Studio Kinetics is not like that. I trust Wendy and would possibly follow her off of a cliff. Her music is great. The room is open and calming. When she cheers us on I feel like she really means it. She is proud of her students and wants us to be safe and strong! I have only been to 2 classes (mat) so far but I feel right at home and can't wait for the next class!

Classes are challenging, but when finished such a feeling of accomplishment. They are watching everyone closely and helping if you need help, correcting if you need correction and making the class the most interesting hour of Pilates. Check out the website, take a class and guaranteed you will feel good and want to take another class. It might be hard to get started, but once you do you will want to sign up for more. The Studio and clients in the class are so (Cave Creek) friendly ...yes great music and you won't find any better instruction and a full body workout. I can do that or Strength and Balance so I'm starting from a small amount offered for my level. I also could not understand one of the instructors that seems to be giving many classes. Her accent combined with her style of constantly changing equipment made it difficult to follow. I have mentioned this many times. Do it the northern location they may have issues with having instructors commuting from far distances. Many classes were wonderful but this location isn't for me anymore. I am changing locations and hopefully that will correct issues I am having

You are required to wear grip socks for class. Class began promptly. The instructor was great at walking us through use of the reformer. The exercises were clear. Class size was smaller so the instructor could check on our form and use of machine. It was a full body workout at an even pace. I never felt rushed or that the class was dragging. They have cubbies for your shoes, keys, phone (which must be silenced) etc. There is a water dispenser up front, if you forget your tumbler, there are disposable cups for use. Shared parking spaces and some shaded spots.

It has made a huge difference in my overall health and well-being and so far I've only done about 35 classes in total. My stress levels are down, my posture is better, I'm leaning out, I'm much stronger and more flexible than when I started and I really look forward to learning something new each time we work together. I highly recommend Andrea (and Pilates!) if you want to make a change in your overall health and wellness. It's not easy -- but it's well worth the effort and having a supportive, caring teacher/coach to push you along makes all the difference.

I've been thinking about taking Pilates classes for a few years. I'm new in town and recently…read morerelocated to the Phoenix area. I looked everywhere for a good Pilates studio, then went on Google and Instagram and found this gem. I decided to fill out my information and Libby contacted me. She's amazing. I told her about my history of injuries and that I wanted to rehab my shoulder, and she was so understanding. I got set up for my first class and was extremely nervous because of my injuries. Before class started, Libby explained how to use the machine and helped get me set up, which made me feel comfortable right away. My first intro class was amazing. It was definitely a challenge, but wow, I worked so many different muscles I haven't used in a long time. The instructor, Kaitlyn, was amazing too. She helped me throughout the class and kept checking asking how's my shoulder since they already knew about my shoulder and knee injuries. Most instructors wouldn't take the time to check in during class, but Kaitlyn was right there helping me during different exercises and helping with techniques. After such a great intro class, I followed up with Libby and joined. Investing in your body is the ultimate gift. Helping me rehab my shoulder and knee injuries is going to improve so much for me. If you're looking for a great environment with patient instructors who truly have empathy, this is the place to join if you want to see real results. I'm excited about the future of this studio. The instructors are super young, they play annoying music, they don't pay attention to your form or if you misheard what springs are changed, or even if your form is correct. They don't allow for stretch in between strengthen. It's easier on the body to rest one minute and stretch in between moves not 15 minutes at the end. I was so spoiled at the last business i attended, that went out of business due to owner retirement. I gave Define another few chances for $170- I was only able to get 3 classes in for the one month time period, due to my busy work schedule, living 25 mins away, and suffering from migraines. Total rip off! Never again. It's easier for me to pay as I go but the sales pressure you into getting the so called best value- which is only best for the owners pocketbook! Listen Ashley LeGrand Jahner- your hyped up sales tactics you force on your staff isn't doing yourself a service- word of mouth on a bad business has a greater impact than your friendsies putting 5 stars on here. And- this is NOT concierge. Look the word up. Every class but the 7 am on the weekend had a waitlist booked out for weeks.
