The difference between my prior memberships and Lucas is the accountability factor and the added bonus of having a registered dietitian helping from a nutrition standpoint. No one at 24 Hour Fitness is holding you accountable to show up everyday, and no one at Orangetheory is delivering a workout that is tailored to your specific goals.
