I was surprised to learn that I would be charged a $35 fee to freeze my account, even though the reason was a legitimate injury. When I explained my situation and expressed concern about losing credits I couldn't physically use, there was little willingness to work with me or offer an alternative solution. I was then told that canceling my membership was an option, but I would still be charged despite having accumulated credits from the previous months that I was unable to use because of my injury. As a customer, that felt unfair and extremely frustrating. Experiences like this are one of the challenges with franchise locations. Policies and customer service can vary significantly from studio to studio, and unfortunately this location's approach reflects poorly on the Club Pilates brand as a whole. I have several friends who attend other Club Pilates locations throughout the Valley and have had much more accommodating experiences when dealing with injuries or membership issues. I enjoyed the workouts when I was able to attend, but the lack of flexibility and empathy during an injury has left a negative impression.

I suffer from many different chronic conditions that make it difficult for me to work out and stay in shape as best as I can despite. I went into the first class and walked out more energized, the right type of tired, and more hopeful that I found the right fit for me! I love how friendly and personable everyone is every time I walk in - the owner, front desk ladies, and the instructors! And I love the attitudes of all the instructors during the class, they push us to our best but also encourage us to meet our bodies where they're at. Everything about this place is amazing and I love being a member of something like this! Can't wait for more classes and to continue seeing how beneficial it is for my body and health and continue to see the progress! Update: I also love that it has a play lounge for my daughter to come join me, we make it a little girls time in our day! And I love that she has a view of me (always wondering what I'm doing) and it piques her curiosity for mindful movements and at home wants to learn some of what she sees me do in class. It truly is the perfect place in every way, for both adults and kids!

Huge shoutout to Sal at the front desk -- genuinely welcoming, helpful, and the kind of energy that instantly elevates the experience. Customer service like that really sticks with you and honestly makes me want to come back. I took the hot HIIT class with Sidney and it delivered. Ambient lighting to start, then lights dimmed, music up, and suddenly it was go time. Great playlist, clear mic cues, and a seriously effective workout -- weights, core, warm-up, cool-down, the whole deal. Packed class but Sidney stayed very attentive, offering modifications, keeping everyone engaged, and bringing strong, motivating energy throughout. Only small note: shavasana felt a bit quick, but overall fantastic class. The studio itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed -- two large studio rooms, appreciate the mirrors to watch form, plenty of lockers and cubbies, multiple showers/restrooms, vanity areas, rental mats/towels (huge when traveling), tons of heated class options like yoga, yin, Pilates, barre, and HIIT, plus a separate red light therapy room that felt amazing afterward. I've actually never seen a studio that had mat drying racks out for everyone , nice touch . Friendly members, great retail selection (yes, I shopped), and booking through ClassPass made everything easy. Definitely a studio I'd return to.

Unfortunately, the experience didn't match what I hoped for. After signing up, there was no orientation video, no instructions, and very little communication. When I arrived, the door was locked because a class was in session, so I waited outside in the cold. When the door finally opened, the receptionist didn't seem to understand that I was new and unsure of what to do. Only after a moment did she let the instructor know I was there. The instructor gave me a very quick one‑minute explanation, but if you don't already have solid reformer experience, you're basically left to guess. There was no tour, no explanation of where things are, and no place to store your bag--you just put your belongings next to the machine. I'm also not a fan of putting my bag on the floor (yes, I'm superstitious), so that was an immediate downside for me. The class itself was interesting, but without a real orientation, it was more frustrating than enjoyable. This studio seems geared toward people who are already very experienced, not beginners. There was also no sense of community; the whole experience felt very transactional. I paid $39 for a week pass, and honestly, I regret spending the money. That said, the fact that I didn't feel welcome or supported shouldn't stop someone with strong reformer experience from trying it. If you're already comfortable with this style of workout, you may have a very different experience than I did.

Everyone asked me if I'm on Ozempic but "no" I say "it's just from starting Pilates". I use to lift heavy heavy weights at the gym and bulked a lot. Then I read the reviews on this studio with it being a bit more of a challenging workout & it's also close to my house so I decided to give it a try week startup special. I was hooked and decided to join. Within a month or two my clothes fit better and I saw a better tone in my arms, abs and legs. All the instructors here are so nice and I can always get into a class usually by booking the night before or sometimes even the day of. I love how there's a class every hour too so I usually just go when it's convenient with my work schedule. The studio is so clean and it's all different levels too so you don't ever feel uncomfortable. My daughter Brea even just joined as well and now she's hooked!!
