelito de guayaba burger which was a normal burger sandwiched by two pastelitos de guayaba. I love guayaba, burgers and pastelitos de guayaba... But this was a bit too much. I'm not a fan of their sides too much. Their french fries and tater tots are not fresh and have that freezer burn taste at times. Luckily, they serve that delicious pink sauce for me to drown them in. Overall, it's a good restaurant with quality meat and creative ideas. Looking forward to going back! read more
