By far the BEST burger I've ever had. I always order the pincho burger with the Cajun fries and the quality and taste is always consistent. The staff here works very fast and you never wait more than a few minutes when dining in, even if it's packed. Online orders are very quick and ready before you get there. I love this place. Customer service= That moment when you are looking at the menu dazed and confused because it's your first time and an employee notices that and immediately says.."is it your first time here? Let me explain what we have and what our top sellers are" phew the relief. This young woman with blond hair (forgot her name) was so pleasant. She recommended a great meal and she seemed passionate about the business. She gave us a little history and she was genuine about her love for every dish they serve. That speaks volumes about the company and how well they treat their employees. Decor= You guys hit the nail on the head. Simple but bold! That is the perfect description for this restaurant. The Casuelas hung up on the wall (pictured below) cracked me up. Casuelas on 49th street are essential for when the Miami Heat win. Which is why they have the 'Por Si Acaso' written on the wall with the hashtag #heat. No puedo! LOL Food= Although I do not eat meat...what I loved about this place they are selective with the food they give to their clients. I copied this from their menu "CERTIFIED HUMANELY RAISED AND HANDLED FROM A SELECT 250 US FAMILY FARMS, ALWAYS FRESH, ALL NATURAL, ANTIBIOTIC AND HORMONE FREE." This tells me that quality is their top priority. With that being said, I had the tostone veggie burger. The veggie burger is comprised of black beans and sweet potato. The crispy, perfectly fried tostone elevated the dish to a whole other level. Hands down one of the best Veggie Burgers I have had! I also ordered the Shrimp Mediterranean Salad. That shrimp was succulent and seasoned beautifully. They used mixed greens which is a refreshing alternative from romaine lettuce (rolls eyes). The lemon pepper dressing made the salad that much better. Please order the sweet potato tots and pay the extra .75 cents for the apple butter. It will knock your socks off. The staff was friendly and attentive, they didn't mind checking to see the ingredients list to see what was vegan. I had the Tostones Veggie Burger (which is vegan) just ask for no cheese. It came with lettuce and tomato, I also ordered the Sweet Potato Tots with the Apple Butter (also vegan). They have tons of sauces to choose from, either from the menu, or next to the soda machine. I love it when places have a variety of hot sauce. The soda machine is also very cool, it's Pepsi's version of the coke variety soda machine, only it is a lot smaller. My friends ordered the Regular veggie burger which comes with a bread bun, pink sauce (mayo/ketchup combo) topped with tomatoes, onions and potato sticks. And the other one ordered the California Pita Wrap, which comes with lettuce, tomatoes, mandarin oranges, dried cranberries, gorgonzola cheese and mango sauce. They both loved their choices. We also tried the regular fries and the Cajun fries, which are topped with grilled onions, Cajun seasoning, and the pink sauce, we asked for the sauce on the side so I could have the fries too. As usual looking to try something new and almost made the mistake of going to the Latin Cafe place across the street but thankfully spotted Pincho Factory! Food was great but what I loved the most was their Sauces!!!! They have mango, cilantro, chipotle, pink and guava...yes GUAVA. It was my favorite. Had a chicken poncho and their signature toston burger which looked small at first. It it was filling. The chicken pincho/skewer was great. Seasoned well but the sauces make them great. I like that they have a variety of choices of food here. I almost ordered a salad bowl and their options of how to dress it all seemed awesome. I honestly don't know what took me so long to try Pincho Factory. I have followed their Instagram account for such a long time and drool over every picture of a burger they post. I think I dreamt of those sweet potato tots for a few days after. Being the super anything-cheese addict I am, the Fritanga Burger hit every cheese-loving cell in my body. So good! My crew and I were in Hialeah for an event and decided check out Pincho Factory after. Must say this was a very good decision! Everyone either ordered the pincho burger, veggie burger, or to stone burger. We were all satisfied! Everything was tasty and huge portions. Really appreciated they made sure to tell you their vegetarian burger had cheese in case you wanted to make it began or avoid lactose. Only thing I would suggest is with the tostone burger it is a bit difficult to eat as a "burger" and you'll probably need utensils to finish it. Some of us also ordered sweet potato tots, fries, and the Cajun fries. All were delicious! I did have trouble finishing my side with the already huge burger. Come hungry guys!! The staff were all incredible nice and helpful! Richard brought out some desserts for us to taste-- they started offering ice cream sandwiches at this location! Man those sandwiches were bomb! Great place for a burger and a brew. My fiancée and I have gone several times to this location and to date they haven't disappointed. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. There is usually a promotional burger on sale and the cashier will usually be honest about whether or not it is good. They also will be very honest about their taste in beers there. My fiancée LOVES the fritanga burger. It comes with a pretty big patty and a big fat queso frito (fried cheese) on top, them topped with that crema that you usually find at a fritanga with a cabbage slaw... It is great. My go to is the tostone burger. It's your typical burger but instead of bread as your buns, they put two crispy tostones (fried plantains). It stays together pretty good and the tostones really compliment the patty. Sometimes, when I'm feeling crazy I ask for them to throw a piece of the queso frito into the tostone burger. Their pinchos (kabob) are great too. The steak/chicken is always seasoned very well and it's always a good size portion. Their promotional burgers are always, interesting, t say the least. They once had a pastelito de guayaba burger which was a normal burger sandwiched by two pastelitos de guayaba. I love guayaba, burgers and pastelitos de guayaba... But this was a bit too much. I'm not a fan of their sides too much. Their french fries and tater tots are not fresh and have that freezer burn taste at times.
