Their delivery was through door dash and was very quickly - but I needed to have a $15 minimum so was forced to buy a soda I didn't want or drink to make it to $15 pre tax. 1 of my close friends had heard of this place and was eager to try them out. When I thought of the word Pincho I thought of a skewer.. But this place had a lot more to offer than that. It was an overload of delishness with some of their food. When you combine a tostone ( fried plantain) and make it into a burger, then you have something great coming your way. It was a group of 4 of us and the heavy favorite was the Toston Burger. Think of a regular burger but instead of buns, you had a nice sized fried plantain to be the top and bottom of your burger. For starters, their meat is pretty lean and full of flavor so I definitely loved that.. and when you add condiments, some veggies and a fried egg you have yourself a killer meal. Yes it's Carbs and Fried stuff galore, but you don't regret it after allowing your taste buds to experience it. Place was not too small and not that big either. Logo is pretty cool and the modern aspect of it gives it an appealing touch. Expect to spend anywhere between $30-40 for 2 people. Why ? Well everything is separate so I didn't like that. Your entree, then fries and then a drink.. considering that sweet potatoe tater tots aren't very known, the price of $4 and some change is a bit hefty and comes with the fact that they aren't everywhere. Getting to the location I'm glad I choose to take 122 ave to get there. The entrance from 103 can be blocked by people trying to make a right to 103. It wasn't that hard to find a parking spot but to move around it felt at times like u were on an obstacle zone. The food was consistent with the other franchises I'm been to. This location seemed more lively and active and had more of crowd that came in for their food and left. The seating area towards the front was a little crowded together. I was lucky in that there was no line when I arrived so I only had to wait ten minutes. It's a fast-casual kind-of-place where you order, they give you a number, and then they call it out for you later. I got many items to go and the Pinchos and seasoned fries were definitely the best of the lot. On the other hand, the burger was cooked until it was the consistency of a charcoal briquette. Not too shabby. The rice bowl was good but it felt lacking in some way. There was SO much rice but not enough of everything else. The ratio wasn't well proportioned and I ended up leaving rice because there was so much. The sweet potato tater tots were awesome and the apple butter with them tastes like Thanksgiving! My boyfriend got a burger (can't remember which) that he liked but it was made well done. They never asked how he wanted it so we weren't too disappointed since we didn't have a set expectation. I wish they would ask how you like it done though so they can meet everyone's preference. Customer service was good and the place was clean and organized. Overall not a bad experience. One of my favorite local places to go is Pincho Factory. Love the versatility of this place, you have choices. If you want to pig out and get a burger you can or get something a little healthier you have options. Its not just your typical burger spot. The Hialeah location is great. The restaurant is always clean and the service is always good. However there is a disclaimer. This place is quite pricey a burger, fries, rice bowl and one beer ran me almost 30 dollars!! For me and my daughter. But once you take a bite of the food you kinda forget about the price. I mostly go here for the burgers since shake shack is too far Pincho Factory is definitely the runner up and honestly the cajun fries are the best fries ive ever had. And they have a couple of beers on draft. My daughter likes the chicken rice bowl with rice and black beans and veggies. The chicken is moist and the beans are actually pretty good not bland. Great place to go with the family for a meal or just indulge in a great burger. I recommend pf and will definitely be back soon read more

Wow I didn't know what all the hype was for Pincho Factory but I get it. This place is great and the customer service, I can't begin to express how good it was. The guy who took my order Edgar was quick to point out the happy hour and his favorite thing on the menu. I went with his recommendation and ordered the Tostones Burger and a 305 golden ale with a side of fries. I love the fact that they have a lot of local Brewers on tap at this place. It really gives off that Miami vibe. It wasn't too busy when I visited so they were very tentative to the satisfaction of my experience. The tostones Burger was delicious, 8 out of 10. My only issue with the burger is that I didn't know how to eat it and when I grabbed it with my hands it was pretty messy. I needed a few napkins to clean off my hands. This would definitely not be a burger to order if you're on a date or trying to impress someone. The beer was delicious and the fries were cooked to Perfection. I can't stress enough how great the service was here and the food was on point. The decor for the restaurant is right out of a Chipotle but it works. I haven't been able to try this restaurant because I live pretty far from Hialeah but when I am in the area I will definitely make it a point to come back here. I really want to try the other things they have on the menu but I felt it would be too much food and a lot will go to waste. So next time I'll come back with some friends and have a tasting. PS if the restaurant is reading this, you really have a great employee in Edgar your cashier. I have not seen this location open up for in door dining, but we've been ordering takeout for sure during the pandemic. You can order online or have it delivered. They have specials that are available for a limited-time only such as the vaca frita Philly cheesesteaks . We didn't have time to actually make our first trip a dine-in experience so we called our order instead. