I joined during Black Friday,…read morealthough I had been in contact since before they opened as I wanted to sign up as a founding member. Fast forward, I originally signed up for Club Pilates Arrowhead around 2022 and 2023. I cancelled with the prior location because I just did not fit in. I was hesitant to try this location, but I am really glad I did because this experience is so much better! Between 2023 to 2025 I tried mat Pilates and Track Pilates, neither compares to reformer Pilates. I fell back in love with Pilates after my first class back last month, which was on a Sunday with Eda. The front desk person let Eda know I was new, but also a previous member. Reformer Pilates just hits different, the way the springs help you move the weight. I like how easy on the joints the classes are. I have attended about nine classes since my return, and I think I have used more of the equipment in this time than I did in my prior years. I am a Peloton Bike + user, so adding in Pilates let me ease back into strength training. The reformer allows me and my sore muscles to work through all the moves at my own pace. I really like the amount of stretching I get in- it makes me feel so much better. I have taken one class with Eda, Stacie, and Bridget and three with Michael and TJ. I was thinking I was in an advanced class during the first class I did with Michael, but nope- I am still taking level one classes! I think Michael's classes make me question things more, so that might be why I go on his days.

She figured out that they dont offer as much classes on the weekends or it gets full very quickly always waitlisted and thats her only availability so she decided to cancel the membership and will just do drop ins and pay per session. Tried to canceled on 2nd month but there is $100 fee to break the contract so she decided to continue paying and finish the 3 months, She emailed the club about the cancellation on November and told that it is in process already but we still got charge for the membership fee for the 4th month!! They refuse to do a refund and still want to charge $100 for cancellation this club is the worst to do business so stay away. We live close by and my wife was very stoked that there is pilates club close by but things didnt end up in the right way so they lost a client and we move on. Goodluck

If you're looking for a workout that actually pushes you while still feeling like a supportive…read morecommunity... this is it. F45 Park West is one of those places where the energy hits you the second you walk in. Loud music, fast-paced stations, coaches hyping you up--it's not your typical "wander around the gym and guess what to do" situation. Every class is structured, intentional, and somehow over before you even realize you just got completely wrecked (in the best way). Booking was also super easy since they're on ClassPass--huge win if you're popping in or trying new studios without committing. What really elevates this location though is the location itself. Park West is such a vibe--an outdoor shopping and social hub with tons of eateries, coffee spots, and things to do. It makes it so easy to turn your workout into a whole experience--grab a bite, meet friends, walk around... it's not just "go to the gym and leave." And this studio leans hard into community. They're not just running classes--they're building something. From run club meetups to HYROX-style training, there's always something extra going on that keeps people engaged beyond the 45-minute workout. You can tell it's more than just fitness here. Coaches are attentive, encouraging, and actually paying attention to form (which matters in a fast-paced setup like this). The space is clean, well-organized, and runs efficiently even during busy classes. Huge perk: they offer a shower, which makes it super convenient if you're squeezing in a workout before work or heading out after. They also had some really cute, affordable location-specific swag--honestly regret not grabbing something while I was there. Only downside for me: I asked to try a loaner LionHeart monitor and they didn't have one available. That's kind of a missed opportunity because it's one of the best ways to get people hooked on the F45 experience. I had to skip the post-class group photo to make a nail appointment (priorities ), but I'll definitely be back to catch the next one. If you want a workout that's effective, a community that keeps you accountable, and a location that makes it fun to show up... F45 Park West checks all the boxes. Would absolutely come back.

We wanted to use only the rowers and he said go for it. Walked in there and the instructor aggressively yelled at us to leave her room because she was in the middle of the class. We left the room and still got a work out in. Wish she was polite about it. Machines falling apart, weights racked out of order; heavy on top, no paper towels, and no one that worked there had good customer service. No greetings etc. do not recommend. Waited a while to even get the guest passes.

From the moment I…read morewalked in, the energy and welcoming vibe set it apart from other places I've tried - Genuinely inviting. The personal training here is top-notch. My trainer, Jonnie, listened to understand my goals and created a customized program without going so far as to make me want to give up like it's unobtainable. They've helped me improve my form, build strength, and stay motivated. The progress I've seen has been exactly what I was looking for--I'm lifting heavier, moving better, and feeling stronger, just feeling healthier in general- could be the meal plan they give you too ‍ The group classes are another awesome sales point that got me in. Whether it's HIIT or strength training sessions, the instructors are motivating, knowledgeable, and fun. The classes are challenging for all different fitness levels, and the music and energy keep everyone engaged. A lot of the same people consistently go to the classes so you build a gym community and that adds a little accountability to it all; they make working out feel less like a chore and more like getting together with friends, even if I don't know much about them. What truly makes this gym stand out, though, is the social atmosphere. People here are genuinely friendly and open. When someone recognizes you from previous workouts, they actually say hi and chat for a minute instead of just looking away or pretending not to notice. It creates such a community feel. The staff are all great too. The facility is clean, well-equipped, the price point is palatable, especially for having classes and all included, and people are friendly. Not much more you could ask for.

My training at the Thunderbird & 83rd location kindly let me know when I completed all my sessions. ABC Fitness says they can't cancel training packages. Why are they responding/ have access to the facilities' email??!! I spoke with the manager on 3/20/2023 at the Thunderbird & 83rd location and was told I would only be charged twice and after that no more. Why the hell am I being charged $76 x4 after that?! I'm not even using the service. I don't like dishonest, misleading business practices at all. It's straight up fraudulent to financially benefit off service not being provided to the consumer. The email I sent to EOS in March 2023, them extra charges, and the agreement is on file. I only thing I'm interested in hearing is the solution that's it!

Rating: (1/5 Stars)…read more Unacceptable Facility Maintenance and Poor Management The primary reason I pay a premium for a membership at this location is for the recovery amenities, specifically the sauna. It has now been completely out of order for over a full month. Here is the exact reality of the situation: Zero Urgency A facility of this size should have a commercial HVAC technician out within 48 hours. Letting a core amenity sit dead for 30+ days shows a complete lack of operational management. Zero Communication:There have been no transparent updates or timelines provided to the members regarding when this will actually be fixed. Zero Compensation: We are all continuing to pay 100% full price for our monthly membership dues while missing out on the primary tools required for our physical recovery protocols. If you take your training and joint recovery seriously, or if you simply expect a business to actually provide the amenities they advertise and charge you for, look elsewhere. Until the sauna is fixed and management figures out how to maintain their own building, this place is not worth the monthly fee.
