I can do that or Strength and Balance so I'm starting from a small amount offered for my level. I also could not understand one of the instructors that seems to be giving many classes. Her accent combined with her style of constantly changing equipment made it difficult to follow. I have mentioned this many times. Do it the northern location they may have issues with having instructors commuting from far distances. Many classes were wonderful but this location isn't for me anymore. I am changing locations and hopefully that will correct issues I am having

You are required to wear grip socks for class. Class began promptly. The instructor was great at walking us through use of the reformer. The exercises were clear. Class size was smaller so the instructor could check on our form and use of machine. It was a full body workout at an even pace. I never felt rushed or that the class was dragging. They have cubbies for your shoes, keys, phone (which must be silenced) etc. There is a water dispenser up front, if you forget your tumbler, there are disposable cups for use. Shared parking spaces and some shaded spots.

It has made a huge difference in my overall health and well-being and so far I've only done about 35 classes in total. My stress levels are down, my posture is better, I'm leaning out, I'm much stronger and more flexible than when I started and I really look forward to learning something new each time we work together. I highly recommend Andrea (and Pilates!) if you want to make a change in your overall health and wellness. It's not easy -- but it's well worth the effort and having a supportive, caring teacher/coach to push you along makes all the difference.

I look forward to classes every week which is a new experience for me! Maura has all of the equipment most studios don't.