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich, their blue cheese burger and sweet potato tots. It all came up to $21 and some change. My husband and I preferred the blue cheese burger over the buffalo chicken sandwich. The burger was a better grade/quality of meat than regular fast food chain burgers, it came on a nice soft artisanal pretzel like bun and was topped with carmalized onions, very nice meaty slices of bacon, chunks of blue cheese crumble and I want to say a garlic sauce (not sure). The meat was tender and moist and not overly cooked. The buffalo chicken sandwich was garnished in carmalized onions, hearty slices of bacon, a orange sauce and had a thick coating of some kind of garlic spread that over powered the buffalo sauce which even though it could be visibly be seen we could not actually taste it. It was a hefty portion of chicken breast that was tender/juicy and served on a similar bun. The sweet potato tots came with a side of apple sauce like dip/spread. But the tots without the sauce was sweet enough already. The tots were soft and not hard and our little one enjoyed. Will try again in the future and select something different from the menu and/or visit a different location, also. Tip: You have to call for pricing. I've eaten here dozens of times. The people are nice and food is good. BUT. Their app sucks. I literally haven't gone back in months because of it. About a year or two ago, it auto added 15-20% tip with no option to modify the tip (I like tipping in cash)...well, that got resolved after a few months. Recently a few months ago I saw I had rewards and decided to make an order the next day. When I log in, I have no rewards. So I make a complaint on the app. The customer service was atrocious, they said it was an error but didn't say sorry about that they instead said yeah it was a mistake you don't have anything. The minimum is a sorry for YOUR mistake. I had to ask for one. They took days to get back to me before doing so and only after I said I'd contact the BBB, then I asked for management and never got a reply. Maybe it's pride. Maybe it's ego. I genuinely used to love eating pincho but I won't go where I'm disrespected, particularly since I usually ordered pickup or delivery and I mainly would deal with the app. If they change the app maybe I'll go back, until then my money and my family, friends etc. (all who suggest pincho) will not be eating there. Service is not good. Received wrong order now twice from this location. On line menu is not current. They blame the Door Dash and Uber Eats for their business mistakes for not having an updated menu. If they get the order correct than the food is good but it's not worth the money to deal with incompetence from this company when they mess up. Too much of a headache instead of enjoying a good meal. I'm not sure why I have to tell a business that they are messing up on basic stuff like an online menu. I think I've found Miami's best burger: great gastro-pub feel, prices that aren't overwhelming (I think all burgers, beef or chicken, were under the $10 mark), doesn't have the "chain restaurant" vibe, even though it's growing. First time at this location (previously went to the one in Pinecrest). I didn't love the food I got the first time around but I was determined to give this place another shot. I found this location on the way to pick up my grandma for lunch and figured this was the perfect opportunity. Parking was empty so we had no problem finding a spot. Once inside you can tell the restaurant is pretty new. I love the simple decor and cleaniness of it. I also love the concept, however the excecution just isn't there. I ordered a chicken pincho with a side of cajun fries (pink sauce on the side). My boyfriend ordered the tostone burger and my grandma ordered the steak pincho with a side of tostones. My chicken pincho was very bland. Oddly enough when they brought out my order the chicken was orange, as if it was seasoned with buffalo sauce. It clearly isn't seasoned with much of anything. I tried dipping the chicken in the chipotle sauce but that was even worse. The fries tasted funny, almost stale. Or maybe it was the onions. Either way I couldn't eat them. My boyfriend really enjoyed his burger. I will say the tostones were delicious, especially when dipped in the cilantro sauce. I really wanted to love you Pincho Factory, but twice I have been dissapointed. I would like to add that after my first review of the Pinecrest location the manager reached out to send me a gift card so that I can try their restaurant again. Ordered here on a Saturday night for take-out. You can dine in, order take out, or delivery. It is counter service, with a full sit down area. I ordered a plain cheeseburger to share with my minime, and hubs ordered the Mediterranean Steak Pita. The burger was grilled perfectly and the bun was soft. Minime really liked the burger. Hubs really likes the steak pita-but felt it was lacking in Feta Cheese and the Tzatziki sauce-this is why I am giving it 3 Stars, otherwise the food was really good. The pita was huge. Finally made my way to Pincho Factory in Hialeah. If you're not familiar with PF you may drive by without so much as a second look. Located in a cramped strip mall on West 49th Street (don't call it 103rd) PF set up shop in what was once Koky's. I can't begin to thank you guys for opening a location in Hialeah! I stopped in for dinner after a long day at work and was not in the mood for conversation. The guy at the register (I think his name was Tony) could tell I was not having a good day and made it a point to lighten the mood. I soon found myself smiling! Who says customer service is dead?! I was going to order the Toston Burger but decided to try one of their salads this time around. I opted for the California style salad with steak and a side of tostones and it was so yummy! I loved everything about the California style. The pieces of fruit, the Gorgonzola, slivered almonds, and the greens were fresh. I was pleasantly surprised by how well they seasoned their steak and even more surprised that they didn't overcook it. Score! The side of tostones (four in a serving) were flaky and not greasy. The waitress was polite and made sure I had everything I needed before walking away. Parking can be a bit of pain because the shopping center is small and overcrowded.
