Zach is easily one of the best trainers I've ever worked with. He actually listens. You tell him your goals (whether you want to lose 30 lbs, pack on muscle, get off blood pressure meds, or just move without pain), and he builds everything around YOU. No cookie-cutter programs here. His knowledge is ridiculous: strength training, Olympic lifting, powerlifting, mobility work, stretching, nutrition, meal planning... the guy is a walking encyclopedia with years of real experience and certifications to back it up. The gym itself is spotless, never overcrowded, and has such a welcoming vibe. Everyone who trains here is friendly and supportive; it feels like a community, not a meat market. I've been training with Carlos at Everybit fit for a few months now. I was looking for a place where I could continue to work on my fitness that was also safe during what are unusual times. They have implemented sensible policies to help keep customers and staff safe including masks, sanitization, and distancing. Word to the wise... never taunt your trainer and tell them they're routine isn't difficult enough. You won't walk the next day, I promise... or the day after that, and quite possibly the day after that. The gym is small but practical; not a lot of intimidating or clunky typical gym equipment, but still enough to ensure that you'll get a great workout. The trainers here are incredibly knowledgeable and their techniques are not what you'd find at a typical gym. The trainers know how to make you break a sweat, work out muscles you may have even forgotten about, and get the results you want -- while still making it fun! I really enjoy one-on-one training in a small environment to get me to where I want to be. It's even better when your trainer is fun and motivated (and makes you laugh while you workout -- bonus ab workout, lol). I highly recommend booking a session (or a few)! I have been training at Everybitfit with Zach for ten months now and have lost 22 pounds and counting! I want to give a personal shout out of deep appreciation to this amazing fitness studio whose trainers have made me stronger, healthier and overall happier. In this desperate time of a pandemic it is easy to become frustrated and bored and adopt a "who gives a shit attitude" toward ones health and well being. Zach and his crew have done a wonderful job of staying within prescribed CDC guidelines for fitness center operation. No small feat and I appreciate the effort. ORIGINAL REVIEW: It took me 10 months to write this review. For good reason. I wanted to make sure I got the results that I needed before just spitting out a random 5-star review. I wanted to take the time to evaluate and make sure my review truly meant the rating it deserved. I came to Zach to have him help me reach one goal. That goal, was to meet the fitness & weight standards of the United States Air Force. I was 212 lbs when I met Zach and I ended up weighing in officially at 191. I am writing this review while sitting on plane now on my way to Basic Military Training for the Air Force and the goal has been met. Now I feel confident in going into boot camp with the strength & stamina needed to graduate and move forward with my career. Zach is truly an amazing trainer. I am a recent college graduate and finally decided to take the step towards getting a personal trainer- something I've been wanting to do for a long time. I am so happy that I've started training with Zach. I've been working out 4 times a week for almost 2 months and I've made a lot of progress. I know more about nutrition, how to cut body fat, and have also learned workouts/techniques to not hurt myself. What to say about this place. Assuring and welcoming. The gym is clean, tidy, and neat as well as extremely practical. While it may not have the plethora of machines and do-hickeys other gyms may boast, everything thing is there for a careful and well thought out purpose. It's well lit with plenty of fans and has all of Zach's wonderful art on the wall. Speaking of Zach, he is extremely knowledgeably and precise while also being relaxed and fun. He makes *sure* you do your workout and reach your goals. A little thing about is about him is how he can recognize imbalances in your muscles and posture and work to solve those by issues by incorporating specific movements into your work out. He's sneaky about it but, trust me he does it. It's these seemingly little things that may be what really holding you back and he knows and solves them. Basically, if you work with him and follow his instructions you will reach your goals while having fun all the way. I am 40+ and have found that staying in shape after 40 is not easy. I began working out with Zach about a year ago and I find my body transforming weekly. This is a great little gym that thinks outside the box. Carlos is wonderful and is helping me with sport specific fitness goals. I am 53 years old and I have lost weight successfully a couple of times in my life. I hurt my back about 7 years ago and ended up gaining back almost all the weight I had lost a few years earlier. I really love this gym! I originally found it by researching personal training studio gyms in Scottsdale after I got tired of all the annoying grunters at my local big box place. The reviews were excellent, so I figured I could drive an extra 15 minutes and give it a go. No regrets! I have been working out with Zach for almost three months now and he is fantastic. He really knows his stuff, plus he's hilarious and keeps me laughing during our workouts. My fitness goals are way different in my 40s than they were in the past, and I think Zach already gets that about me. He has tailored my workouts to help me get a lot stronger while still managing to keep my injury/pain issues at bay, which is AWESOME. It's so motivating! From the short time I've spent there I can tell Zach is great at working with all kinds of clients, younger and older, healthy or injured. The rates are affordable but there is no pressure to buy, and the atmosphere at Everybitfit is super welcoming. It's clean and comfortable with a good range of equipment for a smaller gym. I started training with Britni here about a month ago and it has literally changed my life. I work out with her three times a week and do the boot camp class every Saturday morning I've lost 4 pounds and 3% body fat and am so thrilled with the results I have already achieved. I now feel like my ultimate goal is actually doable!! Zack the owner is also amazing he does the boot camp class and I've never felt my abs burn as much as they do on the following Sunday and Monday after class (in a good way) so long story short Everybitfit is amazing!
